Abstract: The experimental monitoring system of pressurized-liquid-screen bed was designed and set in this paper. The flow characteristics were studied especially the analysis of differential pressure pulse characteristics and friction factors variation by the way of adjusting gas flow, liquid flow and operation pressure parameters. According to the analysis of comparing experiment data and theory, the variation principle of pressure pulse intensity and friction factors under different gas flow, liquid flow and operation pressure was revealed as well as the optimal operation parameter was analyzed through combining the principle of fume desulfurization gas-liquid interactive reaction. This paper provides the crucial design references to the industrial application of pressurized-liquid-screen gas-liquid reaction system.

Abstract:煤矿在生产过程中会将大量含有低浓度甲烷的瓦斯直接排放至大气,造成了严重的能源浪费,也加剧了温室效应。本文针对传统的瓦斯富集技术存在的缺点,提出了利用Soret效应进行煤矿瓦斯中混合气的分离和对甲烷的富集。通过理论分析,确定了初始甲烷浓度和温差是影响富集过程的主要参数;并通过实验和数值模拟,研究了这些参数影响富集效果的规律。
