Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The construction of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics is the national strategy. It is not only the need of libraries' business developmentto participate in the think tank construction, but also an important strategy in the new era.[Method/process] Through analyzing the relationship between libraries and think tanks, this paper explored the path of the library support for the think tank construction, summarizedthe main tasks and measures of the library participation in the think tank construction, and gradually defined the mechanism by whichlibraries supported the construction of think tanks.[Result/conclusion] The library is closely related to the think tank and should play a role in the construction of think tanks as well. The path of the library support for the think tank construction includes carrying out the basic research of think tanks, enhancing the support service of think tanks, carrying out the special service of think tanks, and developing the library's own studyof think tanks. The current task is to gradually participate in the research, construction and service of think tanks, and upgrade the capabilities of libraries from the traditional service to the think tank service.

Abstract：
[Purposes] In order to help academic journals to grasp the principles and essence of publishing operations, avoid operational misunderstandings, and enhance operational capabilities, [Methods] this paper analyzes the "Technique" and "Tao" of journal development in response to misunderstandings and undesirable phenomena in academic journal publishing operations. The principle and its relationship reveal the true meaning of academic journal publishing operations. [Findings] "Tao" is the fundamental, using "Tao" to control " Technique " and " Technique " to promote "Tao", is not only the return of the original intention and originality of academic journal publishing, but also the need for the survival and development of academic journals. [Conclusions]Academic journals need to keep in mind their original academic aspirations, adhere to academic composure, scientifically understand the factors that affect operation, systematically consider the whole elements of operation, not be trapped by "fame", and not be fettered by evaluation indicators, so as to achieve effective operation and sustainable development.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis and reference for building a new think tank with Chinese characteristics. With an insight into the research of think tanks in recent years in China, this paper summarizes the major research findings of think tanks by domestic scholars and analyzes the main features of think tanks research in China. [Method/process] This paper employs the bibliometric analysis method, excel, and citespaceIII to analyze the features of domestic think tanks research, namely, the growth in the number, journal, institute, author, high cited literature and research content. [Result/conclusion] Firstly, the think tanks research in China has been very promising with more attention paid to the problem of domestic think tanks research. Secondly, there seems to be a lack of professional journals in which think tanks research can be published. Thirdly, the research institutes of think tanks are mainly based in colleges and Academy of Social Sciences systems. Last but not least, domestic scholars seem to pay more attention to American think tanks, university think tanks and the construction of think tanks.

Abstract：对智库进行客观、公正的评价,是促进智库发展的一项重要内容。一方面,有利于了解智库对政策制定发挥的作用和存在的局限性;另一方面,科学的评价体系有助于引导智库发展,提升智库服务决策的能力,对凝聚智库发展共识具有重要意义。2016年6月6日,在中国与全球化智库(Center for China and Globalization,CCG)主办"2016中国智库创新峰会"之际,本刊编辑部有幸采访了出席此次峰会的詹姆斯·麦甘博士,就智库评价报告的指标构建、智库核心竞争力等问题进行了简短访谈,以期为我国智库评价和发展提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：[目的/意义]通过智库评价报告,探索智库评价对智库在政策制定中的作用、策略及局限性,分析智库评价的方法体系,引导智库发展,提升智库服务决策的途径,凝聚智库发展共识。[方法/过程]调研国内外智库评价报告,提炼出智库评价的一般流程,包括四个阶段:评价方法、评价体系、评价主客体以及评价结果,从这四个方面对中美三份智库评价报告进行对比分析。[结果/结论]中美三份智库评价报告各有特色,它们从不同的研究视野、构建了不同的评价指标体系,得出了具有差异性的评价榜单。中国智库应避免过度迷信榜单的排名,应借鉴国内外成功智库的经验,找到一条适合中国智库发展的道路。

Abstract：[目的 /意义]梳理我国智库过去若干年的研究情况,追踪国内学者的智库研究成果,总结国内智库研究的主要进展,分析国内智库研究的主要特点,为建设中国特色新型智库提供理论依据和参考借鉴。[方法 /过程]运用文献计量分析方法、excel、Citespace III工具对中国智库研究的特点进行分析,分析内容包括:文献增长态势、期刊分析、机构分析、作者分析、高被引文献分析、研究内容分析等。[结果 /结论 ]我国智库研究问题已经开始得到高度关注,智库研究正进入佳境。发表智库成果的学术期刊比较分散,研究智库的机构主要为大学和社科院系统,我国学者对美国智库、大学智库、智库建设的关注度较高。
