Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Library science, information science and archival science are important subjects to cultivate new type of information knowledge talents. This paper reveals the research hotspots and trends of Chinese and foreign periodicals in Library Information and Archives discipline during the 13th Five Year Plan period, in order to provide some ideas for the future subject research in China, which would promote the discipline development of Library Information and Archives and enhance the academic discourse power. [Method/process] This paper selected domestic CNKI and foreign web of science databases as the data sources, took the core journal papers of Library and information archives from 2016 to 2020 as the research samples, and used the visual software such as Citespace,VOSviewer and Gephi to reveal the research hotspots and development trends of Chinese and foreign periodicals. From the following aspects, the number of publication and citations, the distribution of co-occurrence and timely distribution of keywords, the research hotspots and development trends of Chinese and foreign periodicals were revealed. [Result/conclusion] During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the number of papers published in Chinese journals decreased slightly, while the number of papers published in foreign journals showed an upward trend. The research in the field of disciplines was gradually internationalized. The characteristics of research hotspots are as follows: the research topics are diversified; The research on related topics of "library" is gradually deepened. Chinese and foreign papers follow the research hotspots and trends of this subject closely, but each has its own emphasis. As a whole, papers in Chinese and foreign journals show a research trend of adhering to and deepening the traditional research field, integrating with other disciplines and expanding to the public domain.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The research on the international publication, research hotspots and periodical characteristics of the Library and Information Science is helpful to promote the development of the subject and enhance its international discourse power. [Method/process] In this paper, we analyzed the key words frequency of papers published in high-impact foreign journals included by SCI and SSCI, and used HistCite, CiteSpace, SPSS and other tools to analyze the development of the chart in the past five years (2016-2020) from five aspects including current research status, high-impact scholars, highly cited papers, research hotspots, and cutting-edge trends. Through the annual change analysis of high-frequency keywords, four keywords with different trends were summarized, and the low-frequency keywords are perspectived. The development themes of humanity, technology and management were obtained. [Result/conclusion] With the continuous development of information technology and changes in the information environment, the themes of the Library and Information Science have been further extended and refined from traditional information services to knowledge services, and from research related to knowledge organization and management to the construction of knowledge organization systems, and the combination of theory and practice has become an important trend in the research of Library and Information Science.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] As one of the main means of dissemination of academic achievements, academic conferences can lead the academic direction, influence academic decision-making, determine academic rules and identify excellent academic achievements. From this perspective, academic conferences, as a subject, have a certain discourse power in the academic community. The research on the evaluation of the academic conferences discourse power has certain theoretical and practical significance for the academic development of our country. [Method/Process] Based on the perspective of organizational structure, this paper clarified the definition and connotation of academic conference discourse power through combing and summarizing the existing research. Secondly, combined with information metrology and evaluation theory, this paper analyzed the constituent elements of academic conference discourse power evaluation. [Result/Conclusion] Through the research, this paper summarizes the evaluation elements of the discourse power of academic conferences into the leading power of academic conferences, the communication power of academic conferences and the influence of academic conferences. Based on the evaluation elements, this paper obtains the evaluation index system of academic conference discourse power, and summarizes the evaluation research ideas, in order to provide new ideas for the construction of academic discourse power evaluation system in China.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] The gradual improvement of scholars’ academic discourse power is a process of academic prosperity. The study of scholars’ academic discourse power and its evaluation theory methods has become an urgent need for the construction of the Chinese academic discourse system. [Method/Process] Based on the theory of discourse power, the life cycle theory of scientific research activities, and the theory of communication, according to the concept of "element-relation-process", this paper explored the elements and the relationship among the elements in academic activities, and analyzed, identified and quantitatively evaluated the role of scholars in the formation of academic discourse power. [Result/Conclusion] Based on analyzing the constituent elements of scholars’ academic discourse power, the formation mechanism of scholars’ academic discourse power is explored, and a three-dimensional theoretical framework for the evaluation of scholars' academic discourse power is constructed, which includes leading power, communication power, and influence power is constructed.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Academic discourse power is a carrier of national spirit and culture, and an important embodiment of national soft power. The research on the connotation, the formation mechanism, constituent elements and evaluation of academic discourse power, which is of great significance to improve the national soft power and carry forward the national spirit and culture. [Method/Process] This paper analyzed the mechanism of academic discourse power based on Foucault’s discourse power theory and Lasswell’s 5W communication theory, and focused on the connotation, formation process, constituent elements and the evaluation of academic discourse power. [Result/Conclusion] This paper holds that the components of academic discourse power are the subjects, carriers, the communication media, objects and the implementation effect of academic discourse power.According to the informetrics and scientific evaluation theory, this study constructs an evaluation index system of academic discourse power of scientific research institutions.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] In the current environment of complex international relations, discourse power is regarded as an important symbol of a country’s soft power. Combing the development of discourse power research is helpful to explore the internal logic of evolution, reveal its theme structure, summarize the evolution trajectory and guide positive development. [Method/Process] Aiming at the measurement deviation existing in the process of data mining, this paper designed the comprehensive retrieval strategy of discourse power research, analyzed the origin of the research literatures by using bibliometrics and visual analysis method, and explored the annual change of the research field of discourse power. The annual change of the optimal theme after cross validation was superimposed on the biclustering map. The discipline diffusion context of discourse power research was explored from the citation domain and the cited domain, the evolution context of research topics in different stages was analyzed, and then the evolution trend of discourse power research was revealed. [Result/Conclusion] The research on discourse power can be traced back to the achievements of Foucault’s knowledge archaeology. The research can be integrated into five knowledge domains such as linguistics, politics and sociology. The evolution of overall knowledge has changed from the traditional research topics to the refinement, interdisciplinary, and cross-country cooperation of emerging topics. The evolution path is relatively stable and has obvious national leading effect and policy guiding effect.
