    Abstract: As one of the two wings of innovation and development, science popularization has become one of the most fundamental factors determining the level of material culture development and national creativity. Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering (Academicians for short), as outstanding role models of China’s scientific and technological community, have actively borne social responsibility for science popularization and played an important role in different development periods. Entering a high-quality development stage, promoting the transformation of science popularization concepts, achieving high-quality science popularization supply, constructing a large-scale science popularization pattern, and planning a large-scale science popularization strategy to address the many challenges brought about by the knowledge explosion and the digital era and promte the process of Chinese modernization, have become an important task. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of academic popularization and the experience of popular science practice among academicians, this article reinterprets the role and significance of academic popularization from a new historical perspective. It also puts forward suggestions for better playing the role of academicians and promoting the prosperity and development of science popularization.

  • Practice and Thniking on Construction of Science Communication System of National Research Institutions—Taking Chinese Academy of Sciences as Example

    Abstract: This study taking Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) as an example, analyzes the mission of national research institutions with regard to the construction of science communication system in the current social context. It reviews the science communication activities and construction practice of science communication system carried out by CAS for the benefit of the nation, the society, and for the scientific and technological innovation work of CAS. On this basis, it points out the necessity of constructing the science communication system of national research institutions and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.

  • 艾塞那肽通过SDF-1/CXCR-4/Rho GTPase通路增强脂肪来源间充质干细胞的趋化性迁移

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of exenatide on chemotactic migration of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and confirm that Rho GTPase is the downstream effector protein of SDF-1/CXCR-4 migration pathway. Methods ADSCs were isolated, cultured, identified by flow cytometry and induced to differentiate in vitro. RTCA xCELLigence system was used to analyze the effect of exenatide on ADSC proliferation. The effects of exenatide at different concentrations, AMD3100 (CXCR-4 antagonist), and CCG-1423 (Rho GTPase antagonist) on chemotactic migration of ADSCs were tested using Transwell assay. The expression of CXCR-4 in exenatide-treated ADSCs was measured by flow cytometry and Western blotting. Active Rhopull-down detection kit was used to detect the expression of Rho GTPase. Laser confocal microscopy was used to observe the formation of stress fibers in ADSCs with different treatments. Result Exenatide treatment for 24 h had no significant effect on ADSC proliferation. Exenatide obviously promoted chemotactic migration of ADSCs in a concentration-dependent manner, and this effect was blocked by either AMD3100 or CCG-1423. Both flow cytometry and Western blotting showed that exenatide dose-dependently up-regulated CXCR-4 expression in ADSCs. Western blotting showed that the expression of Rho GTPase was related to SDF-1/CXCR-4 pathway and laser confocal microscopy revealed that the formation of stress fibers in ADSCs was related to SDF-1/CXCR-4/ Rho GTPase pathway. Conclusion Exenatide promotes chemotactic migration of ADSCs, and Rho GTPase is the downstream effector protein of SDF-1/CXCR-4 pathway.

  • VINCA ProFlow:一种支持多租户的SaaS业务流程系统

    Abstract:业务流程作为一种支持业务协同的有效方式,在企业内部精细化管理、上下游合作伙伴整合中起着重要的作用,使决策层能实时掌握经营数据。但建设业务流程系统往往需要在软硬件采购、人员配备方面投 入不菲的成本。本文针对当前中小企业在建设业务流程管理系统中存在的“需求”与“投入能力”之间的矛盾, 提出了一种支持多租户的 SaaS 业务流程系统——VINCA ProFlow,强调利用云基础设施的能力提供流程应 用托管和运行环境,为中小企业提供一种可按需租用的流程服务(BPM-as-a-Service)。各个租户在共享同 一流程服务实例的同时,又可专享独立的数据空间,保证了租户间数据的有效隔离和隐私保护。文中有针 对性地讨论了 VINCA ProFlow 的研发动机、关键问题以及求解方法。
