Abstract： As an indispensable part of a country's cultural strategic industry, video game industry is of great importance to cultural diplomacy. At a time when games are regarded as the ninth art， combined with its special status as a cultural industry, the study of games includes many aspects such as its form, medium, participants, etc. , its own national, cultural and commodity nature determines that it has a huge advantage in the dissemination of ideas and values, social life-style and mass culture, and so on， is an important force in the construction of national image. In recent years, our country has made certain achievement in this respect, but at the same time there are also difficulties and problems. Therefore, this article has made the discussion to the domestic electronic game's external dissemination development question, this paper puts forward the strategy of strengthening the external communication influence of games to support the construction of “Credible, lovable and respectable” national image.
