  • 西北地区气候暖湿化空间与季节差异分析

    Abstract: Further exploration of trends in climate warming and humidification in Northwest China can deepen our understanding of important scientific issues regarding the responses to global warming of arid and semi-arid regions of the Northern Hemisphere in mid- and high latitudes. Using statistical methods such as linear trend, Kriging interpolation, and non- parametric Mann- Kendall test for temperature and precipitation data from 127 stations in Northwest China from 1961 to 2021, we show the following: (1) In the last 60 years, Northwest China as a whole has undergone significant warming and humidification. The regional warming trend was relatively consistent [0.32 ℃·(10a)-1], while there was a clear regional imbalance of humidification, with the humidification in the west of Northwest China increasing earlier, more steadily, and more significantly than in the east.
    (Increases in the west were mainly distributed in Northwest Xinjiang, while those in the east were mainly in the Qinghai region). (2) There were pronounced interdecadal fluctuations of warming and humidification, and paradigm shifts in temperature and precipitation trends of Northwest China occurred in 1993 and 2010, respectively, after which the rates of warming and humidification were 0.08 ℃·(10a)- 1 and 37.60 mm·(10a)- 1 higher than beforehand. Warming and humidification were more prominent after these paradigm shifts, with the
    eastward expansion of warming and humidification being the main feature. (3) The seasonal imbalance of
    warming and humidification also showed that the warming was most significant in winter in western Northwest
    China, followed by that in summer; winter precipitation increased significantly in western Northwest China,
    while spring and summer precipitation increased significantly in eastern Northwest China. These results can
    provide a theoretical basis for formulating climate change countermeasures in Northwest China.

  • Proposals toward Key Cooperation in Resources and Environmental Areas Between China and Indonesia

    Abstract: Since 2013 when the “Belt and Road Initiative” was proposed, China and Indonesia have achieved serval progresses with a series of mature frameworks and protocols. The “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” initiative is one of major top-level designs for China to strengthen international cooperation for pursuing mutual benefit. Indonesian geographical advantage is outstanding because it locates at the intersection of the designed two major lines of the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. “Global Maritime Axis” concept is a key program for Indonesia’s development focus changing from land to sea. The “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” is highly compatible with the “Global Maritime Axis”. The deep docking between them will bring new opportunities to scientific and technological cooperation between China and Indonesia. Based on systematical reviewing the status quo of scientific and technological cooperation between China and Indonesia, this study investigates the key points of agreement between the two countries in strengthening scientific and technological cooperation. Moreover, this study explores several critical areas with potential for cooperation, including marine resource planning, industrial chain optimization, infrastructure risk prevention and control, and major natural disaster response. Furthermore, some proposals are presented to promote the cooperation, especially for the response to natural climate change and natural disaster, based on the principles of concertation, co-construction, sharing as well as policy orientation, livelihood needs, and scientific goal.

  • 西北地区东部季风摆动区大气边界层高度对夏季风 活动和季风降水的响应特征

    Abstract: 大气边界层高度影响着近地层能量、水分的发展变化,而季风摆动区边界层受夏季风活动 和季风降水影响很大,变化特殊,但其边界层高度的响应特征并不清楚。应用西北地区东部 5 站民 勤、榆中、平凉、银川和延安 2006—2016 年 5~9 月逐日 19 时每隔 10 m 高度高空加密观测资料,以 及民勤 2006—2016 年逐日 07 时探空规定层和特性层资料,结合地面逐日观测资料,对比计算多种 资料找到合适的边界层高度。进一步运用 NCEP、EC 再分析资料,分析夏季风对季风摆动区的影 响,得出边界层高度与夏季风、季风期降水影响的关系。结果表明:基于每隔 10 m 加密压温湿风探 空资料,确定了 9 点平均位温梯度法作为边界层高度的最佳计算方法,该区边界层高度 5~6 月较 高,7~9 月逐渐降低,5~9 月平均高度由非季风影响区的 2 600 m、季风摆动区的 1 800 m 逐渐降低 到季风影响区的 1 500 m 以下。边界层高度与地面相对湿度、地温和风场关系密切,湿度越大、风 速越大,边界层高度越低,相反,近地面地气温差越大,气温越高,吹西北风时,边界层高度越高。 在不受夏季风影响时,边界层高度较高,有夏季影响风时,边界层高度较低。夏季风持续时间越 长,边界层高度越低,当夏季风持续时间为 0 候、1~4 候和≥ 5 候时,边界层高度分别为 2 000 m 左 右、1 600~1 900 m 和 1 300~1 400 m。APO 季风强度指数与季风影响区边界层高度有显著的负相 关,APO 季风强度指数越大,季风影响区边界层高度越低。边界层高度与季风期降水性质、强度关 系较为密切,从大到小为无降水、对流性降水和稳定性降水;随着降水强度增强,边界层高度降低, 边界层高度中非季风影响区较高,季风摆动区次之,季风影响区最低。降水日数越多,边界层高度 越低。夏季风反过来对降低边界层高度,增多增强季风期降水起着积极作用。

    Abstract:【目的】通过网络用户评论, 为评论网站构建有效的评分预测机制。【方法】提出基于网络用户评论的评 分预测模型, 该模型包括 4 个模块: 网络用户评论获取模块、预测变量获取模块、预测分析模块以及预测结果评 价模块。抓取 30 部不同类型的电影评论数据, 27 部用于构建模型, 3 部用于检验模型。【结果】使用逐步回归方 法筛选出变量: 参与评分人数、参与评论人数、想要观看人数和电影正向评论情感均值, 构建评分预测模型。使 用 3 部电影验证, 预测评分与 IMDb 评分相差最大值为 0.0644, 最小值为 0.0227。【局限】在数据样本量、情感 特征提取精度、模型普适性验证等方面有待进一步提升。【结论】该模型能够依据用户评论对评分进行有效预测, 在网络水军探测方面也能发挥一定的作用。
