  • Adaptation Model and Scene Recommendation for Information Acceptance in Mobile Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to solve the contradiction between the information overload in the mobile library's scene information acceptance and the nationalization of the users' information demand, the coordination between the information service of the mobile library and the information demand of the users is realized.[Method/process] Based on the concept of scene service, the adaptation model of information acceptance of mobile library is constructed based on three dimensions of scene elements, user information behavior and information acceptance context factors, and the information acceptance process is designed.[Result/conclusion] Based on the adaptation model of mobile library information acceptance, collaborative filtering algorithm is applied to realize the effective recommendation of mobile library information acceptance scene.

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to overcome the lack of perceived and computing ability for the diversity and heterogeneity of the mobile library information acceptance context in the pervasive computing environment, and achieve user's flow experience. [Method/process] Based on the context awareness theory, the Hopfield neural network algorithm is used to replace ontology construction and reasoning, and the mobile library scene recognition mechanism model is constructed. [Result/conclusion] This model simplifies the complexity of scene scenario configuration in mobile library. The accuracy rate of mobile library scene recognition can be adjusted by the refine threshold to meet the users' scene information acceptance expectation.

  • An Analysis on the Critical Influencing Factors of the Information Acceptance in Mobile Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] It is of great significance for mobile library service innovation and space reconstruction to explore and identify the key factors affecting the information acceptance of mobile library in the era of scene.[Method/process] Therefore, based on information acceptance flow experience theory, user driven cognitive theory and motivation theory, expectation confirmation theory, customer satisfaction theory, self-efficacy theory and technology acceptance theory, from "Scene-User-Context" in mobile library information acceptance, by using DEMATEL method, it focuses on the correlation analysis of mobile library information acceptance factors.[Result/conclusion] The key factors are identified according to the comprehensive impact index ranking. Based on the key factors identified, the control countermeasures of the information acceptance of mobile library and the direction of service innovation are put forward.

  • Research on the Model of Information Acceptance Context Stickiness in Mobile Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The sticky context of mobile library information is an active factor that hinders the acceptance of information. Reducing the sticky degree of information acceptance context and enhancing the adaptation effect of "Scence-Behavior-Context" of information acceptance in mobile library is the key to enhance mobile library's scene service ability and realize the innovation of mobile library services.[Method/process] Through the formation of motivation research of mobile library information acceptance context stickiness, the use of context adaptation theory and block growth model theory, the model of mobile library information acceptance context of stickiness effects was constructed; mobile library information scene elements, accept context factors and adaptation factors on mobile library information acceptance context was simulated by the Matlab dynamic viscosity.[Result/conclusion] Experimental results show that the mobile library information to accept the context of stickiness has different characteristics in different stages. Too small stickiness will make the mobile library information acceptance context to produce severe shock effect on mobile service scene, while the large viscous will make the mobile library information acceptance scene relies on the information acceptance context.

  • Analysis of the Scene Information Acceptance Content Adaptation in Mobile Libraries

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to improve the satisfaction of user information acceptance experience, it is a practical problem that needs to be solved in the mobile library to find out the user's expectation of information requirement, information search habit and preference of information acceptance, and to match the content of the user's sceneIn order to improve the user's pleasure of accepted experience in different scenes in mobile library, it is necessary to effectively excavate the users' expectation of information requirements, information search habits and information acceptance preference in different scenes, for users in the scene to accept the information content. [Method/process] Using the theory of microaggregation, the multi-dimensional analysis of user context is carried out, and the content adaptation framework of the scene based information acceptance of mobile library is built through the scene recognition. From the perspective of "Scene-Content-Context" adaptation, the mechanism model of content adaptation of information acceptance in mobile library is constructed. [Result/conclusion] Taking YunZhou knowledge service space as an example, this paper analyzes the degree of information acceptance content adaptation, and puts forward the content adaptation path of mobile library's scene information acceptance.

  • Dynamic Evolution Analysis on Domain Knowledge Clustering

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Exploring the clustering evolution in the process of domain knowledge development can help to reveal the characteristics and rules of knowledge clustering, this is great significance to master the clustering rules of correlation knowledge in the development and evolution process.[Method/process] Based on the idea of complex network, this paper constructed the time series domain knowledge networks in accordance with the occurred-value of tags adjacency relation. That is, according to the network motif theory, this paper dynamically tracked and analyzed the domain knowledge networks by the analysis method of network clustering coefficient. Then, by combining with the network density, the characteristic path length, the node degree value, the triadic closure and other indicators, this article analyzed the clustering evolution in the process of domain knowledge development from random factors, degree correlation, and adjacent correlation.[Result/conclusion] The results show:①Domain knowledge in the development process always keeps a higher clustering. ②The clustering of domain knowledge includes both randomness and structuration (non-randomness). ③The dynamic status of domain knowledge clustering evolves between small-world network and scale-free network waveringly. ④The clustering status of domain knowledge shows a certain difference between the whole network and local nodes.

  • Research on Optimizing Path and Strategy of Scenario Information Acceptance in Mobile Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to pursue the ultimate experience of scenario information acceptance in mobile libraries, this paper aims at the shortage of scenario application in existing mobile libraries, sorts out the research on restrictions of scenario information acceptance in mobile libraries.[Method/process] Based on the Fish-bone Diagram, this paper analyzed the factors that hinder the information acceptance of mobile libraries, and used the experimental method of creating scenarios to score the performance of information acceptance scenarios, information acceptance scenarios and information acceptance context configuration. Then, by analyzing the score result value and aiming at the information acceptance obstacles of different scenarios, the optimization paths of mobile library's scenario information acceptance, such as new construction, modification, reconstruction, transformation and embedding, were designed, and the optimization strategies of mobile library's scenario information acceptance context adaptation were constructed.[Result/conclusion] The experimental data analysis results show that the flexible and modular iteration based on user scenario information acceptance expectation is the future direction of mobile library scenario information acceptance optimization.

  • Construction of Digital Library User Profile Driven by Data

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper designs a digital library user profile model, in order to explore the hidden value behind user data, comprehensively understand the needs of users, and provide new kinetic energy for the digital library to achieve precise services. [Method/process] This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the user profile of the digital library, analyzes the data source and collection process of the user's profile, and regards its driven main route as digitization, labeling, association and visualization. From the natural dimension, interest dimension and social dimension, the article constructs a multi-dimensional user profile model. [Result/conclusion] The paper describes the construction process of the user profile model and designs a model framework for user profile. Simultaneously this article applies the user profile to the precise recommendation, personalized retrieval, accurate publicity and reference decision-making to promote the digital library's knowledge service upgrade.

  • Research on Precise Recommendation of Knowledge Discovery Services Based on Users Interests

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper proposes a recommendation algorithm based on user interest metrics and content analysis for the current issues of low personalization and poor recommendation in knowledge discovery services. [Method/process] Through characteristic word distribution, LDA topic distribution and citation association, this paper constructs the academic resource model. Through the measurement of user behavior (browsing time, downloading, forwarding, collecting, etc.), the user's interest in browsing academic resources can be calculated, and the user interest model is constructed. Matching the user interest model with the academic resource model and calculating its similarity, the user's interest value for each academic resource can be obtained. Finally, the TOP-N academic resources with the highest interest value can be recommended to the user. [Result/conclusion] The paper tests the effectiveness of the algorithm and the accuracy of the recommendation through experiments. From the experimental results, we can show that the recommendation algorithm can predict the user's interest better and the recommendation effect is significant, simultaneously providing ideas for precise recommendation of discovery services.

  • Research on Knowledge Discovery Service Optimization of Digital Library Based on Multi-feature Coupling

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the context of big data, the user's knowledge needs are changed from decentralization to correlation, and multi-feature coupling is used to assist the knowledge discovery service to discover multiple correlations between resources, thereby optimizing knowledge discovery services. [Method/process] The concept of multi-feature coupling was defined by analyzing the internal and external attribute characteristics of the literature. This paper analyzed the relationship between multi-feature coupling and digital library knowledge service according to the function of multi-feature coupling. Then, by combining the existing knowledge discovery system, the multi-feature coupling structure was constructed. And the method of improving the supply side of the knowledge discovery service was proposed based on data layer-coupling layer-service layer. [Result/conclusion] The data layer guarantees the quality of the data, the data source changes from single to mixed; the coupling layer enhances the effect of coupling analysis, the unit of analysis changes from coarse-grained to fine-grained, the semantic association between fine-grained units attracts much attention; the service layer attaches importance to the user's interactive experience and develops multi-dimensional visualization function.

  • Research on Data Driven Mechanism and Performance Optimization of Knowledge Discovery in Digital Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Under the data-driven environment, exploring the data-driven mechanism and optimization scheme of knowledge discover platform of digital library is conducive to provide theoretical support for supply-side reform from the perspective of methodology. [Method/process] By means of the system dynamics method, the data-driven dynamic formation mechanism of digital library knowledge discovery is presented through simulation. From the perspective of performance optimization, the granular computing method is used to provide a feasible solution for its drive optimization. [Result/conclusion] The data driving factors that influence the knowledge discovery of digital library mainly include data dimension, semantic association dimension, visualization dimension and value dimension. From the perspective of the formation of dimensions and the role of performance, the data drive of digital library knowledge discovery is a dynamic system of spiral development, the key point of performance optimization lies in the exploitation degree of knowledge value of data. The knowledge granularity as the starting point to achieve its optimization can better improve the data-driven effect of digital library knowledge discovery, according to the experimental studies.

  • The Development Orientation of Library Service in Data Age

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Big data has opened a major era transformation of library service. The big data thinking could be used to regard the revolution of library service and have a new understanding of the evolution of its development mode, especially thinking deeply about the pattern, content and mechanism and other different aspects of service in such a new environment.[Method/process] Based on a large number of documents and facts, this paper comprehensively analyzes the evolution process of library service development model from the function perspective of library service and demonstrates the internal logic and external basis of the evolution of library service development model.[Result/conclusion] According to the path of the new format, this paper puts forward two new formats of library service development in data-ages:a new format of knowledge discovery services based on data mining and a new format of innovative application services based on data fusion.

  • 基于语义相似度的文本聚类研究

    Abstract:【目的】为解决传统的文本聚类无法充分挖掘文本资源语义信息以及相似度矩阵高维性、稀疏性等问题,并进一步改善文本聚类质量, 提出基于语义相似度的文本聚类方法。【方法】通过《同义词词林扩展版》计算词语的语义相似度并得到文本语义相似度矩阵, 根据文本语义相似度矩阵进行谱聚类, 将文本聚集为文本簇。【结果】利用复旦大学文本语料库与搜狗文本语料库中的文本资源作为数据来源分别对传统聚类算法与本文提出的算法进行实验, 结果表明, 当聚类个数为10 时, 本文算法的准确率最高, 并且Purity 值高于传统聚类算法的Purity 值。【局限】《同义词词林扩展版》中包含的领域术语不完整, 部分相似度计算结果需要手工进行调整。【结论】该方法考虑了词语间语义关系, 充分挖掘文本主体潜在信息, 并且改善了聚类质量, 为文本聚类和推荐提供了一条新途径。

  • 蒙古文音乐领域的语义检索初探

    Abstract:【目的】在蒙古文信息资源急剧增长的背景下, 探索将基于本体的语义检索应用到蒙古文领域, 提高蒙古文信息资源检索效果。【方法】利用本体技术重视推理、互联的优势, 借助语义解析与推理工具Jena 的规则推理引擎, 设计并实现了基于蒙古文音乐领域本体的蒙古文语义检索系统。【结果】相较于关键词匹配检索, 语义检索系统查全率达到95.6%、查准率达到3.2%, 明显高于关键词匹配检索。【局限】仅以蒙古族多声部音乐为研究对象, 实验对象数据有限, 检索具有一定的局限性。【结论】对基于蒙古文领域本体的语义检索进行了完整的研究, 为蒙古文语义网应用研究打下良好的理论和技术基础。

    Abstract:【目的】解决传统数字文献资源内容服务推荐中无法充分挖掘资源语义信息等问题。【方法】通过设定本体推理规则对用户查询关键词进行语义扩展,提出一种新的语义相似度计算方法计算文献资源内容相似度。按照相似度大小对搜索结果进行排序,将排名较高的文献推荐给目标用户。【结果】实验结果证明,该方法能够较准确地计算语义相似度,并能够对用户需求进行有效推荐。【局限】缺少对数字资源的大规模采集,实验案例较少。【结论】该方法充分挖掘数字文献资源的语义信息并进行有效推荐,为数字资源内容服务推荐提供一种新思路。

  • 数字图书馆微服务评价指标体系构建及实证研究

    Abstract:【目的】基于人-信息-技术互动的视角构建数字图书馆微服务评价指标体系, 旨在为数字图书馆微服务建设提供理论依据和评判标准。【方法】提出基于聚类方法的群组AHP 方法, 利用其构造判断矩阵, 对数字图书馆微服务指标体系进行测评, 并选用模糊数学中隶属度函数作为标度系统对国内外10个具有代表性的数字图书馆进行实证研究。【结果】实证结果表明, 指标体系具有实际应用价值和较强的可操作性, 能更好地指导数字图书馆进行微服务建设。【局限】评价指标、评价标准、指标权重等还需根据各数字图书馆微服务的具体情况、具体问题进一步深入分析。实证研究的样本量较少, 结论具有局限性, 指标的确定和分值的给定(采用少数专家打分方式)带有主观性。【结论】在理论层面, 基于人-信息-技术互动视角构建的评价指标体系, 为数字图书馆微服务建设提供新的研究视角; 在实践应用层面, 通过对微服务的评价提升数字图书馆微服务质量和效率, 从而达到满足用户需求和期望的目标。

  • 关联数据在学术资源网相似文献发现中的应用研究

    Abstract: [Objective] This paper studied the linked data from the Web, which is machine-readable, semantically meaningful and relationally descriptive. We examined these data’s effectiveness to improve the information organization of the academic resource websites (ARWs), with the purpose of retrieving more similar documents. [Methods] We first calculated the similarity of documents published in the ARWs with the help of the Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) method. Then, chose documents with high similarities by the Hierarchical Cluster method, and created a document relation matrix. Finally, we used the dynamic document technology to generate a linked data index to search the ARWs. [Results] We built a preliminary ARWs linked data index, which helped us find similar documents more effectively from the ARWs. [Limitations] We investigated the similar documents retrieval technology from the perspective of statistical analysis. Therefore, further research is needed to locate similar documents from various subject areas with the support of deep learning technology. [Conclusions] We computed documents’ similarity using LSA method to discover related documents of specific articles. The linked data could help us find more similar documents, while reducing the waiting time for similarity calculation.
