摘要: A copper coordination polymer, namely [CuL2(H2O)2]·H2O 1 (HL = 3-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)benzoic acid) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction under 140 ºC. The structure of 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses, powder X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in P21/n space group with a = 12.374(5), b = 12.730(5), c = 12.561(5) Å, β = 91.105(9)º, V = 1978.2(14) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.618 g/cm3, μ = 1.160 mm-1, F(000) = 964, the final R = 0.0449 and wR = 0.1443 with I > 2σ(I). Magnetic measurements show that 1 exhibits antiferromagnetic interactions by the analysis of magnetic test data.

摘要: This paper reports site survey results for the Infrared System for the Accurate Measurement of Solar Magnetic Field, especially in Saishiteng Mountain, Qinghai, China. Since 2017, we have installed a weather station, spectrometers for precipitable water vapor, and Solar Differential Image Motion Monitor, and have carried out observations on weather elements, precipitable water vapor, and daytime seeing conditions for more than one year in almost all candidates. At Mt. Saishiteng, the median value of daytime precipitable water vapor is 5.25 mm and its median value in winter season is 2.1 mm. The median value of the Fried parameter of daytime seeing observation at Saishiteng Mountain is 3.42 cm. Its solar direct radiation data show that solar average observable time is 446 minutes per day and premium time is 401 minutes per day in 2019 August.

摘要: The rapid development of nuclear technology has led to more liquid organic radioactive wastes. Different from the regular aqueous radioactive wastes, these liquids possess a higher hazard potential and cannot be disposed through the conventional methods due to their radioactivity and chemical nature. Spent extraction solvent is a kind of common liquid organic radioactive wastes. In this work, tri-butyl phosphate (TBP), which is more difficult to degrade in the spent extraction solvent, was used as the model compound. Influences of reaction conditions on total organic carbon (TOC) removal and the volume percentage of each gas component under supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) were studied. The SCWO behaviors of spent extraction solvent simulants were studied under the optimal conditions derived from the TBP experiment. The SCWO experiments were studied at 400550 ℃, oxidant stoichiometric ratio of 0200%, feed concentration of 1.5%4% and pressure of 25 MPa for 1575 s. The results show that the TOC removal of the simulants was greater than 99.7% and CH4, H2 and CO were not detected at 550 ℃, 25 MPa, oxidant stoichiometric ratio of 150%, feed concentration of 3%, and residence time of 30 s.
