Abstract: This article summarizes the effect observation and nursing experience of a case of prostatic hyperplasia treated by fire-dragon pot moxibustion. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care, the combination of dragon pot moxibustion treatment with diet guidance, emotional nursing, daily life nursing, health knowledge education and other routine nursing measures has significantly relieved the pain and anxiety symptoms of patients, and this method has the advantages of less adverse reactions and high safety, and is easy to be accepted by patients.

Abstract: This article summarizes the effect and nursing experience of two patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion. Abstract: This article summarizes the experience of implementing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing for a patient with acute urticaria. Conduct nursing evaluations, clarify disease symptoms, and implement integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Traditional Chinese medicine provides intervention measures such as acupoint bleeding, ear acupoint pressure pills, acupoint injection, and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, and strengthens diet and emotional regulation. Abstract:
This article mainly analyzes and summarizes a patient with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) who underwent rehabilitation. On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, Huolong cupping comprehensive moxibustion treatment was given, supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing, including dietary regulation, emotional counseling, etc. Observe the changes in clinical symptoms, knee range of motion (ROM), pain visual analogue scale (VAS), and activity of daily living (ADL) score of patients. After two courses of treatment, the patient's clinical symptoms significantly improved. The knee joint ROM increased from 100 ° before treatment to 120 °, the VAS score decreased from 7 points to 2 points, and the ADL score increased from 65 points to 90 points. This effectively improved the joint function and quality of life of KOA patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application value of stone needle combined with manual massage in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. Methods A total of 30 patients with mastitis who came to our hospital from June to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were treated with stone Needle combined with massage and milk extraction technique, and then the treatment results were evaluated. The results showed that the recovery rate reached 40.00% on the first day, 26.00% on the second day, and 33.00% on the third day, which means that after 3 days of treatment, all patients have recovered. Conclusion The application of needle and stone combined massage technique to the treatment of mastitis has obtained good therapeutic effect, which is an effective measure to relieve symptoms and dredge milk collars, and is worthy of clinical application.

Abstract: Objective To develop a self-made questionnaire on the content quality and clinical applicability of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing program. The content, quality and clinical applicability of TCM nursing plan in acute and convalescent stage of stroke were evaluated by clinical nurses through questionnaire. Methods The questionnaire was designed with reference to the questionnaire on the applicability of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of TCM, and the content validity was evaluated by expert consultation. Totally 49 nurses from 9 hospitals were selected for questionnaire survey, and the questionnaire results were processed and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results The content validity S-CVI/Ave score of the self-designed questionnaire was 0.94; The results of the questionnaire showed that the overall content of the approval scheme was "better than the original nursing routine" (59.18%); The recognition of "common symptoms" (36.70%) and "syndrome classification" (36.70%) was the lowest. Conclusion In the future, efforts should be made to widely collect the clinical user experience and suggestions of TCM nursing scheme, and further improve the scheme content in combination with the evidence-based concept to make it closer to the clinical practice.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of occupational well-being of nurses in the Green Nursing Outpatient Department of a certain Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital in Beijing. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 59 nurses attending the TCM Green Nursing Clinic using the Medical Staff Occupational Well-Being Scale, and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of occupational well-being of nurses was (101.17±15.48), with five dimensional entries of social support (22.19±3.03), value/competence embodiment (26.41±3.63), work environment (14.81±3.02), economic income (10.05±2.84), physical and mental health (27.71±2.96), and the mean score of total entries (4.22±0.65) points, which was at a high level. Conclusion The nurses working in TCM Green nursing clinic were physically and mentally healthy, had a high degree of team working, and had a sense of achievement in work. They believed that lower sense of well-being was associated with the working environment and economic income. The high degree of occupational well-being of nurses is potentially effective to reduce nurse job burnout and increase the investment in outpatient work. It is suggested that TCM hospital managers should provide nurses with a platform to cultivate TCM nursing professional teams in outpatient clinics to solve practical problems and improve nurses'' occupational well-being.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of MAO sweat treating herpes zoster.Methods: A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster treated in our department from May 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with MAO stain of Traditional Chinese medicine. The pain and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results: After intervention, the pain and curative effect of herpes zoster patients in the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Good sweat can improve the curative effect of herpes zoster.
