Abstract： Purpose/Significance As a new type of production factor, data factor, together with other factors, constitutes a total factor and provides an important driving force for global economic and social development. Data factor is a major theoretical innovation proposed for the first time in China, and it is important to systematically collect, sort out and analyze the representative results of data factor research in China, so as to build a knowledge framework system of data factor with Chinese characteristics, which will provide reference and inspiration for the theoretical research and practical exploration of data factor worldwide. Method/Process It mainly adopts network survey, literature research and content analysis method to summarize 56 representative literature contents, 14 policy reports and experts’ opinions on data element research in China, and comb and analyze them in four aspects, namely, connotation interpretation, value release, operation mechanism and governance system. Result/Conclusion China’s data elements research results are fruitful, the knowledge framework system is basically formed, and certain progress has been made in the realization of value and market cultivation, but there is still much room for improvement in the effective operation of data elements and the governance of data elements, and future research needs to focus on coordinating and promoting the construction of the governance system of data elements and promoting the combination with the application scenarios so as to play the multiplier effect.

Abstract： Objective Human Library is the largest mining of the knowledge value formed by the combination of human and knowledge. Due to various reasons, the research and practice related to the Human Library in China is at a bottleneck period. This article attempts to comb the structure and connotation of the real person library from the perspective of the Metaverse, analyze its core communication characteristics and the development obstacles it faces. Method Combining the relevant concepts and technologies of the metauniverse, this paper looks forward to the form of intelligent innovation in Human Library from the perspective of information interaction fields and management and maintenance modules of human libraries, and proposes possible implementation paths and new issues in the future based on specific implementation technologies. Conclusions This article believes that with the maturity and popularization of corresponding technologies, it is possible to integrate the Human Library and the Metaverse into the overall framework of intelligent library construction in the future, in order to better play the indispensable role of the unique communication characteristics of the Human Library in individual tacit knowledge management.

Abstract：目的/意义 在学科交叉合作蓬勃发展的时代背景下，探究图书情报学研究方法和理论跨学科使用意愿影响因素的组态路径，为图书情报学的跨学科研究和学科影响力提升提供更广泛、深刻的思路，对促进学科交叉合作，解决科研迫切需求和社会重大实际问题等具有一定理论与现实意义。 方法/过程 以图书情报学研究方法和理论的跨学科使用意愿为主题，以认知-情感-意动为理论基础，构建图书情报学方法理论跨学科使用意愿模型，采用模糊集定性比较分析法得出影响因素的组态路径构成，并探求其组成机理。 结果/结论 研究表明图书情报学科研究方法和理论的跨学科使用意愿是多因共致的结果，使用fsQCA研究方法得出了三条组态路径并概括为：理论创新协同型组态、理论社群协同型组态、学科知识交叉基础驱动型组态；基于对组态路径联动作用机理的深入研究与解析，本文对学科未来发展提出如下建议:①以现实为导向，加强学科建设，推进学科知识体系转型升级；②立足信息资源管理守正创新，提升学科吸引力；③积极推动跨学科合作，增强学科影响力；④发挥信息交流支持作用，强化学科社群感知力。

Abstract： 目的/意义 数据故事化是一种更高效、更全面、更新颖地展示数据分析结果的方式，通过分析我国数据故事化研究的代表性文献，对现有研究成果进行系统梳理，并对研究势趋进一步展望，为后续研究提供借鉴和启示。 方法/过程 主要采用内容分析法归纳我国现有的有关数据故事化研究的21篇文献内容，从概念内涵、基本流程、相关模型以及应用实践4个方面对我国数据故事化的研究进展进行梳理和分析。 结果/结论 数据故事化研究在我国尚处于起步阶段，在内涵、流程、模型、方法、工具等理论研究以及实践应用领域存在较大提升空间，未来研究注重构建我国数据故事化研究的自主知识体系和应用实践体系。

Abstract： Objective/Significance The high infectivity, long time and great uncertainty of the novel coronavirus outbreak promote the transformation of the mode of scientific information exchange. By studying the current situation and existing problems of scientific information exchange under the influence of the epidemic, this paper proposes strategies for the development of scientific information exchange in the post-epidemic era. Method/Process By searching several databases and open access platforms at home and abroad, using network survey method, literature induction method, text analysis method, etc., the current situation and existing problems of scientific information exchange were summarized. Results/Conclusion Based on the active promotion of all participants in the scientific exchange system, the rapid development of the preprint publishing model, the extensive dissemination and sharing of scientific data, the symbiosis between the current scientific information exchange and the traditional communication model, the sustainable development of the new publishing model and the standardized development of the scientific evaluation mechanism, etc., In the post-COVID-19 era, measures can be taken to promote the development of scientific information exchange, such as building an integrated platform for scientific communication, publicizing and promoting new publishing models, establishing dynamic review expert databases and multi-channel authoritative and reliable information sources.

Abstract：目的/意义 探究乡村用户参与数字素养教育意愿的影响因素，以期提升乡村用户的数字素养教育参与度，从而提升乡村用户数字素养水平。 方法/过程 研究采用扎根理论分析32份语料数据，基于社会认知理论和自我决定理论，构建乡村用户参与数字素养教育意愿概念模型。［结果/结论］研究根据模型阐述了乡村用户的自主性需要、能力需要、归属需要三种自我需要与自主性动机、控制性动机、缺乏动机三种个人动机类型，解释了限制性环境、支持性环境以及组织环境对于个人和行为意愿的作用机理，解构了乡村用户参与意愿的形成过程，最终提出改善提升用户参与数字素养教育意愿建议，以期可以提升乡村用户数字素养水平，缩小城乡数字素养鸿沟，促进更多乡村用户可以切实享受到数字乡村发展红利。
