Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper mainly identified and analyzed the critical influencing factors on the knowledge-contributing behavior of online health communities, in order to provide theoretical basis on promoting the activity of online health communities. [Method/process] The paper constructed the influencing factors system on the knowledge-contributing behavior of online health communities from the perspective of information ecology,and then carried on an incidence analysis of all the possible influencing factors by the DEMATEL method.[Result/conclusion] According to the ranking of cause degree and centre degree on all of influencing factors,the major factors were recognized. Important influencing factors of cause degree include patients'self-efficacy, policies and regulations on online health, the platform ease of use. Important influencing factors of centre degree are doctors' needs of improving medical efficiency, patients' perceived consistency of online health community. Finally some suggestions on promoting the knowledge-contributing behavior were put forward.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper investigated and analyzed the data management mode of data commons in foreign countries, to promote the research and practice of data management services in China.[Method/process] By combing and summarizing the development state of data commons at home and abroad, comparing and analyzing the gap between the two and taking the US-INRG data commons as an example, from the principle and protocol mode, database and user interface and data identification and association. Analyze its data space management model and propose strategies for construction and development of China data commons.[Result/conclusion] Combining the case and the state of China's data management platform, the paper puts forward specific suggestions such as overall plan, construction goals, problems to be solved, data commons overall architecture and user service so on.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to build the social QA community users to generate the quality evaluation index system, achieve automatic evaluation and selection of answers to user needs, and improve the quality of the community QA community service.[Method/process] The introduction of social emotional features and user characteristics, and factor analysis and structural equation analysis are used to build an index system for evaluating the quality of user generated answers. Then, based on the GA-BP neural network model, the automatic evaluation method of the answer quality is designed. The application of the quality evaluation index system and automatic evaluation method of user generated answers is studied.[Result/conclusion] The evaluation index system consists of 5 dimensions, including the characteristics of the answer text, the characteristics of the respondent, the timeliness, the user characteristics and the social emotional characteristics. The experimental analysis shows that the method of automatic evaluation of the answer quality based on GA-BP neural network is more accurate and lower than other methods. It is feasible and effective, and can be further applied and popularized.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In view of the fact that the decision support service of university library has just started and lacks the theoretical guidance of systematic service promotion, this paper constructs the decision support service model of university library, and provides the development strategy reference for the decision support service of university library. [Method/process] Based on the grounded theory, this paper makes an in-depth interviews with 40 samples and analyzes the resource base and user requirements of university library's decision support service from the resource-based theory and decision-making process theory perspective, and it also analyzes the typical relationship structures among elements. [Result/conclusion] It constructs the decision support service model of university library which includes 21 categories and 9 core categories from the aspect of resource-service-demand. It also puts forward some service strategies, such as paying attention to heterogeneous resources construction, providing multi-level decision support services, and taking basic resources demand as the breakthrough point.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims at giving effective enlightenment and method for the platform to locate the characteristics of the users, carry out targeted operations and discover the potential value users. [Method/process] This paper takes the knowledge live platform as the research object, firstly designing the concept model of the group portrait, then putting forward the method of the paid-up user persona of the knowledge live platform based on the density peak clustering, and finally taking the data of paid-up users in Zhihu live platform as an sample, and using the density peak clustering algorithm in Matlab to divide the sample data into groups. [Result/conclusion] The experimental results show that there are five typical user groups in Zhihu live platform. By comparing and analyzing the cluster center points, we identify the typical characteristics of each group, and propose the precise operation strategy.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The knowledge payment behavior of users is a complex decision-making process that is affected by the synergy of multiple factors. It is of great significance to explore the combined effect of factors affecting the willingness of users to pay for knowledge in the context of free knowledge acquisition. This study can help to understand the knowledge payment behavior of users and promote the sustainable development of the paid Q & A community. [Method/process] This paper constructed latent variables that affect users' willingness to pay for knowledge based on the current state deviation theory and rational choice theory. The fsQCA method was used to analyze the asymmetric multiple concurrent causality between the variables, and to explore the configuration of the willingness to pay for knowledge. [Result/conclusion] The study has found that, in the presence of free information acquisition channels, the willingness of users in the paid question-and-answer community to pay for knowledge is the result of multi-factor interactions at the level of rationality and bias. Perceived revenue is the most critical factor for a high degree of willingness to pay for knowledge. The idea of personal free is an important influencing factor of low-level knowledge willingness to pay. From the perspective of the combination of conditions, there are four configurations that affect the willingness to pay for knowledge. Based on the analysis of the results of the configuration, this paper proposes specific strategies to promote the payment of knowledge by users.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This study aims to explore the characteristics of community user interaction, and propose useful references for community knowledge service construction and platform management.[Method/process] Based on the theory of conversation analysis, using content analysis,LDA theme model and social network analysis methods, this paper analyzed the information interaction type, interaction theme and topology structure of information interaction network, and revealed the user interaction characteristics of virtual academic community from two dimensions of conversation interactive content and conversation interaction relationship.[Result/conclusion] The demand and supply of user interaction content in virtual academic community is unbalanced, and the topic structure of user interaction is decentralized; factual information, opinions and suggestions are the main types of interaction information in virtual academic community; the user interaction network in virtual academic community has the characteristics of small world effect, but the network structure is relatively decentralized, and lacks high influential users; this paper proposes strategies including ensuring effective information supply, innovation of community academic knowledge service and improvement of community interaction function design to promote virtual academic community user interaction.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Mr. Jing Jipeng is one of the earliest representative scholars in the field of information economics in China. To explore the development context and content system of his academic thought of information economics is helpful to inspire the later generations of research scholars and promote the innovation and development in the field of information economics.[Method/process] Firstly, combining personal experience and factors of the development of the times, this paper analyzed the formation background of Mr. Jing's information economics thought, then summarized the content system of his information economics academic thought by studying the achievements in the field of Mr. Jing's information economics, and summarized the characteristics and contributions of his information economics academic thought. Finally, it put forward the research prospects.[Result/conclusion] Mr. Jing has constructed the discipline system of information economics, condensed the theoretical system of information economics, and expanded the application field of information economics. Combining with the thought of information economics and the development of reality, this paper puts forward the research prospect from the three aspects of innovating the theoretical basis, expanding the application practice and tracking the development frontier.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Enrich and expand the theoretical research system of building dynamic portrait of social academic App users based on small data, so as to provide ideas and reference for the social academic App platform to effectively predict the evolution trend of user behavior and improve the precise service level.[Method/process] Firstly, based on the deep analysis of concept and characteristics of the small data, combined with the feature of social academic App, this paper from two aspects of user behavior and the surface of deep factors designed dynamic portrait label system. Then collected the small data with strong correlation and high value with the user as the data support of the portrait, and clarified the acquisition and processing method. Finally, it put forward the research method to realize the dynamic portrait and form the overall frame model.[Result/conclusion] The construction of dynamic portrait of social academic App users based on small data can effectively refine the granularity of portrait, and improve the lag of previous portrait, which has important reference value for the promotion of accurate service level of social academic App platform under data-driven situation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring the influencing factors of online users' willingness to pay for knowledge is of great significance to the construction and sustainable development of the knowledge payment platform. However, there are inconsistencies between the empirical results of the existing literature.[Method/process] This paper used meta-analysis method and fixed effects model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of 40 empirical research documents and 14,452 independent samples related to the willingness to pay for online users' knowledge at home and abroad. First, based on the content-context-consciousness framework, the key factors affecting the willingness to pay for knowledge were summarized and identified. Second, the effect of moderating variables was tested by heterogeneity test and subgroup analysis.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the factors that significantly affect online users' willingness to pay for knowledge can be divided into three categories:content, context, and consciousness, including 25 independent variables. Among them, the perceived cost significantly negatively affects users' willingness to pay for knowledge, and the other variables have significant positive effects. Factors that are highly relevant to the willingness to pay for knowledge include demand, experience, perceived professionalism, reliability, perceived knowledge quality, perceived interest, perceived benefits, and payment attitude. At the same time, the study identified the moderating effects of the characteristics of the subjects, and found that whether users have knowledge payment experience is part of the source of the heterogeneity of different studies.

Abstract： Purpose/significance The government-citizen interaction data is of great value to improve social governance. Based on the perspective of distributed cognition, this paper applies the idea of interactive narrative to the analysis of government-citizen interaction data, and provides ideas and method guidance for the efficient transmission of the value of government-citizen interaction data. Method/process Drawing on the distributed cognitive theory of psychology and the idea of interactive narrative in storytelling engineering, the interdisciplinary research method is used to analyse the cognitive subject, the cognitive object and the cognitive environment of the interactive narrative of government-citizen interaction data. On this basis, the model of interactive narrative is proposed from the perspective of the cognitive object, and the realization path of interactive narrative is explored from the perspective of the cognitive environment. Result/conclusion Compared with the traditional static narrative, interactive narrative is more flexible, and the distributed cognitive theory provides a systematic theoretical framework for the realization of interactive narrative of government-citizen interactive data, which has an important guiding significance for giving play to the decision-making enabling value of government-citizen interactive data.
