• Research on the Function Design of Chinese and International Academic Social Networks Based on Research Hotspots

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] At present, scientific social network has become an important informal scientific communication tool for researchers. There are dozens of social networking tools for scientific research at home and abroad. Among them, such as ResearchGate and academia.edu have tens of millions registered user. [Method/process] Firstly, this paper summarized five research focuses of this tool on the basis of the visual analysis of scientific research social networking academic papers. Then, based on the research of social networking functions and classification from A. C. Bullinger and S. H. Hallerstede, we extended twenty-three kinds of specific functions, and analyzed the Chinese and foreign representative social networks’ function design to explore their features, commonalities and differences. [Result/conclusion] The above analysis shows that the academic resources and expert information of scientific research social network are relatively abundant, the development of scientific research management tools is not enough, and the application of social labels and altmetrics indicators needs to be further expanded.

  • The Re-validation of the Logistic Diffusion Model Applying for the Growing Pattern of Patent Forward Citations

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The patent citation is a kind of behavior that can reveal the pattern of technology diffusion. It is an important research tool to infer the technology diffusion behavior by using the patent forward citations. [Method/process] In this study, we fit the cumulative forward citations to the Logistic model again for Graphene sensor with the optimized experiment method. We analyzed and discussed the differences of the methods and results with the previous two studies, which were held by Hosein Fallah and Elliot Fishman in 2009 and Zhang Xiaoqiang et al. in 2014. [Result/conclusion] It is re-verified that the patent forward citations infer the model of technology diffusion. And a further hypothesis based on the previous studies that the pattern of the forward citations of all the patents within a certain technical field follows the Logistic diffusion model is further confirmed.

  • Strategic Intent Research of Mergers and Acquisitions Based on Entity Relation

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper proposes an automatic and efficient mining process of the strategic intent for the acquisition issues of enterprise strategic intelligence in competitive intelligence, and guides the enterprises to gather strategic intelligence information and improve the effectiveness of the strategic intent mining. [Method/process] This paper explored the system solution of enterprise strategic intelligence acquisition by introducing the technology of entity relation extraction. Then it took enterprise merger events as examples, applied the relation extraction technology to collect the enterprise merger and acquisition relation and revealed the strategic intent of enterprise mergers and acquisitions by entity attribute extraction, and verified the effectiveness of the extraction system through the merger and acquisition cases of Alibaba Group. [Result/conclusion] This solution can efficiently and automatically extract the enterprise merger and acquisition relation from massive web information and mine enterprises business areas. Through the visual technique to reveal the strategic intents of enterprise mergers and acquisitions, the purposes of automatic and fast acquisition of enterprise competitive intelligence are achieved.

  • Research on Evaluation Methods of Academic Journals Impact

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]Periodicals' influence evaluation is an important part and application field of scientific metrology research, which is of great significance for optimizing journal quality and promoting scientific exchange.[Method/process]This review summarizes the research progress of influencing evaluation methods of journals at home and abroad. In terms of traditional indicators, the series of influencing factors, index H and derivative indices, PageRank and its derivative indicators, the method of comprehensive evaluation based on multiple factors and the impact of periodicals based on social media, interdisciplinary journal evaluation methods, the characteristics and deficiencies of current evaluation methods are pointed out.[Result/conclusion]The paper finds that the existing evaluation indexes are poorly integrated. The citation skewness and self-citation problems are less considered, and the feasibility of emerging social media-based evaluation methods needs to be discussed. In the future we should pay attention to the in-depth integration of evaluation indicators, the diversification of citations for biased improvement methods, the standardization of evaluation methods for social media journals, and the systematization of cross-disciplinary journal evaluation methods.

  • Citation Sentiment Recognition Method Based on Citation Content Analysis

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper proposes an identification method based on the analysis of citations content. And a visual display is presented to overcome the problem of different citation emotions based on simple reference frequency measurement. [Method/process] First, it uses regular expressions to extract the content information of the text in full text. Then, it uses the TF-IDF algorithm to select the quoted emotion feature words, combines the emotional dictionary, and uses emotional analysis technology to quote emotion recognition. Finally, the use of visual tools shows the overall distribution of the reference emotion. [Result/conclusion] The method can effectively identify emotional information in the domain of anti-aging. The experimental results show that the positive citation accounts for 21% of the total citation frequency, neutral citation accounts for 78% of the total citation frequency, and negative citation accounts for only 1% of the total citation frequency. Compared with the traditional citation network, the visualization map based on citation emotion can effectively identify the distribution of different citation emotions on the overall data set.

  • Thinking and Practice of Chinese Library Circles in Participating in Targeted Poverty Alleviation

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Targeted poverty alleviation have become one of the hot-spots in the innovative development of Chinese libraries. This paper comprehensively investigates and sorts the current development of Chinese libraries participating in the poverty alleviation, and analyzes the main challenges of current development. Therefore, this paper has some reference and enlightenment value for Chinese libraries to participate in targeted poverty alleviation in the future.[Method/process] According to the three kinds of dimensions of "public library", "university library" and "professional library" of Chinese library system, this paper made a comprehensive review for the related construction that Chinese libraries participate in targeted poverty alleviation from two aspects of research thinking and practice measures. Then, it summarized the current construction progress and analyzed some current challenges of Chinese libraries participating in targeted poverty alleviation.[Result/conclusion] This paper comprehensively sorts and outlines the existing reports that Chinese libraries participating in targeted poverty alleviation. It analyzes the thinking and practice of the three types of Chinese libraries in participating in targeted poverty alleviation. Moreover, it effectively demonstrates the important wisdom and experience of libraries which participate in targeted poverty alleviation. It points out the major issues that need to be resolved in future development.

  • 行星大气微波-亚毫米波辐射模拟研究

    Abstract: In order to analyze the radiative transfer characteristics of planetary atmosphere in the microwave and sub millimeter wave bands, the absorption coefficient of the gases included in planetary atmosphere are calculated by using line-by-line integration method. Based on the parameters of gas molecules in HITRAN database, such as the transition frequency, line strength and so on, the absorption feature of every gas molecule in the 1-3THz frequency range is simulated and compared with the existing atmospheric radiative transfer model of the Earth. As an example, the radiation transport characteristics of Earth’s and Mars’ atmosphere are analyzed and the brightness temperature of Earth’s atmosphere radiative transfer is simulated by using radiative transfer equation. The work in this article provides the model and theoretical basis for the selection of detection frequency band of planetary atmospheric composition and for the retrieval of atmosphere profiles.

  • 微波干涉仪测量羽流电子密度反演方法研究

    Abstract: Microwave interferometer is an efficient tool for non-intrusively diagnosis of electron density of plasma, which can be used for the measurement of plume of helicon plasma thruster. Four different numerical Abel inversion algorithms, including the discretization method, the cubic spline interpolation method, the Hankel-Fourier transform method and the Nestor-Olsen method, are used to retrieved the plume density profile that is detected by microwave interferometry for the cases with and without noise. After analysis of the effect of sampling density on the retrieval error, the smoothing and interpolating solution is proposed to mitigate the under-sampling related problem. As a summary, the procedures of the retrieval and processing are proposed. Two principle verification experiments with microwave network analyzer have been done. In the first experiment, a circular pipe is measured as a axial symmetrical target, which simulates the plume, and the retrieval results match well with the shape of the pipe. In the second experiment, spatial resolved integrated phase shifts are retrieved by Abel algorithm. The radial electron density profile within the plume is calculated. The experiments and their results verify the performance and validity of both the system design and the retrieval algorithm.

    Abstract: A measurement and control system of three-dimensional(3D) position information of electrostatic levitation based on position sensitive detector(PSD) is setup and structure of PSD and position measurement and control principle of electrostatic levitation are analyzed.Output signal of PSD is processed by STC12C5A60S2 MCU,corresponding relationship between suspension sample position information and output voltage of PSD is obtained,and communication between MCU and upper PC,data analysis and processing,and position control on levitation sample are realized.Use zirconium materials to carry out suspension experiment and test results indicate that the system can realize non-contact measurement of sample position information and stable suspension of sample,and it has advantages of stable operation and reliable detecting data,and so on,and this measurement system laid foundation for material suspended heating and undercooling research.

    Abstract: To meet the needs of image stabilization system of domestic solar observatory imaging instrument, a position sensitive detector(PSD)-based electronics system design for high-precision sun sensor is proposed.Concrete measures are put forward to improve the sensitivity and reduce system noise.At presemt,level of the system noise is lower than 4 nA,and has high resolving power of 0.3 in center area of working scope,can cooperate with tip-tilt mirror to make up this system image stabilization system, which serve for Kua Fu and SPORT project and other solar imaging instruments which has high resolution imaging demand.

    Abstract: To solve the problem that data handling system for sounding rockets lacks feasibility, and increasing requirements on expansibility and reliability of data handling system, a general and extensible data handling system is proposed. This system uses TMS570LS3137 produced by TI as CPU, and has abundant interfaces, such as IIC, CAN, Ethernet and SD card. EMIF interface provides external modules with addressing space. For software, muC/OS-II is ported to system and combines with drivers to complete invoking multitask. This system can satisfy various testing task and has high value in aerospace applications.

  • 基于C8051F005的均匀轴向亚磁场产生和测量系统

    Abstract: The production and measurement system of uniform axial hypomagnetic field based on Silicon Labs C8051F005 micro-processor is designed for the research on biological effects of the hypomagnetic field. A new structure for producing uniform axial hypomagnetic field is suggested according to the principle of magnetic field generated by Helmholtz coil. MAX038 is used for hardware circuit to generate the alternating magnetic field. The magnetic field can be accurately measured by magnetoresistive sensor, the data of which are transferred to the host computer via serial port, and then displayed graphically in real time. The uniformity of the magnetic field generated with the new structure is experimentally demonstrated to be better than that generated with Helmholtz coil. Experiments show that the magnetic field intensity is proportional to the current, and has the well controllability. The frequency of alternating magnetic field can be controlled by simple parameter setting.

    Abstract: GMSK modulation plays an important role in space telecommunications. Local oscillator phase noise has significant influence on GMSK demodulation system. Some characteristics of phase noise and its math expressions on both time and frequency domains are analyzed. Furthermore, the simulated phase noise sequence is added to the GMSK modulation system to show how the different levels of phase noise affect the demodulation performance. The conclusions have deep reference value to optimize the GMSK demodulation system. This method to analyze phase noise and its effect can be extended to any modulation system.
