• Model Exploration and Value Innovation of Rural Public Cultural Services for Promoting Rural Revitalization in China

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in urban and rural areas and further improve the living standards of farmers, the rural revitalization strategy has been put forward in China. Rural cultural revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization, and rural public cultural service is the main carrier of rural cultural revitalization. Through literature research, network research and case analysis, the article makes a systematic review of the research and practice results of rural public cultural services in China to promote rural revitalization, analyzing in depth the logical relationship and internal mechanism of rural public cultural services to promote rural revitalization. The study finds that there are three main models of rural public cultural services to advance rural revitalization:cultural soul-building, integration of culture and tourism, and cultural and agricultural mutual assistance. The article also analyzes how rural public cultural services can better promote rural revitalization and achieve high-quality development with respect to key elements such as environmental patterns, participating subjects, product services, and realization methods.

  • Research on Value Flow Mechanism and Optimisation Strategy of Science and Technology Journal Industry Chain

    Abstract:   Purposes To analyse the structure of scientific and technical journal industry chain and the law of value flow of the industry chain, and make suggestions for the optimization of the value of scientific and technical journal industry chain. Methods Using the basic theory of knowledge management to sort out the upstream, midstream and downstream of the knowledge chain of scientific and technical journal industry development. Based on the value chain theory, combined with the science and technology journal industry chain, the value activities of the sub-chains such as supply chain, value-added chain and output chain are clarified, and the value flow of each link of the science and technology journal industry is made clear. Findings The structure map of science and technology journal industry chain with upstream production and organisation, midstream distribution and dissemination and downstream service and application is constructed with the flow of knowledge as the core. The value flow between modules is analysed from the perspective of value appreciation, and the value flow model of scientific and technical journal industry chain is constructed. Conclusions There are problems of value flow blockage, insufficient depth expansion and imbalance of benefit distribution in the industry chain of science and technology journals. Science and technology journals should break through the resource barriers to achieve synergistic sharing; accelerate the attraction of capital injection and clarify the revenue mechanism; deeply explore the content resources and explore the cross-border value-added channels; and improve the technical means to innovate the industrial ecology.

  • A study of predatory journal identification using Altmetrics metrics

    Abstract: Purposes This article explores the effect of introducing the Altmetrics index into the identification of predatory journals, in order to provide a new perspectives for the identification of predatory journals. Methods Based on the logit regression model, three models for the identification of predatory journals were constructed using the average number of citations alone, the presence rate of altmetrics alone, and a combination of both indicators. The ROC curve was used to compare and analyze the fitting effects of the three models. Finally, journal data in invitation emails were used to validate the model effects. Findings The model integrating both average citations and Altmetrics existence rate performed the best for identifying predatory journals. with both indicators showing significant negative correlation with journal predatoriness. Validation using the data from 14 journals that sent out solicitation emails showed that over 85% of them were identified as predatory journals by the model, demonstrating the rationality of the model. Conclusions The application of the Altmetrics metric has shown good results and provides valuable new perspectives in the identification of the predatory journals.
     

  • An Analysis of Journal Early-Warning System of World-Class University in the Open Access Environment Based on Content Analysis

    Abstract: ABSTRACT: Purposes  In order to deal with the increasingly severe problem of predatory publishing, it is necessary to learn from the practice experience of the world's first-class university journals early warning system, and provide reference for improving the current situation of the academic journals early warning system in China and promoting the construction of scientific research credit system.The advance of open access has promoted the emergence of journal early-warning system to deal with bad publishing behavior in academic ecology. Journal early-warning system construction is still in the initial stage in China, and learning from foreign practical experience is necessary. Methods  By combining the methods of online research and content analysis, text data on the subject of journal warning were obtained from the websites of top 50 universities in the QS2022 World University Ranking, and the content analysis of relevant data was carried out based on Grounded Theory. Findings  The paper construct the element model of the periodical early warning system in the world first-class university, and found that the periodical early warning system in our country is in the initial stage. There are shortcomings in the journal inspection tools, publishing policies, and disciplinary services. Conclusions  It is necessary to further improve the periodical early warning system by promoting the inspection tools of academic journals, guiding authors to pay attention to publishing rights, strengthening the review and management of scientific research funds, building the subject service platform of journal early warning, and improving the research evaluation methods.

  • Comparative analysis of hot topics between preprints and periodicals ——A case study of COVID-19

    Abstract: [Objective] To compare and analyze the differences and connections between preprints and periodicals on similar topics, and take the COVID-19 topic as an example to prove that the two are complementary in research hotspot and emphasis. [Methods] In this paper, the BERTopic topic analysis model was adopted and the two-dimensional quadrant method was combined to compare the similar hot topics of preprint and periodical sources from two dimensions of heat and influence. [Results] About 70,000 literatures related to COVID-19 on bioRxiv, medRxiv and Scopus were analyzed. The following rules were found: 1) In terms of topic popularity, preprints were more medical, while periodicals were more social; 2) In terms of topic impact, preprints are more likely to focus on prevention, while periodicals are more likely to focus on virus transmission; 3) Preprints and periodicals have partially duplicated topics in terms of popularity and impact, such as vaccine-related topics; 4) There are special hot topics in the preprint that are not in the periodical, such as virus mutation. [Conclusion] In general, the preprint topics are more theoretical and academic, while the periodical topics are more practical and social. The preprint topic is more detailed in principle, while the periodical topic is more extensive in society, and the two can effectively complement each other in content.

  • Model Construction and Empirical Study on Information Quality Evaluation of Knowledge-based Microblogs from Users’ Perspective

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance The evaluation indicators system and evaluation model of knowledge-based microblog information quality are constructed to provide reference for the improvement of knowledge-based microblog information quality and microblog knowledge services. Method/Process The evaluation index system was established through literature research and questionnaire research. User rating data were collected for empirical analysis, and TOPSIS was used to calculate the comprehensive score of 30 knowledge-based microblogs, and the data was input into RBF neural network for simulation training. Result/Conclusion The test results show that the error between the simulation value and the actual score value of the knowledge-based microblog information quality evaluation model established in this paper is within 6%. The model can accurately fit the user scoring data, and is suitable for the microblog information quality evaluation scenario under the complex multi-dimensional index system, and has certain reference significance for the knowledge-based microblog and other types of microblog information quality evaluation.
     

  • Thoughts on Data-driven Discursive Logic and Triangulation of Think Tank

    Abstract: The rapid accumulation of data resources and the development of analysis technologies have expanded the scope of think tank research, and prompted think tanks to pay more attention to data intelligence. Meanwhile, higher requirements are put forward on the quality and innovation of the think tank. Facing the development needs of think tanks, i.e., modernization, innovation, and conscientization, this paper demonstrates the change of data-driven think tank researches from the perspective of the information chain. The paper analyzes the urgent need to reshape the discursive logic of the think tank, and discusses the construction scheme of triangulation for data-driven think tank research. Finally, several suggestions for optimizing the construction of think tanks are put forward, such as paying attention to the complementarity of correlation and causality, integrating the technical rationality and humanistic values, analyzing from the perspective of cyber-physical-human ternary space, seeking support from multidisciplinary knowledge, and constructing the engineering services of the think tank.

  • Practice Research of Smart Library in Ten Years: Progress, Dilemma and Outlet

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance Combined with the practice research of samrt library in ten years, from the perspective of literature research combing, this paper analyzes the practice progress, predicament and explore the outlet of smart library in China.   Method/Process A comprehensive retrieval tool was used to search and screen the practical data of the smart library from 2013 to 2022. Through the extraction and integration of the data content, This paper reviews the practical progress of Chinese smart library in the past ten years from six dimensions, including smart service, smart management, smart space, smart librarian, new generation service platform, and supporting system, and analyzes the difficulties faced by the smart library to explore the outlet for future development. Result/Conclusion The research shows that the practice content of smart library in China involves a wide range of dimensions, diverse subject types, wide regional radiation and diverse application technology types, and has made certain practical progress. However, due to many problems in practice, the current construction of smart library is not systematic, in-depth and balanced enough, and falls into a dilemma of relative stagnation. Subsequent practical construction and theoretical research need to carry out targeted work and focus on the existing problems and dilemmas.

  • Research on the influence path of health information anxiety on health information avoidance behavior: Based on Grounded theory

    Abstract: With the release of the "Healthy China 2030 Strategy" and other information, health information has become a common type of information that the country and people pay attention to. However, health rumors, false health information overload and other problems, as well as health information anxiety and healthinformation avoidance behaviors caused by these problems are not conducive to the improvement of citizens' health information literacy and the development of public health information services. At present,the relationship between health information anxiety and health information avoidance behavior is not well studied. In this paper, 83 initial concepts, 15 basic categories and 6 main categories were extracted through coding analysis of interview data using the grounded theory method. Cognition-Affect-Conation framework integrated to build a theoretical model. The results showed that: Health information anxiety and health information avoidance affect each other, and cognitive factors indirectly affect health information avoidance behavior by influencing health information anxiety. Individual factors, information factors and environmental factors have causal mediating and moderating effects on health information avoidance behavior.

    Abstract:目的/意义 探究乡村用户参与数字素养教育意愿的影响因素,以期提升乡村用户的数字素养教育参与度,从而提升乡村用户数字素养水平。 方法/过程 研究采用扎根理论分析32份语料数据,基于社会认知理论和自我决定理论,构建乡村用户参与数字素养教育意愿概念模型。[结果/结论]研究根据模型阐述了乡村用户的自主性需要、能力需要、归属需要三种自我需要与自主性动机、控制性动机、缺乏动机三种个人动机类型,解释了限制性环境、支持性环境以及组织环境对于个人和行为意愿的作用机理,解构了乡村用户参与意愿的形成过程,最终提出改善提升用户参与数字素养教育意愿建议,以期可以提升乡村用户数字素养水平,缩小城乡数字素养鸿沟,促进更多乡村用户可以切实享受到数字乡村发展红利。

  • Review of the research on data reuse at home and abroad

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance To systematically sort out the research status of data reuse at home and abroad, summarize and analyze its characteristics and shortcomings, and provide reference for future research on data reuse. Method/Process Use the literature survey method to obtain domestic and foreign research literature on data reuse, classify them based on content analysis, summarize the characteristics and shortcomings of current data reuse research, and put forward follow-up research suggestions. Result/Conclusion The existing data reuse research has played a certain role in avoiding duplication of data collection, improving the efficiency of data use and promoting data sharing among researchers, and gradually pays attention to a wider user group, expands and extends the research discipline However, the overall research direction is relatively narrow, the research methods are relatively limited, and the number of studies is relatively sparse. In the future, the research field of data reuse should further expand the research user groups, pay more attention to the new problems arising in the process of social and economic development, and pay more attention to the new requirements for data reuse research in the era of big data, so as to further promote more effective and reliable data reuse.   • Research on the construction of event recognition model in historical books based on text generation technology

    Abstract: Objective In order to construct a event recognition model in historical books, the performance of sequence labeling method in event recognition in historical ancient books is compared with that of text generation method. Methods In this paper, "Three Kingdoms" is selected as the original corpus. To compare the performance of the two methods, performing on the "Three Kingdoms" event data set, the sequence labeling experiment used BMES annotation and builded the BBCN-SG model ,and the text generation experiment builded the T5-SG model.It also builded RoBERTa-SG and NEZHA-SG models to conduct comparative experiments on generative models. Combining three text generation models and integrating the idea of Stacking ensemble learning, the Stacking-TRN-SG model is constructed. Results On the subject of modeling event recognition in historical ancient books, the performance of the text generation method is significantly better than that of the sequence labeling method. In the text generation method, the performance of the three models is RoBERTa-SG > T5-SG > NEZHA-SG. Stacking ensemble learning greatly improves the recognition performance of generation models. Limitations The computational resources of this paper are limited, and the Stacking-TRN-SG model lacks application research in other historical and ancient corpora. Conclusions The Stacking-TRN-SG model constructed in this paper preliminarily realizes the automatic event recognition of historical ancient books.

    Abstract: [目的/意义]在当前的开放知识环境中,信息资源的有效配置能够对智库知识的有效生产与供给带来积极影响。因此需要将信息资源配置这一解释/分析工具引入到智库研究中来,用以解决当前我国新型智库建设过程中出现的现实问题。[方法/过程]分析了智库信息资源配置的理论构成单元和理论基础,构建了智库信息资源配置的理论框架,明确了框架下需要解决的关键问题。[结果/结论]开放知识环境提供了信息资源配置的对象,智库提供了信息资源配置的方向,智库信息资源配置的实质是信息资源与信息需求之间的匹配。在未来研究中需要对智库的信息内容、信息需求、信息行为进行深入调查,并建立智库信息资源配置效率和智库影响力之间的关联。

  • 一个用于识别睡美人文献的新的无参数指标 ——基于Science和Nature杂志上睡美人文献的验证

    Abstract:[目的/意义] 通过优化提出一个可精准识别睡美人文献的简易无参数指标。[方法/过程] 借鉴睡美人指数(B指数)基本框架,通过将考察对象“年度被引次数”优化为“年度被引次数累积百分比”,提出Bcp指数,重新定义唤醒时间、睡眠深度和唤醒强度。并通过识别Science和Nature上的睡美人文献进行检验。[结果/结论] Bcp指数继承了B指数对那些非常显著的睡美人文献高度敏感的优点。Bcp指数框架下计算出的唤醒时间更符合实际情况,而B指数框架下的唤醒时间易被延迟估计。Bcp指数考虑了观察期内论文全部的引文曲线,规避了B指数无法反映年度被引次数达到最大值以后的引文曲线的缺点。Bcp指数对论文发表之初被引次数的约束效力显著高于B指数,更符合睡美人文献早期零被引和低被引的特征。Bcp指数对年龄大、总被引次数和年度被引次数相对较低的睡美人文献更敏感,有利于挖掘平常易被忽视的非高被引文献中睡美人文献的存在规律。Bcp指数规避了人为参数主观界定的不足,以及不同学科领域论文被引规模差异对睡美人文献统一定义的干扰。
