多尺度下的南方山地丘陵区耕地质量空间自相关分析--以江西省黎川县为例

分析不同尺度下的耕地质量空间分布格局; 是提高耕地质量与加强耕地保护建设的基础。选取耕地质量等别监测试点县江西省黎川县为研究区; 运用加权平均法、变异系数法和空间自相关分析法; 以国家级耕地质量指数为空间变量; 分别从县级、乡镇级和村级尺度上探讨了耕地质量的空间关联程度及其分异规律。研究结果表明: 1)研究区耕地质量呈现出“南北高; 东西低”的空间分布规律; 耕地质量指数Mora’s I值表现为国家利用等指数>国家经济等指数>国家自然等指数; 县级、乡镇级和村级耕地质量指数的Moran’s I值依次降低; 三者均呈显著的空间正自相关集聚态势。2)随着空间尺度的不同; 耕地质量指数具有不同的空间关联度; 自然等指数受空间尺度影响较大; 经济等指数其次; 利用等指数最小。3)正相关(高-高)型和(低-低)型耕地以组团形式聚集分布; 负相关(高-低)型和(低-高)型耕地无明显的集中区域; 多以零星状分布。研究结果显示耕地质量空间差异对空间尺度的变化较为敏感; 可为区域高标准基本农田建设、土地综合整治、耕地质量监测和耕地保护与管理分区提供借鉴参考。

利用微生物防除根寄生杂草列当

根寄生杂草列当已经严重制约全球许多地区的农业发展; 寻找有效防除措施迫在眉睫。由于列当具有特殊生活史且与寄主关系密切; 常规防除杂草措施难以达到理想防效。目前; 尚无既能有效防除列当又不对寄主造成危害且便于大规模推广应用的列当防除措施。在众多防除措施中; 微生物防除越来越引起关注和重视。本文对微生物防除列当的国内外研究进展及防除机理进行了综述。目前; 列当生防微生物的研究主要集中在镰刀菌(Fusarium spp.)等列当病原菌和根瘤菌等列当寄主植物的共生菌上。微生物防除列当的机制: 一方面通过产生代谢产物直接影响列当的萌发和生长或通过降解列当种子萌发诱导物质间接影响列当的萌发; 另一方面通过提高寄主植物自身的抗性间接影响列当的寄生和生长。此外; 本文还重点介绍了土传病害土壤拮抗微生物防除列当杂草的可行性及研究进展。植物土传病害病原菌和列当均首先通过在地下侵染作物的根系进而危害作物正常生长; 而作物抗土传病害的机理与抗列当的机理也类似。土壤中能够防治植物土传病害的微生物可能也同时具有防除根寄生杂草列当的功能。本团队前期试验筛选到在盆栽试验中能够有效防除向日葵列当和瓜列当的放线菌各1株; 分别为淡紫褐链霉菌(Streptomyces enissocaesilis Sveshnikova)和密旋链霉菌(Streptomyces pactum Bhuyan B.K)。其中; 以密旋链霉菌的菌剂在田间试验中既降低了瓜列当的出土数量又增加了番茄的产量。总之; 微生物是防除根寄生杂草列当的一条有效途径。

Versatile Directional Searches for Gravitational Waves with Pulsar Timing Arrays

By regularly monitoring the most stable millisecond pulsars over many years, pulsar timing arrays (PTAs) are positioned to detect and study correlations in the timing behaviour of those pulsars. Gravitational waves (GWs) from supermassive black hole binaries (SMBHBs) are an exciting potentially detectable source of such correlations. We describe a straight-forward technique by which a PTA can be "phased-up" to form time series of the two polarisation modes of GWs coming from a particular direction of the sky. Our technique requires no assumptions regarding the time-domain behaviour of a GW signal. This method has already been used to place stringent bounds on GWs from individual SMBHBs in circular orbits. Here, we describe the methodology and demonstrate the versatility of the technique in searches for a wide variety of GW signals including bursts with unmodeled waveforms. Using the first six years of data from the Parkes Pulsar Timing Array, we conduct an all-sky search for a detectable excess of GW power from any direction. For the lines of sight to several nearby massive galaxy clusters, we carry out a more detailed search for GW bursts with memory, which are distinct signatures of SMBHB mergers. In all cases, we find that the data are consistent with noise.

Light sterile neutrinos

The theory and phenomenology of light sterile neutrinos at the eV mass scale is reviewed. The reactor, Gallium and LSND anomalies are briefly described and interpreted as indications of the existence of short-baseline oscillations which require the existence of light sterile neutrinos. The global fits of short-baseline oscillation data in 3+1 and 3+2 schemes are discussed, together with the implications for beta-decay and neutrinoless double-beta decay. The cosmological effects of light sterile neutrinos are briefly reviewed and the implications of existing cosmological data are discussed. The review concludes with a summary of future perspectives.
