Abstract： [Purpose/significance] To cultivate the readers' maker literacy is the key to the development of readers' core literacy. By providing effective ways to cultivate maker literacy, it provides a reference for improving readers' maker literacy in the maker era.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the meaning of the maker literacy education, this paper expounds five aspects:the maker consciousness, the morality, the founding ability, the technology and the spirit. The paper puts forward that the library should adopt the eight ways:changing thinking concept, creating a maker environment, rendering a space model, cultivating a different maker DNA, supporting the formation of a team, to cultivate the readers' maker literacy.[Result/conclusion] Library should grasp the development trend of dual maker literacy education, implement of space reconstruction correctly, actively carry out activities and the implementation of maker literacy education, and truly assume the responsibility of dual maker literacy education, to build a good campus to contribute to the culture.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the supporting and ensuring roles university librarians should play under the environment of maker space, we clarify the innovative service capabilities and requirements of librarians, and put forward corresponding suggestions for effective ways to improve librarians' innovative ability.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the support services provided by librarians, the necessary service ability of librarians based on maker demand is summarized.[Result/conclusion]In the era of maker,the change of the libraryservice mode requireslibrarians to constantly enhance the service abilityof quickly accepting new things, communication and coordination, information mining, data management and teamwork. Only when librarians constantly update their knowledge and improve their own service ability can we effectively protect users' needs of interdisciplinary collaborative learning.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Aiming at the space bottleneck, funding bottleneck and talent bottleneck in the process of building a makerspace in the university library, this paper puts forward a multi co-construction model to promote the rapid development of library makerspace construction.[Method/process] Through the comparison of examples of makerspace construction in various fields, this paper summarizes the various modes of makerspace construction of university libraries in China, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various models, to help university library to build its own model.[Result/conclusion] Through the comparative analysis of various makerspace construction models, the library should consider its actual situation and the advantages of different models try to innovate boldly and seek a better solution.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The transformation of library space is the focus of the current theoretical research and practice. With the change of the information technology environment and readers' demand, the library is forced to re-examine itself and seek new development opportunities and living space.[Method/process] Based on the statistical cases of the spatial transformation of university libraries at home and abroad, this paper sums up the existing problems and the practical ways of the transformation of the library space, and puts forward the prospect of the new form of the future spatial change of the library.[Result/conclusion] The innovation of library has become the main melody. The maker spaces is a recipe development and social innovation culture to boost the talent library reengineering. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on the constructivist learning theory and the advanced concept of flipping the classroom, the beginners who can improve their personal information literacy ability are the main research objects of education. This paper analyses their personality characteristics, information behavior and educational preferences.[Method/process] Through the investigation and analysis of the causes of the contradiction between the mode of education and the needs of the students, the innovation model of "micro video + substitution experience" information literacy education is put forward. It focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the model, the strategy and the implementation plan, and puts forward the feasible organization strategy.[Result/conclusion]"Micro video + substitution experience", mode of new information literacy education, comprehensively uses the unique visual impact of micro video. To overcome the shortcomings of the abstract language of teachers, at the same time, through the substitution of situational experience, the knowledge absorption internalization, the high-level thinking cognition and information retrieval ability are improved, and the students' comprehensive ability of information literacy can be effectively promoted.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper discussed the main concerns and key problems that related to the strategic planning of academic libraries, to make suggestions for the development of academic libraries.[Method/process] Based on the prediction of the development trend of contemporary information technology, higher education reform and academic research, this paper discussed the 10 key issues, including the significance, main contradictions, element relationship, user needs, collection development, technology application, space reconstruction, user services, capacity improvement, and management efficiency in order to scientifically plan the development routes of academic libraries in the coming years.[Result/conclusion] During the future development, the fundamental driving force is user needs, and thus collection is the basis, technology is means, service is purpose, management is guarantee, and innovation is engine.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Space transformation has become the only way for the transformation and development of university libraries. New functional experience space is one of the core values of libraries. [Method/process] Based on the elaboration of the connotation and characteristics of the new functional experience space, this paper introduced the construction of the experience space in domestic university libraries, and took the construction and service of the new functional experience space in the library of Shenyang Normal University as an example to put forward in-depth thinking on the construction and service of the new functional experience space. [Result/conclusion] Resource service, space service and people-oriented service have become the characteristics of the times of university library services. It is necessary to create a new type of skill experience space for libraries of any type of universities and professional colleges.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] "Picture book space" is not only a space for children readers, but also a necessary space for universities to cultivate excellent primary education professionals. It is necessary for university libraries to create picture book space. [Method/process] Based on the value of picture books and publishing status quo, domestic and foreign libraries picture book space construction service status, this paper analyzed the necessity of picture book space construction and service in normal university library, the practice of picture book space construction service and some considerations about picture book library service. [Result/conclusion] University libraries should change the misunderstanding of the picture-book construction and advocate that picture-book libraries should be rooted in the innovative space of normal university libraries.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]The construction of "theme library" is part of the strategy of a powerful cultural country in China. Through the investigation and analysis of the development status of national theme library, the paper explores the development path of the library with Chinese characteristics, promotes the continuous expansion of the library system and improves the service quality.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the definition, characteristics and domestic construction and development of the theme library, this paper discussed the problems in the construction of the theme library, and summarized the ideas for the future construction and development of the theme library.[Result/conclusion]The theme library has become a part of the service system of China's general and branch libraries and an important measure to deepen the service, which needs to be promoted to vigorous development.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on the investigation of the current situation of the research and practice of library space reengineering, this paper puts forward the prospect of the future development of space reengineering, in order to promote the public library to continuously realize the transformation of space service and explore service innovation. [Method/process] Through the analysis of literature retrieval, this paper discussed the research status of library space reengineering, and investigated the current situation of public library space reengineering in China, then put forward the existing problems and future prospects of public library space reengineering. [Result/conclusion] Space reengineering is an organic growth point for the development of Public Libraries in the new era. It should follow the principles of seeking multi-dimensional cross-border integration, paying attention to characteristic libraries, paying attention to intelligent construction and adhering to the principle of universal equal service.
