Abstract： The publication ethics is the foundation and prerequisite for the development of scientific journals． Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting the construction of world-class scientific journals in China，the standardization construction of publication ethics is particularly urgent．As an important component of scientific research integrity，the standardization construction of publication ethics in scientific journals should comply with national policy requirements． This article comprehensively collected relevant policies on publication ethics in China，and through quantitative analysis of policy literature and grounded theoretical analysis，clarified the evolution of scientific journals publication ethics policies，the theoretical model for the standardization of publication ethics，and the changes in the content of publication ethics policies． Through the analysis of research results， it can be concluded that China is attaching increasing importance to the integrity and ethical governance of scientific journals; the basic framework for the standardization construction of publication ethics in scientific journals includes the overall requirements，the content of publication ethics， and the measures to ensure the implementation of publication ethics，of which the latter two are the key elements．

Abstract： The purpose of this study is to explore the auxiliary strategies of lower grade students in Internet information search tasks to improve their information literacy. Method/Process Based on the information needs expression theory, combined with field investigation and field interview methods, this study analyzed the process of primary school students using Baidu to search for information in the activity of Lighting up the Library . The process model of information search task is established by dividing the search task into stages, which covers the key steps such as task analysis, query construction, search result screening, content interpretation, information extraction and task completion. Result/ Conclusion The study found that lower grade students showed certain information literacy ability in information extraction and utilization, but still needed the help of auxiliary staff. In addition, the study also discusses the experience and evaluation of primary school students’ use of search engines, and finds that they have a very rich experience in using search engines such as Baidu, and give a high evaluation of the search experience of Baidu, and also raises questions from the perspective of primary school students. This study is of great significance for designing reasonable teaching activities and improving elementary school students’ information literacy, and provides a new perspective and data support for future research in related fields.

Abstract： This paper explores potential directions for the application of large language models in the field ofYi studies, starting from the characteristics of Yi studies and the main scenarios for applying largelanguage models. It aims to investigate the potential role of large language models in Yi studies,highlighting specific applications of these models in Yi divination as an example. Yi studies havegarnered attention due to their extensive cultural significance, profound theoretical frameworks, andpractical applications, characterized by high specialization and a steep learning curve. Large languagemodels have achieved significant breakthroughs in natural language processing, knowledge graphconstruction, with major applications including machine translation, text summarization, intelligentquestion answering, and semantic understanding. However, the utilization of large language modelsin Yi studies remains largely underexplored. Therefore, this paper proposes potential directions forthe application of large language models in Yi studies, such as Yi literature analysis and interpretationof Yi divination results. Finally, by elaborating on a detailed application instance of large languagemodels in Yi divination, this paper reveals the potential of large language models in the field of Yistudies. A comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of Yi studies and extensive explorationof the application scenarios of large language models will contribute to fostering a broader applicationof these models in Yi studies, enhancing research efficiency, and promoting cultural inheritance.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance In the context of the development of open science and the paradigm change of scientific research communication, libraries, as important resource centers and information service institutions for scientific research activities, are faced with important tasks such as enriching the resource system and exploring new growth points for resource construction. As an emerging and highly valuable scientific research resource, it will be a strategic layout with practical significance for libraries to incorporate Registered Reports into their own resource system and develop library services based on them. Methodology/Process Using a combination of literature research method and web research method, we analyze in detail the necessity, possibility and feasibility of incorporating Registered Reports into the library resource system, summarize the existing practical experience abroad, and propose feasible strategies for incorporating Registered Reports into the library resource system. Results/Conclusions The incorporation of Registered Reports into the library resource system can effectively respond to the "reproducibility crisis" in the scientific community and better meet the new research communication needs under open science, which is an inherent requirement of the 14th Five-Year Plan of the library. It is an inherent requirement of the 14th Five-Year Plan of the Library. Scientific data, which is one of the fragments of Registered Reports, has become a mature collection resource, and Registered Reports have shown a positive development trend, which provides a possible reference for the integration of Registered Reports into the library resource system. Libraries can promote the value of Registered Reports through the TOP Guidelines, promote the establishment of a pre-registration platform, add "pre-registration librarians," provide pre-registration support services, build a collection of Registered Reports, and guide the management and application of Registered Reports based on the FAIR principles. Abstract：
Libraries, Properties and Functions in Modem Time is a Liu Kwoh-Chuin’s representative paper of early library science, its influence on modern library science researches is worth exploring. Based on citation content analysis, this article used established index system, annotated cita tions of Liu ’ s paper in citation methods, citation contents, citation position, citation emotions and citation effects, and counted the indexes of citations. Based on qualitative analysis, this article coded the quotations of these docu ments and extracted core categories, in order to analyze influences of Liu’s paper. Librariesf Properties and Functions in Modern Time has a long time of influence, and the main research field of influence is the history of library science. The contents that documents cited more of Liu ’ s paper are in three aspects, which are characteristic of collecting books in ancient China，properties of libraries in modern time and regarding library as an institution. Liu’s paper is of historical value, and it also gives us some enlightenment to researches in library science now.

Abstract： From the perspective of citation analysis (CA) ，the paper theoretically ana lyzes and empirically studies the use of allusions in ancient Chinese poetry in order to promote the transformation and expansion of paradigm from traditional humanistic research to data - driven quantitative research in the era of big da ta, which is helpful in integration and innovative development of ancient Chinese poetry allusion studies and biblio metric methods. Firstly, the paper gave a completely comparative discussion focusing on their similarities and differences between the allusion behaviors ( phenomenons) in ancient Chinese poetry and the citation behaviors ( phenomenons) among academic papers from the following three aspects:① ancient Chinese poetry allu sion phenomenon and its emergence & development ； (2) motivations and behaviors while using allusions ； (3) allusion relationships and allusion networks. Secondly, a quantitive empirical study about allusions using based on The Com plete Song Ci & The Allusions ’ Dictionary of Song Ci was carried out in two dimensions: the literatures of using allu sions and the literatures of producing allusions. The phenomenon of using allusions in ancient Chinese poetry has a long history along with rich topics to be studied, the innovation and transformation of research paradigm are needed urgently at present stage. Through theoretical analysis and empirical results, it can be seen that the citation analysis method is helpful to carry out more in - depth exploration on a large scale of ancient Chinese po etry corpus. The biggest difficulty in current research lies in automatic recognition and extraction of allusions. In the future，it is necessary to strengthen the close combination with NLP technology，and strive to put forward more effec tive automatic solutions and quantitative analysis strategies in allusion identification and extraction, motivation and behavior classification of using allusions, allusion network and allusion knowledge graph construction, so as to effec tively promote the transformation of traditional humanistic research paradigm from theoretical analysis to empirical in terpretation ,from subjective judgment to objective disclosure, from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, and produce innovative results on more Digital Humanities( DH) research topics.

Abstract：
This paper summarizes the research on scholar profile, and provides a refer ence for the related research. Through literature research and analysis, this paper discriminated the scholar profile and its related concepts, summarized the construction process，key technologies and main applica tions of the scholar profile, and analyzed the challenges faced by the current research. The construction process of scholar profile includes data collection，data preprocessing，scholar label construction and vis ual analysis. The main practical applications include expert recommendation, academic resource recommendation and scientific research ability evaluation. At present, there are still some challenges in related research, such as the diffi culty of multi-source data acquisition and fusion, difficulties in research on dynamic update of the scholar profile and the lack of effective evaluation mechanism.

Abstract：
Network analysis is an effective analysis method and visualization method, is one of the most widely used directions in the field of digital humanities. A systematic summary and induction of the application of network analysis in the field of digital humanities will help the digital humanities researchers quickly i- dentify the capabilities and limitations of network analysis, and to carry out deeper research practice. In this study, we adopted content analysis to summary the papers published in the most influential journals in the international digital humanities field and International Digital Humanities Conference in the past five years. And from the five perspectives of research question, dataset, network special characteristics and network analysis metrics, the organization system for the application of network analysis methods in the field of digital humanities was finally extracted. The organizational structure includes three kinds of data scale (including single text analysis, parallel text analysis and corpus analysis) , five application scenarios ( containing characters a- nalysis network, people relation network, words semantic network, text relevancy network and culture topic net work ),two scales of indicators (including global indicators and local indicators) , and five types of metrics (like composition, density, centrality, clique and structure ).

Abstract： Chinese scholars of Library and Information Science (LIS) are the main force of studying think tanks. To analyze the influence of Chinese LIS scholars * participation in think tank activities on their academic achievements is of great significance for promoting the industry-university-research cooperation study and strengthening the think tanks * talent team construction. Descriptive analysis, multi ple regression analysis and multi-period differences-in-differences ( DID) are used to explore the influence of Chinese LIS scholars, participation in think tank activities on their academic achievements. It is found that the main forms of Chinese LIS scholars ’ participation in think tank activities include taking office in society， af filiating in a think tank, severing as a discipline committee member of the Ministry of Education, participating in government decision-making and participating in think tank development forums. In addition to participating in think tank development forums, the first two forms have the largest number of articipants. The academic achievements quantity of Chinese LIS scholars can be significantly increased by affiliating in a think tank and severing as a disci pline committee member of the Ministry of Education. Affiliating in a think tank can significantly improve the aca demic achievements cooperation. The academic achievements quality can be significantly improved by severing as a discipline committee member of the Ministry of Education. Participation in think tank activities has a significant im pact on the scholarsJ academic achievements in the middle-aged group.

Abstract：
Uncertainty is the main problem faced by information work, and the studies of information deal with uncertainty are the basic topics of information theory and practice. This article elaborated on several basic issues in information cognition that must be solved in the study of information theo ry aimed at uncertainty, including: basic concepts of information, scenarios of information tasks, requirements of in formation assessment, methods of information analysis, theory research on information, capabilities of information system and disciplinary construction of information science. It is proposed that the normative approach for information workers to conduct research and analysis on uncertainties should be not to be restricted by ti tles ,to take account of both security and development, to be based on resources ordering, to emphasize awareness and description, to highlight clue discovery, and to strengthen system capabilities.

Abstract：
This paper combs and clarifies the development logic behind the evolution ary process of global information policy in the past 50 years， and points out the trends of future research by looking back at the past. Using bibliometric analysis, knowledge mapping and other methods to analyze more than a thousand pieces of literature on information policy across more than half a century，and summarize the thread of emergence，evolution，and future development of information policy. According to the characteristic changes of the number of publications, central and burst terms, clustered keywords, etc. , the staged evolutionary process of global information policy was divided into the information society policy-led stage (1967 一 1985 ) , the scientific and technological information policy-led stage (1986 — 1992) , the technique diffusion policy-led stage (1993 - 1998 ) , the Internet policy-led stage (1999 - 2005 ) ， the data governance policy-led stage (2006 -2011)，the social media policy-led stage (2012 -2014)，and the Internet of Everything (IoE) policy-led stage (2015-present). There are profound interactions between the staged evolutionary process and the changing in formation environment. In the future，the path-dependent nature of logical evolution will continue to promote the co evolution of information policy research along with information technology and information environment, and to ad dress the evolving regulatory challenges that comprehensive informatization of society brings to information policy.

Abstract： This paper mainly studies the key technologies of multi-source knowledge fusion in the big data environment, and proposes a complete set of technology taxonomy based on the characteristics of multi-source knowledge objects in different fields to provide technical support and solutions for the realization of knowledge fusion. The study utilized qualitative analysis method to analyze the existing related research, and then within the same hierarchical level on the related contents of induction and deduction, used litera ture analysis method, to solve the problem of combing knowledge fusion, sum up the knowledge integration of task type and implement various tasks involved in the work process and its specific technology, and form a knowledge fu sion system. Considering all kinds of technologyJ s own characteristics, applicable knowledge objects, the application of abstraction of knowledge, the paper establishes the calculating layer, function layer and mission layer - three levels of technical architecture. These three layers contact each other, influence each other and interlock each other. The upper layer can be abstracted and associated with specific problems (tasks) of knowledge fusion. The lower layer can be embodied, that is, to find operational and computable technical methods to solve spe cific problems of knowledge fusion.

Abstract： In1940s and 1950s, the anti-comic trend initiated by the American libraries essentially promoted the libraries' cognition and understanding of comic literature, and laid an important foundation for the subsequent development of American library comics literature resources. By sorting out and summarizing relevant historical documents, this paper aims to provide reference for the construction of animation literature resources in library institutions in China. This paper in tended to sort out the discussions on comics literature in the American library community in the 1940s and 1950s by using literature surveys, provided a detailed summary of the various views attitudes that the library community opposed to and supported comics literature and comics collections in that period. The discussionon comic literature in the American libraries has the following inspirations for the construction of animation literatu reresources in libraries in my country: ①Librarians should change their cogn itive attitudes toward animationl iterature; ② Librarians should strengthen their gatekeeping awareness and select high-quality animation literature for readers; ③the cooperation between library institutions should be strengthened to jointly build a unified animation literature classification system; ④Libraries should further improve the collection level of animation literature on the premise of clarifying the special characteristics of animation resources.
