  • Span Classification Based Model For Clinical Concept Extraction

    Abstract: Recently, how to structuralize electronic medical records (EMRs) has attracted considerable attention from researchers. Extracting clinical concepts from EMRs is a critical part of EMR structuralization. The performance of clinical concept extraction will directly affect the performance of the downstream tasks related to EMR structuralization. However, the mainstream method, sequence labeling model has some shortcomings. The clinical concept extraction method based on sequence labeling does not conform to the human cognitive model of language. At the same time, the extraction results produced by this method are dif- ficult to couple with downstream tasks, which will cause error propagation and affect the performance of downstream tasks. To deal with these problems, we propose a span classification based method to improves the performance of clinical concept extraction tasks by considering the overall semantics of the token sequence instead of the semantics of each token. We call this model as span classification model. Experiments show that the span classification model achieves the best micro-average F1 score(81.22%) on the corpora of the 2012 i2b2 NLP challenges, and obtained an F1 score(89.25%) comparable to SOTA in the 2010 i2b2 NLP challenges.   • 干旱半干旱区城市生态效率时空演变及区域差异分析

    Abstract: 研究西北干旱半干旱区城市生态效率,对其经济、资源、环境的协调统一以及生态文明建设的推进具有重要的现实意义。以西北干旱半干旱区38个城市为研究对象,运用三阶段DEA方法客观地测度了各城市2005-2016年生态效率,同时运用ESDA方法全面分析了生态效率的区域差异。结果显示:干旱半干旱区城市生态效率普遍较低,并呈现正向全局空间自相关关系;热点区域主要以鸟鲁木齐、克拉玛依等为中心,冷点区域主要以平凉、固原等为中心,热点区域数量呈现先增后减再增的N形变动趋势,冷点区域数量则呈现先减后增再减的倒N形变动趋势。

    Abstract: In order to make the space fault tree theory have the ability to analyze the discrete reliability data, a simplest formula analysis method of the system function structure based on the factor space theory is proposed. The method is mainly used to understand the causal relationship between the system function and the component function. The steps of the simplest formula analysis method of the system function structure and related definitions are given. The system is composed of 32 fault states, which can be used to analyze the relationship between system function and component function. At the same time, 23 fault states are random chosen to form an background relation subset, and the function relation is obtained. By comparing the difference between the two kinds of function relations, according to the Boolean algebra, we can get the implicit function relation between components: the function of component Z3 is the same as that of Z1 or Z2 or Z1+ Z2. Thus, the component equivalence and substitution relation of system reliability are obtained. At the same time, the sum of the minimal extraction paradigms of the two background relation subsets is not equal to that of original background relation, and the condition of equality is given.

    Abstract: The space fault tree is a theoretical system to study the relationship between the system reliability and influencing factors. The tree structure is used to describe the relationship. But the actual fault process is complicated, it is difficult to represent the tree structure, and the more general is the network structure. Therefore, this paper attempted to transform the tree structure in the space fault tree into a network structure, and then form a space fault network. The definition and properties of the space fault network and the transformation method with the space fault tree are given. The purpose is to transform the space fault network into space fault tree, and to make use of the existing research results of the space fault tree. The space fault network has the general structure and the multi direction ring structure, and the transforming method into a space fault tree is given. In order to use the space fault tree, a method for the fault process of general network structure is provided.

    Abstract: In the process of long work hours, operators can produce errors due to mental and physical exhaustion, human reliability is reduced, and it leads to production of incomplete and even endangers humanal safety. In order to understand operator's longest sustainable working time on the premise of given reliability, a method of combining SPCC and ARIMA is put forward. With unit time interval defect rate in the continuous time to measure the reliability of human, and form a defective rate time series. On the one hand, the SPCC is built using DRTS based on ARIMA to determine the sample of UCL, LCL and LWT range. On the other hand, the DRTS of an operator is predicted using ARIMA and SVM with RTA. Finally the prediction curve is put into the SPCC to determine the LWT range. Based on 8 hours, 10 operators DRTS analysis of sampling for every 10 minutes, indicates that the scope of this kind of working parameters for the UCL = [3.89, 4.66], LCL = [4.98, 3.90], LWT = [393450]. Identified a new operator LWT is [435452] minutes, 435 minutes when the operator should stop working to have a rest.
