Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] This article generalizes the research status of big data-enabled price discrimination, summarizes the research characteristics, in order to better serve the development practice of digital economy. [Method/Process] This paper adopted the research method of bibliometrics and subject analysis, summarized the existing nature definition of big data-enabled price discrimination, analyzed algorithm ethics, algorithm power, algorithm governance, data rights, information protection, user privacy, market abuse, gaming behavior, antitrust research under the background of big data-enabled price discrimination from the perspectives of algorithms, data, and platforms. [Result/Conclusion] The current domestic research on big data-enabled price discrimination has the following characteristics: problem research keeps pace with the times; multidisciplinary research has become normal; pay attention to learning from foreign experience. The future development trend：Strengthening empirical research, interdisciplinary cooperative research, paying attention to research at the technical level, and expanding research in the legal field can improve the depth and breadth of big data maturity.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Studying the documents of copyright information service in the 100 colleges and universities in the United States, could provide a reference for the formulation of the copyright information service files for the Chinese university libraries.[Method/process] Through the search of the official website of colleges and universities and e-mail contact with librarians, a thorough network survey was conducted on the top 100 American University Libraries copyright information service documents in 2018. From the four aspects of the category name and location of the copyright information service documents, the content framework, crisis handling procedures, and the need for help from the librarians. Combining with present copyright information service documents in Chinese university libraries, the copyright information service documents suitable for Chinese university libraries can be explored.[Result/conclusion] Through the analysis of the copyright information service documents of American university libraries, the article provides that the development of library copyright information service in Chinese universities has the following inspirations:vigorously promote the publication of copyright information service files in university libraries; enhance the comprehensiveness and integrity of copyright content; pay attention to fair use; pay attention to the propaganda and learning of copyright; set up related posts and functional departments; attach importance to disclaimer statements and seriously deal with infringements; actively respond to the construction of university intellectual property information service centers.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] While provide service for teaching and scientific research, the American university libraries also attach great importance to social service, and expand innovation and transformation in the era of "Internet +". The social service in American university libraries developped early, of high degree of openness, wide service target diverse service content and various service mode, gradually formed the mature characteristic service pattern, which may provide reference for Chinese university libraries' social service development innovation practice.[Method/process] In 2016, the authors investigated the practical activities of the social service innovation in many university libraries in the United States and visited the librarians who have engaged in social services. Under the guidance of the American library librarian, the paper designed the online questionnaire.Based on the investigation results, this paper analyzed the current situation, innovation practice and development mode of social service in the United States University Library Alliance.[Result/conclusion] The road of social service innovation development of Chinese university libraries needs to pay attention to the following aspects:focus on the openness of different social groups;promote the innovation of library resources open access mode;to realize the sharing of resources through various means;expand the source channel of library funds;construct a new social service model suitable for China's national conditions.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the environment of "Internet+" and underthe background of improving universities' capabilities of innovation and supporting on the development of "double first class" universities,the paper aims at investigating and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of intellectual property information service in 102 universitylibrarieswithsci-tech novelty search station, to improve their capabilities of adapting in new environment and serving the clients with new technologies.[Method/process] Through the methods of online research,literature research,telephone interviews,QQ consulting and experts consulting, this paper investigatedthe present situation of intellectual property information service in 102 universitylibrariesin China with sci-tech novelty search station,analyzed the existing problems based on theinvestigation data,and put forward the corresponding suggestions on how to provide intellectual property information service in the environment of "Internet+".[Result/conclusion] Based on the theory of Internet +,the university libraries could perfect the service from the following aspects, such as improving the system guarantee, strengtheningthe interactive publicity of service,establishingthe platform of "One-Stop" intellectual property service, unifyingoperation specifications and service standards, strengtheningthe construction of talented team.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the increasing significance of essential characteristics of MOOC, the copyright problems caused by it gradually enter people's field of vision. As the main institution in the field of higher education, university library plays an important role in guiding and supporting MOOC education.[Method/process] The paper analyzes the MOOC copyright service practice of foreign academic libraries by using the method of network investigation and questionnaire investigation. It is found that the frequency of MOOC copyright service is not high but the quality is very high. It has certain reference significance in the practice of copyright agencies, copyright clearance, copyright cooperation and copyright literacy training. It analyzes the MOOC copyright service of 9 foreign academic libraries, and finds that copyright service modes and emphases are different.[Result/conclusion] According to the present situation of MOOC copyright service in China, it puts forward four ways to improve and upgrade. In the hope that in the future, through continuous exploration and practice, the Chinese model of MOOC copyright service system will finally be formed.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Fair use is one of the important mechanisms to keep the interests balance between copyright owner and the public. This is particularly crucial for the library bearing public cultural service function. However, in the practice, the fair use clauses of library do not give full play to the role of balancing interests, it is very necessary to find out its causes.[Method/process] Through the comparison with the extraterritorial legislation, as well as the case analysis in judicial practice, we could jump to conclusions:the main problem of library fair use in our country is that the current law and regulations are lag and unclear, resulting to its application range is very narrow. The narrow range is even more reduced by the license agreement and technical measures.[Result/conclusion] In order to dissolve those issues, we could perfect the law through the following aspects:add a principle regulation, define clearly its mandatory legal attribute, and emerge the application of some relevant clauses. Meanwhile, library also should strengthen its intellectual property management level, improve the quality of intellectual property rights, and strictly comply with laws and regulations to eliminate the infringement risk.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Existing studies of library copyright infringement, mainly focus on the theory. When involving practice, it is only one case study. For this reason, this paper thoroughly analyzed all the judgements from 2000 to 2018 to get to know the current situation and characteristics of library copyright infringements.[Method/process] By the way of case study, this paper compiled 246 judgements from pkulaw.cn to do the analysis in three aspects:subject, infringement of rights, and results.[Result/conclusion] To prevent copyright infringement, the library could reach it through copyright legislation and its own behavior improvement. The specific legislative measures are:expanding ease restrictions on the fair use of appropriate conditions; allowing the library to evade technical measures for the purpose of fair use; limiting data business contract rights. And improving the library's own behavior, could through these ways:setting up specialized department to clear the copyright rights ownership; accessing resources from a legitimate source document; distinguishing between content providers and services providers; increasing bargaining power with the help of groups.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This article sorted out and analyzed the current research situation of research data of domestic library, summarized the overall research characteristics and made recommendations for future research on this issue to make research better serve our scientific research and promote the transformation of library services. [Method/process] This paper adopted the research method of combination of literature measurement and subject analysis, focuses on subject analysis. [Result/conclusion] Three basic characteristics of the current domestic research include:(1)Emphasis on scientific data. (2)Deepening the research. (3)Attention to foreign experience and weak localization. Prospect of future research are concluded as follows:(1)Enrich research methods and strengthen empirical research. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] To analyze the results of the research on copyright policy and service of US library special collections, and summarize the experience of copyright policy formulation and copyright service in American libraries. It draws inspirations for the development of copyright policies and services for special collections in Chinese libraries. [Method/process] Through the interview survey and questionnaire survey, the copyright librarians of American university libraries were analyzed and summarized in detail, in order to learn from them and formulate a copyright policy suitable for Chinese national conditions. [Result/conclusion] First of all, the construction of professional copyright management institutions mainly includes the establishment of copyright-related positions and functional departments, the development of copyright policy documents, the promotion of copyright policy documents, and the emphasis on fair use and disclaimer. Secondly, it is a streamlined work plan, which proposes the copyright service process, the copyright confirmation process for special collections, and the process for copyright management of special collections. Finally, it seeks external cooperation and actively responds to the construction of college intellectual property information service centers.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Digital resources have gradually become the leading role in the construction of document resources in academic libraries. It is essential to identify high-risk clauses in the license agreements of digital resources from the perspective of judicial practice and to propose amendments to the introduction and use of digital resources.[Method/process] By using case analysis, we sorted out typical verdicts from China Judicial Document Website and Non-Litigation Website, examined potential infringements of libraries,such as remote access without domain jump, directional links, do not conform to the reasonable use, copy digital resource to the local server through mirror technology, and identified high-risk clauses related to these infringements.[Result/conclusion] Suggestions are put forward for modification of high-risk agreement clauses from the perspective of judicial practice:for remote access, authorized users should be expanded and deep links should be reduced; literature transmission should strive for electronic paper simultaneous transmission, and abide by the restrictions; long-term preservation should be clear preservation mode, and strive for deep utilization.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the unfair nature of copyright contract in the process of introducing digital resources into the library, and analyzes its characteristics, causes and countermeasures.[Method/process] using the research methods of literature, case and comparative jurisprudence, this paper expounded the copyright problem of digital resources introduction to library.[Result/conclusion] This paper analyzes the characteristics of the substantial unfairness of copyright contract in the process of library digital resources introduction from three aspects;expounds that the main reason for this problem is the lack of special contract rules of copyright; and puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects,including:clarifying the license rules for the long-term preservation of digital resources in the library; increasing the protection restrictions and exceptions of the library oriented technical measures; adjusting the relationship between copyright restriction and private copyright rules; and reasonably introducing anti-monopoly rules.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Since the 21st century, the proportion of databases in the procurement resources of university libraries has been increasing, and foreign language databases have been an important source of electronic resources. At the same time, facing the strict requirements of various supervision and auditing work, the staff also encountered many problems in the process of purchasing and constructing foreign language database resources. Taking Fudan University Library as an example, through the analysis and research on the resource ordering and usage condition of the four foreign language databases of Elsevier SD, Wiley, Springer and Taylor-ST ordered by Fudan University Library, it provides ideas and references for the decision-making of foreign language database construction in university libraries.[Method/process] Based on the statistical data of the four foreign language databases, this paper classified and summarized the overview of the collection resources, the guarantee overview of the double-class discipline construction, the annual utilization status and the annual high-cited non-collection journals. From these four analysis perspectives, the data was coded based on the grounded theory, and then combined with specific data to obtain a comprehensive usage table of foreign language databases, and the gray relational analysis method was used to calculate and evaluate the influence of each indicator.[Result/conclusion] Through calculations, this paper identifies the five most critical annual downloads, citations, publications, total number of periodicals in the collection, and the proportion of core periodicals that affect the use of the foreign language databases in Fudan University Library. From three perspectives of bibliometrics of academic achievements, literature measurement and resource guarantee, this paper provides optimization suggestions for the construction of foreign language databases in Chinese university libraries, and provides methodological reference and key targets, basis and ideas for subsequent research on the construction of information resources in other universities.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Intelligent consulting service is changing the consulting service mode of university libraries. Investigation and analysis of the application status of intelligent consulting service will help improve the functional system of intelligent consulting service and promote the transformation and development of library intelligent consulting service to intelligent consulting service. [Method/Process] This research takes the second round of "double first-class" construction universities as the research object, conducts a detailed research on the intelligent question answering function and expanded service function of the library intelligent consulting system by combining network research with content analysis, and combs and summarizes the service status quo from the perspective of functional boundary analysis, functional availability analysis, intelligent question answering function analysis, etc. [Result/Conclusion] The research found that the functional boundary of the intelligent consulting service of university libraries is being reconstructed, the diversity of system functions and low availability coexist, the ability of intelligent question and answer function to identify readers' intentions is not strong, and the strength of response information is inconsistent. The ability of intelligent service can be enhanced by integrating online consulting services; Clarify the service function and improve the service guarantee system; Optimize intelligent Q&A and promote the development of intelligent consulting services from the perspective of precise consulting services.
