Abstract:本文在传统配电网评估模型的基础上,建立了新能源配电网的综合评估指 标体系,该指标体系从设备运行状态、供电可靠性、电能质量、经济性以及环保性五 个方面较为全面地对新能源配电网进行综合评估,突出了新能源配电网区别于传统配 电网的特性,同时提出了基于可拓层次分析法的综合评估方法,该方法在传统层次分 析法的基础上考虑了人为判断的模糊性,并且较容易满足判断矩阵的一致性要求。最 后通过算例分析验证了指标体系的全面性和评估方法的适应性。

Abstract:综合考虑分布式电源、电动汽车充放电和分布式储能运行的协调配合,并 与不同类型无功补偿装置输出无功功率的协同控制,以配电网有功网损及电压波动量 最小化为目标函数,建立配电网无功优化的多目标优化模型。考虑风速的概率特性、 日照强度的不确定性、荷电状态和充放电特性以及运行效率,构建分布式风电机组出 力、光伏发电系统出力、电动汽车充放电功率以及储能装置充放电功率的随机模型。 选择 DG、DS 和 EV 等无功功率作为控制变量,采用遗传算法对优化问题进行求解。 仿真计算表明了本文构建的无功优化模型的适应性和所提算法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:针对多条线路、多台变压器并列而成的供电系统结构特征和运行特性,提 出了多线路、多变压器并联系统供电可靠性评估方法。在根据统计数据确认线路和变 压器故障均服从指数函数分布的基础上,采用概率分析方法,分别对多条线路并列系 统、多台变压器并列系统进行建模,确定多线路、多变压器并列系统可靠度、故障率 和失效率。以东莞电网 500kV 横沥变电站和东莞变电站为例,计算结果表明多线路、 多变压器并列的供电系统供电可靠度非常高,但随着运行年限的增加将逐渐减小。

Abstract: In the paper, the comprehensive evaluation index system of distribution grid is established with renewable energy on the basis of comprehensive evaluation on traditional distribution grid. This index system can make evaluation on distribution grid more comprehensively from equipment operational condition, power distribution reliability, power quality, economical efficiency and environmental protection property, highlighting the characteristics of distribution grid with renewable energy different from the traditional distribution network. The comprehensive evaluation method based on extensional analytic hierarchy process is also put forward. Considering vagueness in human judgment based on traditional analytic hierarchy process, this method is easier to meet the requirement for consistency in judgment matrix. At last, the comprehensiveness of index system and adaptability of evaluation method are verified through analysis of examples.
