Abstract: [Objective/Significance] Due to the interdisciplinary, liberal arts and science compatibility of digital humanities, the attributes and construction modes of digital humanities center construction also show diversity, and summarize the institutional structure characteristics of digital humanities centers at home and abroad, so as to provide a comparative reference for the development of digital humanities in China. [Method/Process] This paper adopts network research and case analysis methods to investigate the construction status of digital humanities centers at home and abroad, analyze the current institutional mechanism of digital humanities centers, summarize the social attributes, disciplinary attributes and construction modes of the construction subjects, and combine the disciplinary boundary expansion brought by the name change of the first-level discipline from "Library, Information and Archives Management" to "Information resource management". Explore the new connotation of information resource management discipline participating in the construction of digital humanities center. [Result/Conclusion] The results show that the social attributes of the construction subjects of digital humanities centers at home and abroad include public organizations, social organizations, self-established organizations and composite organizations; The subject attributes include humanities, computer, information resource management and library. There are three construction modes: self-construction mode, co-construction mode and compound mode.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The change of information environment and the evolution of the research paradigm bring about new opportunities for information literacy education, so we need to rethink the traditional information literacy education, from traditional information literacy education to beyond information literacy education, and to promote the changes of information literacy education model.[Method/process] By analyzing the concepts and connotations of information, information literacy and the evolution, this paper made a comparative analysis of the two systems of information literacy education and beyond information literacy education, and based on the practice of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the structural changes of information literacy education were outlined.[Result/conclusion] The key of beyond information literacy education is that the purpose of information literacy education needs to be clear, the goal needs to be advanced, the perspective needs to be switched, and the effect needs to be reflected. The strategies are to train users from general ability to advanced ability, cross the disciplinary boundary of information literacy education, realize the reform of information literacy content and system, focus on the application of education and teaching techniques, develop the appropriate context of beyond information literacy education, and improve the spatial configuration of beyond information literacy.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The evaluation index system of smart library development is constructed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,which provides scientific standard and quantitative tool for the evaluation practice of smart library. [Method/process] Based on literature research and object-oriented analysis of smart library, the index system was preliminarily formulated. Then, aiming at the preliminary indicators,Delphi method was used tocarry out expert consultation, andthe final evaluation index systemwas determined. Meanwhile, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert survey were used to calculate and determine the weight of evaluation indexes.Finally,based on the evaluation index system,the development strategy and operation of smart library were analyzed. [Result/conclusion] The evaluation index system of smart library development was constructed, which consisted of 4 dimensions, 12 first-level indexes and 50 second-level indexes. Under the perspective of evaluation, the smart representation and developmentstrategy of smart library were provided.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The concept definition and connotation deconstruction is the basis of theoretical research and practical exploration of smart library.[Method/process] By the method of content analysis, this paper firstly selected representative concepts in the field of smart library at home and abroad, extracted the frequency of "words" appearing in concepts, and obtained words that can represent the key characteristics of smart libraries, Then, it analyzed the common characteristics of smart construction concepts, such as smart cities, smart campuses, and smart museums. Finally, combined with the above analysis results, the connotation characteristics and cognitive model of the smart library were abstracted and defined.[Result/conclusion] Based on the essence of smart library, the concept of smart library was scientifically defined, and the PTP cognitive model of smart library system architecture was put forward, which clarifies the goal and path of smart library construction, and lays a theoretical foundation for the further research and development of smart library.

Abstract:【目的】了解国内科研人员对 IR 的认知和向 IR 呈缴科研成果的态度、条件与期望。【方法】聚焦“存缴者”用户群体, 以国内教育与科研机构科研人员为对象, 通过定额抽样方法, 从 60 多家单位的 1 500 余名科研人员获取调查数据。采用 SPSS 分析调查数据的信度和效度, 并进行数据分析。【结果】掌握了此次调查范围内国内科研与教育人员对 IR 的认知和向 IR 存缴学术成果的态度、 条件和期望; 基于调查数据, 发现专业研究机构和高校两类机构的科研人员在存缴态度、方式和条件等方面存在部分差异。【局限】总体调查规模有限, 特别是高校用户样本较少。调查结论基于所获得的调查数据, 未必适用于更广泛的用户群体。【结论】调查基本达到预期成效, 针对调查结果, 提出推进中国 IR 实践、提升 IR 成果应用的思考。
