工作狂领导对团队绩效的双刃剑作用机制研究

随着行业竞争压力的加剧,工作狂领导在职场中愈发普遍。然而对于工作狂领导在组织中的有效性,无论是在实践界还是在学术界都尚存争议。鉴于此,本研究基于社会信息加工理论,分析工作狂领导对团队绩效的双刃剑作用机制。通过对某物业管理服务公司进行多时点、多来源的问卷调查,研究结果表明:一方面,工作狂领导会提升团队工作卷入,促进团队绩效;另一方面,工作狂领导也会引发团队消极情绪,损害团队绩效表现;团队工作重要性能有效缓解工作狂领导对团队绩效的消极作用,同时促进其积极作用。以上研究发现有助于辨证理解工作狂领导有效性,为组织培育管理**提供有益借鉴。

重复性急性应激对攻击行为的影响及调控机制

关于急性应激对攻击行为的影响,现有研究多集中于单次急性应激情境下。然而,相比单次急性应激,对重复暴露于同一应激源的研究更能反映人们在现实生活中经历的应激事件。与单次应激不同,重复性急性应激与应激适应有关,能够节省资源,具有很强的进化和适应意义,但目前关于重复性急性应激对攻击行为的影响却知之甚少。鉴于此,研究运用事件电位相关技术、鼻喷催产素和催产素受体基因型分析方法,探讨重复性急性应激对攻击行为的影响及内部机制,并进一步探讨通过内部和外部调控重复性急性应激反应后攻击行为的变化。

动脉粥样硬化ApoE-/-小鼠模型尿液蛋白质组学变化探究

心血管疾病是当今世界第一大致死因素,动脉粥样硬化是其重要病理基础,其早期诊断具有重要意义。尿液更利于积累和反应机体生理状态的变化且不受到稳态机制的调节,是疾病早期生物标志物的良好来源。本文通过高脂饮食诱导ApoE-/-小鼠5个月构建动脉粥样硬化动物模型,选取七个时间点收集实验组及正常饮食对照组c57BL/6小鼠尿液样品,使用蛋白质组学分析方法,进行自身对照和组间对照。自身对照结果表明高脂饮食1周前后尿液蛋白质组差异显著,同时多种差异蛋白被报道过与动脉粥样硬化相关或可作为其生物标志物。组间对照结果表明差异蛋白GO分析得出的生物学过程能够对应疾病发生发展的进程。两种对照方式得到的差异性化学修饰也多被报道与该疾病进程相关。实验证明了尿液蛋白质组学有敏锐监测机体变化的潜力,为寻找动脉粥样硬化早期生物标志物提供了可能。

A Hybrid Algorithm for the Equal Districting Problem

The equal districting problem (EDP) arises in applications such as political redistricting, police patrol area delineation, sales territory design and some service area design. The important criteria for these problems are district equality, contiguity and compactness. A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model and a hybrid algorithm are proposed for the EDP. The hybrid algorithm is designed by extending iterative local search (ILS) algorithm with three schemes: population-based ILS, variable neighborhood descent (VND) local search, and set partitioning. The performance of the algorithm was tested on five areas. Experimenta-tion showed that the instances could be solved effectively and efficiently.

老年人的消极交往与心理健康:实证、理论与展望

积极交往和消极交往分别会对老年人的心理健康产生有利和不利影响,然而,探讨消极交往的负面作用及其机制的研究相对较少。目前研究主要涉及消极交往的类型(社会隔离、丧偶或离婚)、来源(配偶、子女或朋友)及强度,并探讨感知评估、自尊的中介作用及性别、婚姻、受教育水平等变量的调节作用。社会情感选择理论、优劣势整合理论、社会交换理论及镜中我理论在一定范围内对消极交往的负面作用做出了合理解释。采取“原谅”或“认知疏远”的应对策略能有效缓解消极交往的负面影响。未来研究应进一步考察不同文化背景及社会网络背景下消极交往对老年人心理健康的影响,同时加强对消极交往的理论研究和线上研究,并关注相关的干预研究。

In digital microfluidics, droplet generation is the fun, as the basis for a series of droplet manipulations including mixing, separation, dispensing, etc., has always been the focus in the field of digital microfluidics. Currently, the performance of DMF-based droplet splitting is highly influenced by the ratio of electrode size and the gap between the upper and lower plates. Here we propose a "one to three" droplet splitting method. In "one to three" spitting method, a pair of opposite electrowetting forces are applied to the droplet. As the electrowetting force is applied on the splitting position, a middle child droplet and two mother liquid droplets generate. The aspect ratio of child droplet is close to 1:2. "One to three" spitting method is then applied to magnetic beads immunoassay. Magnetic beads are retained in child droplets under small magnetic force with high magnetic bead washing efficiency. Simultaneous detection of five B-type natriuretic peptide analyte samples are performed on a single chip within 10 minutes. Correlation coefficient (R2) of the calibration curve was 0.9942, and the detection limit was less than 5pg/mL. This unique method of digital microfluidic droplet splitting has great potential in other application fields.
