Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Social tag is one of the hot topic in the field of library and information science in China. In recent years of the development process, the research of social tags expands to information quality, information retrieve, information recommendation, and some other research areas in LIS. The study or discussion on the research progress of tags in LIS will serve as a theoretical underpinning for the research on social tags in future.[Method/process] By analyzing the papers in the field of library and information science during the year 2010 to 2017 with CiteSpace, this paper visualizes the hot topics, development process and general tendency of research on social tags, and described the theme in detail from five points of practical application, including information analysis, quality assessment, information recommendation, and information retrieve.[Result/conclusion] Based on the situation and problems of social tags' research, some relevant suggestions are proposed, including expanding the research scopes of social tags in the field of ontology and information retrieve, emphasizing user-centered design to meet the personalized needs, applying the theoretical fruit into practice, and so on.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In this paper, a robust and practical health information avoidance (HIA) scale for college students is constructed, with a view to providing an early basis for effectively measuring the HIA tendency of college students and HIA-related research, and providing useful reference for health service institutions and college students to reasonably respond to HIA. [Method/process] Using the theoretical integration approach and previous research, the preliminary scale of HIA of college students was developed; 277 college students were tested using the preliminary scale, and EFA and CFA were performed on the empirical data obtained, the formal scale of HIA of college students was formed through the reliability and validity test. [Result/conclusion] The HIA evaluation scale of college students has three dimensions of negative emotion, cognitive dissonance and behavior change, the retest reliability of the total scale is 0.951, and the retest reliability of the three dimensions is 0.871~0.919, specifically involving 10 measurement items.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Triangular citation in literature is a citation structure that integrates direct citation, co-citation and literature coupling. It has high research value and application expansion significance. In order to understand and dig out the triangular citation from a deeper level, tries to dig deeper into the hidden citation motivation through content annotation. [Method/process] Firstly, by sorting out the existing literature, summarized a set of motivational annotation framework that included functionality and emotion; secondly, constructed the steps for obtaining triangular citation data, and obtained 9 442 triangular citation relationship data in the CNKI database; finally, according to the preset motivation framework, professionals marked the citation motivation for each citation relationship in the triangular citation data. [Result/conclusion] The experimental results found that the citing behavior in the triangular citation structure tended to contain multiple functional citation motives, while the emotional citation motives were mostly unique; the distribution of the number of citation motivations for the two citation relationships of B→A and C→A were basically the same, but it was different from C→B; original literature A was a relatively important and high-impact document of related research topics, fields or disciplines, and tended to provide some new, pioneering and basic ideas, concepts, opinions or methods.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The national science fund programs are the main body of the funded projects in the humanities and social sciences in China. Therefore, the analysis of the fund programs during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is helpful to master the development of the subject of library, information and philology (including archival science) in the past five years. [Method/process] Based on fund program establishment, this paper summarized the development and changes of Library and Information Science during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, doing visual analysis of the project establishment number, project area distribution, outstanding achievements number, awards number, and research theme distribution of fund projects. [Result/conclusion] This paper finds that the number and quality of projects are steadily improving, and the number of projects awarded has increased compared with the "11th Five-Year Plan" and "12th Five-year Plan". The research hotspots of fund program mainly reflect the combination of traditional research fields and information technology, including digital library, intelligent service, digital construction, social media and Internet information technology, and the research on the digital humanities of archival science, the arrangement and utilization of ancient books and documents. The research trend of the fund programs is reflected in the close combination of Library and Information Science, digitalization and intelligence. Under the background of knowledge fusion, the research of health care and medical information reflects the integration of Library and Information Science and medical field.
