Abstract:本文以实际 SF6 断路器灭弧室结构为计算模型,采用气体动力学方程,从微观角度出发,考虑粒子间的碰撞反应,探求液态金属桥断裂后稳态电弧生成前、触头开距为 3mm 时,电弧等离子体粒子群的产生、发展及演变规律,分析研究了不同开断电流导致的金属蒸气含量变化对电弧弧前过程中等离子体微观参数的影响;同时研究了不同电极材料造成的二次电子发射系数差异对 SF6 电弧弧前过程的影响。仿真为稳态电弧研究提供基础理论数据,对于高压开关设备的开发研制具有一定意义。

Abstract: For position oriented precise control system, a BISS-C protocol communication system based on DC power line carrier technology is proposed. The carrier communication system is based on the BISS-C protocol, and it takes the DC power line as the carrier. The asynchronous communication is used to realize quasi synchronous signal transmission, thus the communication system is simplified and the utilization of cable is improved. Power supply and data communication multiplexing are realized by using two wires. The system is based on a programmable logic device (FPGA). The carrier hardware circuit is designed, the communication flow is planned, and the communication protocol is worked out. The experiment of servo motor closed loop control shows that the system is stable and reliable, and it can meet the communication requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, 300kW, 15 000r/min high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed. For surface mounted respectively on high speed rotor structure, carbon fiber and alloy steel sheath of permanent magnet synchronous motor.motor are analyzed. For high power and high speed permanent magnet motor, the parameters are designed and the temperature field and the loss are analyzed. Based on the finite element analysis, the software is used to simulate the motor, and the data such as iron loss are obtained, and the data obtained are analyzed. By comparing the simulation results, it is found that the heating of the motor under the alloy steel sheath is more serious.

Abstract: The very fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) generated by disconnector operation in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) can cause insulation faults of GIS equipment and electrical equipment connector to it, especially power transformer. In this paper,VFTO at representative position caused by disconnected operation in GIS is calculated and simulated with EMTP, and the characteristic amplitude values of VFTO are analyzed, the VFTO is applied to the transformer windings, and the transient voltage distribution of the transformer windings is analyzed, the potential gradient between the coils and the turns is obtained, the insulation faults of the transformer windings are found, which is in the forward end of the transformer windings.
