Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to learn the current situation of course service in libraries of world-class universities, to study its reference value to the development of course services in China and to promote the library’s ability for supporting the world-class university education and construction. [Method/process] It selected 38 libraries of world-class university and did some research on the current situation of course services by network. [Result/conclusion] The research shows: the main contents of course services in libraries of world-class university include course reserves services, course guide services and course management system services，and the major platforms of carrying these services are courses reserves system，courses guides system and courses management system．The paper suggests that university libraries in China should take course service as the guide of subject service, and strengthen the connotative construction.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The paper studies the practical significance and development model of self-quantified technology in library, which enables libraries to provide self-quantified technical environments to users, improve the user's personal perception, and also expand the library service and management mode. [Method/process] Through the investigation of the application status of self-quantified technology in various fields at home and abroad, it points out the significance of self-quantified technology in library field. On the basis of discriminating quantified self and traditional library service concept, it establishes a library service and management system and identifies users' self-quantified data that can be used in the library and the field of library application data. [Result/conclusion] It puts forward the service and management model of self-quantified technology in library and the key technology of quantitative users' behavioral data. Libraries can establish a self-quantified system by tracking the user's digital footprint, establishing an optimal reading directory, etc. There are still some problems to be solved in the application of quantitative self in library, including access to data, portability of data, security of users' information, and responsibility for the negative impact. It requires a trusting relationship and a well-developed law.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring the clustering evolution in the process of domain knowledge development can help to reveal the characteristics and rules of knowledge clustering, this is great significance to master the clustering rules of correlation knowledge in the development and evolution process.[Method/process] Based on the idea of complex network, this paper constructed the time series domain knowledge networks in accordance with the occurred-value of tags adjacency relation. That is, according to the network motif theory, this paper dynamically tracked and analyzed the domain knowledge networks by the analysis method of network clustering coefficient. Then, by combining with the network density, the characteristic path length, the node degree value, the triadic closure and other indicators, this article analyzed the clustering evolution in the process of domain knowledge development from random factors, degree correlation, and adjacent correlation.[Result/conclusion] The results show:①Domain knowledge in the development process always keeps a higher clustering. ②The clustering of domain knowledge includes both randomness and structuration (non-randomness). ③The dynamic status of domain knowledge clustering evolves between small-world network and scale-free network waveringly. ④The clustering status of domain knowledge shows a certain difference between the whole network and local nodes.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Under the data environment of the new era, in order to fulfill the fundamental task of library and information specialty teaching in colleges and universities, which is to tap the potential of students, meet their personalized development needs and provide them with better quality education.[Method/process] This paper conducted an open questionnaire survey on 48 undergraduates majoring in library and information science, used NVivo analysis software to analyze the original questionnaire data, and found the professional needs of library and information students.[Result/conclusion] Combining with students' suggestions, this paper put forward the strengthening and improvement measures of library and information professional education from the aspects of practical teaching methods and contents, and put forward the basic reference ideas of practical teaching evaluation methods.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Under the background of building "double first-class", it is imperative to innovate the management mode and reform the management system and mechanism of university library.[Method/process] Based on the vertical administrative management model and the matrix business management model, this paper built a composite collaborative management model. It introduced the practical results of the institutional reform of Northeast Normal University Library with reference to the composite collaborative management model.[Result/conclusion] Firstly, it put forward some suggestions and enlightenments such as implementing innovation to drive development, paying attention to team culture construction, and following objective development rules.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The effective identification and extraction of structural relationships in knowledge networks helps to detect the topology of knowledge networks and their evolution patterns from a wide range of data. [Method/process] This article proposes a method for extracting structural relationships in knowledge networks based on eigen decomposition of adjacency matrix. Using the real data, the eigen decomposition method and traditional correlation frequency method are compared and analyzed from static structural relationships extraction and dynamic structure evolution, and compared with the pathfinder algorithm. The validity of structural relationships extraction of knowledge networks based on eigen decomposition method is verified. [Result/conclusion] The research results show:the eigen decomposition method can identify the main component information in the original knowledge networks, the method can accurately identify the low-frequency correlations that are important to the global topology of the networks, and the extraction method is flexible and free.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring the internal mechanism of the evolution of Internet public opinion can gain deeper insights into the development of public opinion and help relevant units or departments to achieve scientific decision-making and guidance in public opinion events.[Method/process] This paper selected the parties' blog posts and the corresponding reposted comments of specific public opinion events, and calculated the sentiment score of the review text based on the sentiment dictionary. Using the perspective of time series, dynamic analysis was made on the change of emotional polarity and the impact of the party's responses on the emotions of netizens during the development of public opinion.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the party's responses have a direct impact on the emotional polarity of netizens; the emotional polarity of netizens during the development of public opinion is not static; the contents of the responses directly affect the netizens' emotional polarity, valid evidence and sincere attitudes help calm negative sentiments in public opinion.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The patent documents and academic papers show the new progress of technological innovation and scientific research respectively. Combining patent documents with academic papers through patent subjects, and then conducting technical subject evolution analysis, which has certain reference significance for further discovering understanding the relationship between patent technology and scientific research.[Method/process] Taking the academic inventors in the field of data mining as the link, the association method was proposed and the research framework was constructed from 3 perspectives of patent subject-keyword coupling, IPC coupling and IPC-keyword co-occurrence. Then this paper analyzed the evolution of multi-dimensional relationship among subjects, technologies and themes in different time periods, and explored the relationship between patent documents and academic papers.[Result/conclusion] The role of academic inventors in the innovation of data mining is more and more important. The technical themes of most subjects are similar, and some even show a high degree of unity. However, there are also a few technologies that are not directly related to the themes, and the degree of difference is also large. But whether technology is directly related to the theme matter or not, technology inventions and scientific research have achieved deeper mutual penetration in the field of data mining.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring the individual career development of scientists and the transforming laws of research topics can not only reveal the internal mechanism of the development of scientific productivity, but also help provide better policy guidance and support for the development of scientific undertakings.[Method/process] Based on the representative discipline data of natural sciences, social science, art and humanities, this article identified the career peaks of scientists. The career peak was used as the basis for dividing the academic career of scientists. The Top2Vec topic modeling method in natural language processing was used to identify research topics, and the topic similarity and topic transfer probability of the research topics at different stages of the academic career of scientists were measured.[Result/conclusion] The research results show that scientists in various disciplines generally change research topics more frequently after experiencing their career peaks, while elite scholars have more specific research topics after experiencing their career peaks.
