  • Nursing cooperation of four-handed procedure for apical barrier technique under dental microscope combined with iRoot BP plus

    Abstract: Objective To explore the key points of four-handed procedure and nursing cooperation in the application of iRoot BP plus under dental microscope. Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent apical barrier surgery in our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were retrospectively selected. The apical barrier was established using iRoot BP plus under the dental microscope, and the treatment was completed with four-handed procedure. Results The four-handed procedure and related nursing cooperation were smoothly taken. Immediately after operation, X-ray films showed that the filling results reached the standard, and the treatment effect was satisfactory. The treatment time was shortened and work efficiency was improved. Conclusion The apical barrier technique with iRoot BP plus under the dental microscope requires fine, precise operation, and requires high chairside care. High-quality four-handed procedure and nursing cooperation, can improve the overall work efficiency, shorten the treatment time, thus help the doctors to complete the treatment more smoothly.

  • Agricultural drought research based on multi-source remote sensing data in Gansu Provinc

    Abstract: Drought is the main environmental stressor to crop growth and development and a pivotal natural constraint to high agricultural yield and harvest. Agricultural drought monitoring is typically based on meteorological observations, which, to some extent, cannot reflect the agricultural drought conditions on a regional scale. Taking the Gansu Province of China as the study area, the compositive meteorological drought index (CMDI) was constructed using a random forest regression model and the spatiotemporal pattern and change rule of drought during the crop-growing season (April to September) from 2011 to 2019 in the Gansu Province were analyzed based on MODIS, TRMM, ESA CCI, and other remote sensing data products as well as meteorological station data. The results are as follows: (1) the coefficient of determination (R2 ) of the CMDI and the measured value were all greater than 0.634 in each month; the CMDI has a high spatial correlation with the standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index, showing that the CMDI can reflect the occurrence and development of agricultural drought. (2) The agricultural drought in the Gansu Province exhibited an obvious pattern of regional differentiation, with the drought degree gradually increasing from southeast to northwest. Most parts of the Hexi region were in special and severe drought, the Longzhong region was in severe (medium) drought, and the Longdong, Longnan, and Gannan regions were in fluctuating drought. (3) From 2011 to 2019, the agricultural drought in the Gansu Province exhibited a significant fluctuating trend on both annual and monthly scales, and the drought degree was most moderate in 2012 and most severe in 2017. Agricultural drought has been reduced in the Gannan region in April-September, most areas in April and June, the Longdong region in May, and the Longnan region in September. However, the remaining regions experienced an increasing trend of drought during the crop-growing season from 2011 to 2019

  • The operative cooperation and nursing in transradial intervention for cerebrovascular diseases

    Abstract: Objective To summarized the operative cooperation and nursing management in transradial intervention for cerebrovascular diseases. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 255 patients who underwent transradial intervention for cerebrovascular diseases. Key points in preoperative preparation included evaluation of patient condition, drugs inspection and catheter devices and instrument preparation. Nurses should take good cooperation in performing catheter placement, surgical position placement, heparinization, microcatheter shaping and other nursing procedure. Efforts should also be made in prevention of intraoperative complications and postoperative nursing of puncture site complications. Results Surgical operation was successful in 214 patients. There were 16 cases of slight swelling and 5 cases of severe swelling, and there was no case of adverse complications. Conclusion The accurate and effective operative cooperation and nursing is able to guarantee a successful transradial intervention for cerebrovascular diseases.

  • 基于3 种机器学习方法的农业干旱监测比较

    Abstract:频繁的旱灾对甘肃省经济、农业生产造成严重危害,因此利用先进方法建立准确可靠的农业干旱监测模型对该省防旱减灾十分重要。本文基于随机森林(RF)、BP神经网络和支持向量机(SVM)3种机器学习方法,利用甘肃省20022019 年410 月多源遥感数据得到的植被状态指数(VCI)、温度状态指数(TCI)、植被供水指数(VSWI)、降水状态指数(PCI)以及DEM、土壤有效含水量(AWC)和气候类型作为自变量,气象站点以3个月时间尺度的标准化降水蒸发指数(SPEI_3)为因变量,构建3种不同的农业干旱监测模型,分析比较出适用于监测甘肃省农业干旱的最佳模型,同时进一步探究了机器学习方法构建的模型在不同环境下的适用性。结果表明:构建的3种机器学习模型中,随机森林模型的R2平均值高(0.86)且误差小(RMSE为0.40,MAE为0.31),农业干旱的监测效果要优于BP神经网络和支持向量机模型;干燥和湿润两种环境下分别构建的3种机器学习模型在湿润环境中监测能力表现均更优异(R2>0.82),而随机森林模型在两种环境中监测干旱的表现比其他两种模型强。研究结果为甘肃省的农业干旱监测与评估提供了新的科学方法,对农业干旱研究具有重要意义。

  • 医用多孔钛及钛合金的研究现状

    Abstract:多孔钛既继承了钛合金较高比刚度、比强度等物理化学特性、优异的耐腐蚀性和生物相容性,独特的孔隙结构又赋予其超低密度和大比表面积等特点,是结构功能一体化的人体替代材料,近年来在临床医学领域得到了非常广泛的应用。众多研究和应用表明,多孔钛的性能和功能强烈依赖于不同方法制备多孔钛的孔隙结构。表面活化技术可显著提高多孔钛的表面活性,缩短植入人体后的愈合期。本文针对多孔钛的结构和性能特点,介绍了多孔钛常见制备方法,对多孔钛的表面改性、生物活性与骨诱导性及国内的研究现状进行了总结,展望了生物医用多孔钛及钛合金的发展。
