Abstract: In order to maintain the integrity and singleness of the subjective visual world, both eyes need accurate coordination and integration in the process of collecting information. The domestic available literature, however, is mostly about “Single vision” , based on Hering’s law. When the children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and the control group were watching different emotional videos, the eye movements accurately recorded their Binocularity disparity. Different types noise in the accurate data are filtered out, Binocularity disparity are explicit revealed in the time series, which formed the pattern of temporal eye movement. The results show:1) Binocularity disparity varies significantly with emotional faces, supporting the Helmholtz’s hypothesis and emphasizing “Binocular coordination”;2) there were significant differences in Binocularity disparity on all emotional faces between the two groups, which further revealed the perceptual specificity of autistic children.
