Abstract: [Objective] Urine can not be regulated by the homeostasis mechanism and can collect metabolic waste from the body, thereby enabling sensitive monitoring of changes. Urinary proteome has the potential to sensitively respond to changes in the body. Gene knockout is an effective way to explore gene function. In actual work, the knockout of certain genes did not have a significant impact on the phenotype of the organism.. [Methods] In this study, two groups of urine samples of knockout mice with unknown function (named GeneA group and GeneB group) and the corresponding control group were analyzed by mass spectrometry, and their differential proteins were enriched in biological processes. [Results] The results showed that GeneA is connected with metabolism,GeneB group is related to metabolism and the structure of cell morphology, and the possible mechanisms of these influence was discussed.
