Abstract: The synergistic corrosion inhibition effect related with inhibitors and synergistic agents was firstly introduced. Then the research progress of synergistic corrosion inhibition effect worldwide in recent years was summarized. The different synergistic combinations were classified into nine categories according to the sorts of corrosion inhibitors and synergistic agents, while the synergistic mechanisms were discussed. Furthermore, the research directions in the future on synergistic inhibition effect were prospected as well.

Abstract: The influence of crude oil on the inhibition performance of three corrosion inhibitors in H2S/CO2 containing brines was investigated by using dynamic mass loss method and potentiodynamic polarization technology. The crude oil could lower the inhibition efficiency of the water-soluble inhibitor significantly when its dosage was low, but have little impact when its concentration was high. The crude oil could also lower the inhibition efficiency of oil-soluble and water-dispersible inhibitor of different concentrations to some extent. The inhibition efficiency of oil-soluble inhibitor was declined in the presence of the crude oil significantly. By measuring the concentration of inhibitor in the water phase it follows that after the aqueous solution containing inhibitors was mixed with crude oil, most of the water- soluble inhibitor stayed in the aqueous solution; while most of the oil-soluble and water-dispersible inhibitor stayed in the aqueous solution and the rest went into the oil phase; and almost all of the oil-soluble inhibitor went into the oil phase.

Abstract: Corrosion behaviour of four cast magnesium alloys (ZK60, AM60, AZ31 and AZ91D) was investigated in a simulated body fluid (SBF) for 72 h by weight-loss method, as well as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization measurements. Their surface morphology after immersion tests was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that among the four alloys, AZ91D exhibits uniform corrosion with the lowest corrosion rate; AZ31 suffers serious pitting corrosion with the highest corrosion rate; while AM60 and ZK60 alloys exhibit similar corrosion behavior.

Abstract:采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗技术(EIS)研究了油酸基咪唑啉季铵盐(OIMQ)与硫脲(TU)对 Q235 碳钢在 CO2 饱和盐水溶液中的缓蚀协同效应。结果表明,TU 对碳钢 腐蚀的阴极过程和阳极过程都有强烈的抑制作用,而 OIMQ 是一种以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂。二者复配使用,可以有效降低使用浓度,表现出优异的缓蚀协同效应。OIMQ 与 TU 在碳钢表面形成了一层双层结构的缓蚀剂吸附膜,TU 可能主要存在于膜的底部,而 OIMQ 主要存在于膜的上部,这种结构的缓蚀剂膜一方面阻止了腐蚀性离子的渗透,另一方面也限制了 TU 分子的脱附。

Abstract:采用动态失重法、动电位极化技术研究了含H2S/CO2的盐水溶液中原油对三种不同类型缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明:对水溶型缓蚀剂而言,当其在低浓度投加时,原油的存在可使缓蚀剂的缓蚀率显著降低,而在高浓度时,未产生影响。原油对各浓度的油溶水分散型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果均有不同程度的减弱作用;原油使各浓度的油溶型缓蚀剂的缓蚀率均有明显的降低。通过缓蚀剂浓度测定发现,含有缓蚀剂的水溶液与原油混合之后,水溶型缓蚀剂大部分存于水相;油溶水分散型缓蚀剂大部分进入油相,少量留于水相;油溶型缓蚀剂几乎全部存于油相。
