    Abstract: Ground flutter simulation test is a novel testing technology for aircraft flutter verification and aneffective supplement to the curent flutter verification test. In the process of actual flight , airerafi's dynamiccharacteristics and loads on the structure are constantly changing , especially for hypersonic vehicle affectedby aerodynamic heating.In this paper , a modeling method of time-varying parameter unsteady aerodynamicmodel is generated by the use of surrogate model.A ground flutter testing method of time-varying systembased on PID controller is established and verified by standard component test. The testing results showsthat the aerodynamic modeling method proposed can accurately obtain the aerodynamic model with time-varying characteristics , and the ground flutter testing method established can effectively respond to thetime-varying characteristics of the flutter system and obtain accurate flutter boundary.

    Abstract: The ground flutter test (GFT) system is the testing equipment which simulates the continuouslydistributed aerodynamic force with a small number of shakers. To realize the polycondensation of aerody-namic-force interpolating point , the GFT's control equation is derived and the generalized-aerodynamic-force difference between the GFT system and the original flutter system is showed.Based on the equiva-lence of generalized aerodynamic force,the objective function about sensor and shaker locations optimiza-tion is defined. The method proposed to improve the interpolation accuracy of the mode of vibration isnamed virtual sensor-shaker technology. Multi-Swarm Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (MSPSO) isused to establish the optimization process , which has a good performance to moderate the contradiction ofglobal searching ability and local searching ability. "The GFT about a plate wing case was carried out,inwhich the sensor and shaker locations were optimized with the method proposed in this paper. The test re-sults verified that the accuracy of the optimization method is high enough for the GFT.
