Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the supporting and ensuring roles university librarians should play under the environment of maker space, we clarify the innovative service capabilities and requirements of librarians, and put forward corresponding suggestions for effective ways to improve librarians' innovative ability.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the support services provided by librarians, the necessary service ability of librarians based on maker demand is summarized.[Result/conclusion]In the era of maker,the change of the libraryservice mode requireslibrarians to constantly enhance the service abilityof quickly accepting new things, communication and coordination, information mining, data management and teamwork. Only when librarians constantly update their knowledge and improve their own service ability can we effectively protect users' needs of interdisciplinary collaborative learning.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] "Picture book space" is not only a space for children readers, but also a necessary space for universities to cultivate excellent primary education professionals. It is necessary for university libraries to create picture book space. [Method/process] Based on the value of picture books and publishing status quo, domestic and foreign libraries picture book space construction service status, this paper analyzed the necessity of picture book space construction and service in normal university library, the practice of picture book space construction service and some considerations about picture book library service. [Result/conclusion] University libraries should change the misunderstanding of the picture-book construction and advocate that picture-book libraries should be rooted in the innovative space of normal university libraries.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The National Social Science Fund "Chinese academic translation project" is a systematic project to carry out "middle school spreading to the West" and enhance the soft power of national culture. This paper combs and explores the academic translation of library information and philology, so as to promote the discipline to the world, to become the mainstream communication channel abroad, and to enhance the international discourse power and international status of the discipline. [Method/process] Based on the investigation of the current situation of academic translation of library information and philology, this paper analyzed the reasons why the academic translation of library information and philology can not go out, and explored the direction of striving to catch up in the future.[Result/conclusion] Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management system at the top level, enhance the sense of social responsibility and mission of the industry, keep in mind the original mission, improve the concept, strengthen practice, narrow the gap between the academic translation of library information and philology, and then plan and act sensitively.

Abstract： In the era of digital economy, data elements have become key factors of production and national basic strategic resources. The full release of the value of data is the core factor for data elements to empower high-quality economic development. This paper firstly explores the problems in the process of valorization of data elements, secondly analyzes the value orientation of the data element foundation system, and finally systematically discusses the framework and content of the data element foundation system on this basis.

Abstract： Abstract: Purpose/Significance The central and local digital countryside policy coordination is important for policy implementation and optimal policy effect, so that digital countryside policy can become a powerful aid in agricultural upgrading and transformation and rural economic development. Method/Process Based on the central digital rural policy and four major regions digital rural policy sample data from 2018-2021, the entropy value method and coupling coordination model are used to quantitatively measure the coupling coordination degree between central and local digital rural policies. Single-factor detection and multi-factor interaction detection are conducted using the geographic detector model to analyze the impact of each policy tool indicator on the central and local policy. The degree of influence of each policy tool indicator on the level of synergy are different. Result/Conclusion The overall level of central-local policy synergy among the four regions is continuously optimized. The development of synergy level of different policy tools is uneven, and the regional differences of synergy level tend to strengthen. Among the influencing factors, science and technology innovation policy is the main driver of the coordinated development of central digital rural policy and local digital rural policy. The two-two interaction effect between the influencing factors is stronger than that of individual influencing factors."
