Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This study constructs a model about use intention in public library makerspace in order to provide reference for improving public library makerspace operation. [Method/process] The model about use intention in public library makerspace is based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, considering the library makerspace' and users' characteristics. We design questionnaires to collect raw data from users of public libraries through the way online and offline, and use structural equation modeling to analyze the data. [Result/conclusion] Performance expectation, perceived enjoy, perceived service quality and personal innovation have a significant positive influence on the user's willingness to use in the public library makerspace, so we make suggestions for improving public library makerspace operation in satisfying users' performance expectation, enhancing users' perceived enjoyment, promoting service quality and improving innovation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of open sharing of scientific data in China by clarifying the motivations of open sharing of scientific data.[Method/process] The paper used stakeholder theory and normative analysis to analyzethe motivations of different stakeholders to participate in the open sharing of scientific data.[Result/conclusion] Stakeholder theory can be used to guide the practice of open sharing of scientific data. The stakeholders of open sharing of scientific data include governments, research institutions, research funding agencies, library and information agencies, data centers, professional associations, publishing companies, researchers, other enterprises, users and so on. These stakeholders all can benefit from the open sharing of scientific data, with different interests and motivations.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the responsibilities and roles of different stakeholders defined by the open sharing policies of scientific data in international organizations, this paper provides a reference for perfecting the scientific data management method and implementing the open sharing of scientific data in China.[Method/process] Based on the network survey and text analysis, this paper discusses the responsibilities and roles of different stakeholders in open sharing of scientific data defined by the open sharing policies of scientific data in international organizations.[Result/conclusion] The open sharing policies of scientific data in international organizations defines a wide range of stakeholders including governments, researchers, research institutions, research funding institutions, libraries or archives, data centers, publishers, professional associations or institutes, users and enterprises, who have different responsibilities and roles in open sharing of scientific data. We should draw lessons from these experiences to formulate the open sharing policies of domestic scientific data, and further improve the level of open sharing of scientific data in China.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper summarizes and verifies viewpoints of barriers of scientific data open sharing in order to promote open scientific theory research.[Method/process] Based on the theoretical analysis of barriers of scientific data open sharing, 64 research hypotheses are put forward and used as the questions of questionnaire. Through questionnaire survey and data processing and analysis, the relevant research hypotheses are verified.[Result/conclusion] The barriers of scientific data open sharing mainly include 26 kinds of managing and implementing barriers, 13 kinds of legal and financial barriers, 9 kinds of technical barriers, 8 kinds of cognitive barriers, 4 kinds of cost barriers and 4 kinds of user barriers. In order to improve the level of open sharing of scientific data in China, the relevant solutions or strategies for the above obstacles should be formulated.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of open sharing scientific data in China by clarifyingthe relationships among open science, open sharing and open data.[Method/process] On the basis of hackling and defining the definition and characteristics of open science, open sharing and open data, this paper analyzes the pairwise relationships between and the relationships among open science, open sharing and open data by normative analysis.[Result/conclusion] Open science, open sharing, open data has a trinity of logic relations. Open data is the material foundation of open sharing and open science. Open sharing is the bridge between open data and open science. Open science is the ultimate goal of open data and open sharing. Different stakeholders need to do their best for open science in order to promote the development of open science in all its aspects.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By summarizing the research results of open sharing of scientific data across the world, this paper provides a reference for promoting the development of relevant theoretical research and practice in China.[Method/process] By using text content analysis method, this paper analyzes the research progress across the world from seven aspects:open sharing policies of scientific data, platforms and projects, benefits and obstacles, mechanisms and models, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, applications and investigations, andstrategies and suggestions.[Result/conclusion] At present, the topic of open sharing of scientific data has been extensively explored across the world, especially on policies and platforms of open sharing of scientific data, mechanisms and modes, benefits and obstacles, and so on. But on the whole, it is still in its infancy, so it is necessary to improve the research level of open sharing of scientific data from the aspects of distinguishing between the concept and behavior of open sharing of scientific data and sharing of scientific data effectively, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of open sharing of scientific data and strengthening the investigation and analysis of the practice of open sharing of scientific data.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper provides reference for the protection of personal data in the process of open sharing of scientific data in China by analyzing the relevant provisions of the European Union's General Data Protection Law (GDPR).[Method/process] Using text analysis method, this paper reviewed the researches of GDPR and personal data protection, and analyzed the applicabilities of and the functions of GDPR to personal data protection in open sharing of scientific data and its enlightenments to China.[Result/conclusion] GDPR has many normative functions for the personal data protection in open sharing of scientific data, including defining the basic concepts of personal data protection and the scope of protection objects, the main principles, the main rights of the data subjects, the main responsibilities and obligations of the data controllers and processors, and laying the legitimacy foundation of personal data processing. GDPR's enlightenment to China is that we should establish and perfect the legal system of personal data protection in China, strengthen the risk management of personal data in open sharing of scientific data, and build a dynamic and traceable open sharing system of scientific data, so as to realize the protection of personal data in open sharing of scientific data in China.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper reveals the data security problems in the open sharing of scientific data, and puts forward corresponding governance countermeasures, so as to promote the practice of open sharing of scientific data in China better.[Method/process] By means of normative analysis, this paper analyzed and defined the data security problems in the open sharing of scientific data, and then discussed the governance measures for the security of scientific data from the three dimensions of confidentiality, integrity and availability.[Result/conclusion] There are a lot of security problems in data confidentiality, integrity and availability in the open sharing of scientific data. The problems of data confidentiality can be governed by three measures including strengthening data security legislation, establishing scientific data classification standards and systems, and making full use of privacy enhancing technologies. The problems of data integrity can be governed by three measures including establishing a data protection officer system, implementing data protection impact assessment, and using data authentication technologies. The problems of data availability can be governed by three measures including formulating policies on the availability of scientific data, improving the quality of scientific data, and building a national scientific data center based on data alliance.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to promote the effective implementation of open sharing of scientific data, this paper explores the data quality problems in open sharing of scientific data and its governance countermeasures.[Method/process] By means of normative analysis and causal analysis, this paper analyzed the data quality problems in open sharing of scientific data and the root causes of the problems, then constructd the governance model of open sharing of scientific data, finally proposed four types of governance countermeasures from the perspective of inducements.[Result/conclusion] The problems of data quality in open sharing of scientific data involve the accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, reliability, relevance and open accessibility of scientific data. In order to solve the problems of scientific data quality and further promote the implementation of open sharing of scientific data, countermeasures for scientific data quality governance can be formulated from four aspects of policies and regulations, organizational managements, technologies and platforms, and stakeholders.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper compares and analyzes the differences and connections between data management and data governance, in order to provide references for the formulation of scientific data sharing policies.[Method/process] By using the comparative analysis method, this paper analyzed the similarities and differences between data management and data governance in five aspects:definition and meaning, functions, objectives, principles and focus areas, and then analyzed its enlightenment to the formulation of open sharing policies of scientific data in China.[Result/conclusion] There are significant differences between data management and data governance in terms of definition and meaning, functions, goals, principles and focus areas, but they are also intrinsically related. Data governance is the key to the successful implementation of data management. Understanding the relationship between them is helpful to clarify the deficiencies of current scientific data management policies in China, provide references for improving scientific data management methods in the future, and plan and formulate practical rules for the open sharing of scientific data.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] From the perspective of open access journal papers, the paper reveals the characteristics of open sharing cooperation behaviors, so as to promote cross-institutional and interdisciplinary cooperation of researchers and the practical development of the open sharing movement.[Method/process] Based on the citing papers of the top 100 cited papers in Plos One, this paper used citation analysis method and social network analysis method to reveal the characteristics of cooperation contents and the relationship of citing paper networks in Plos One.[Result/conclusion] Both the number of open sharing cooperation resultsand the cooperation rate in Plos One are increasing year by year, and features of multi-disciplinary and cross-institutional cooperation are significant. The cooperation contents focus on the biological environment and other natural science fields, while social science and humanities and art research are relatively few, and interdisciplinary cooperation research exist. The author cooperative relationship networks are characterized by multi-center and weak connection. The institutional cooperative relationship networks have formed a cooperative mode that scientific research institutes and universities as the core and government institutions and enterprises as the cooperative participants. The discipline cooperation networks have the characteristics of environmental adaptability and disciplinary inclusiveness, and the degree of cooperation and the correlation among the core disciplines are strong.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to provide references for more extensive open sharing of scientific data, the authors' cooperative relationships and research contents on the topic of open sharing of scientific data in china are revealed.[Method/process] Based on the data of journal papers and conference papers on the subject of open sharing of scientific data in CNKI from 2004 to 2021, the basic situation of author cooperations was analyzed, and the author cooperation networks were constructed. The overall author cooperation network, cooperative groups and cooperative research contents were analyzed by using the social network method.[Result/conclusion] The journal papers and conference papers on the subject of open sharing of scientific data in China are mainly based on author cooperative researches. The overall network density of author cooperation is low, and the size and frequency of cooperation affect the centrality. The structures of authors' cooperative group present five modes of double core, grid, bridge, star and streamline. The contents of authors' cooperative researches cover 9 aspects, including big data, scientific data, open sharing, data publishing, data management, data policy, data security, government data and data governance.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the cooperative behavior of scientific data open sharing from the perspective of citizen science, this paper provides a reference for improving the practical cooperation level of open sharing of scientific data in China.[Method/process] This paper uses literature analysis method to sort out the basic concept of citizen science and its relationship with the open sharing cooperation of scientific data, and constructs the cooperation model of open sharing of scientific data from the perspective of citizen science. Based on this model,this paper analyzes how stakeholders cooperate in the open sharing of scientific data.[Result/conclusion] The stakeholders can achieve various forms of open sharing cooperation by formulating policies and agreements for open sharing of scientific data, co-funding open sharing activities, and carrying out cooperation on open access to scientific data, open access publishing, open review, and OpenURL in the environment of citizen science.
