Abstract: [Purpose/significance]Data fusion is an important way to realize multi-source data value.Comprehensive analysis of the overall topics of global data fusion research has an important scientific and technological information value for the current data fusion research. [Method/process]The hot topics and research methods of 16053 literatures from Web of Science core collections were analyzed by word-frequency and co-word analysis. [Result/conclusion]The data fusion research has shown a significant growth trend, and after more than 30 years development, core research hotspots and methods of data fusion have been formed. In the research, the data fusion of sensors (including wireless sensors) is the core research direction in this field. Fault diagnosis, remote sensing, security and smart grid are the hotspots of the data fusion scenario. Kalman Filter, Neural Network, Dempster-Shafer Evidence Theory and Machine Learning(including Deep Learning, Support Vector Machine, etc.) are the main methods in data fusion, and the synergy network of methods have been formed in data fusion.

Abstract: The paper sorts out the development trends of the international preprint servers; analyzes the policy trends of preprint servers, funding agencies and journals; brings forth the five policy challenges faced in developing Chinese preprint servers: unclear policy positioning, imperfect policy mechanism, lack of high-level management policies, lack of policy support from journals, and insufficient policy starting point; make four suggestions in the development preprint servers in China. "

Abstract: To protect the priority right of the authors and to promote the excellent scientific research articles first preserved and serve for other researchers in our country, Scientific Article Preprint Platform of Chinese Academy Science (ChinaXiv) is proposed to build. It aims to encourage researchers to share their articles on public preprints platform in the first time,and receive peer reviews and suggestions for a wider range of academic communication. Based on the practice and strategic plan of ChinaXiv construction, this paper describes how to build a preprint platform following the international standard operation regulation, including construction background, system construction and service, domain development and cultivation, organization and management mechanism, propagandizing and popularizing mode, development status and future. This paper can provide references for other preprint repositories.

Abstract:摘要: 【目的】在数字资源长期保存系统(DPS)中应用开源格式识别工具获取复杂对象的格式信息。【应用背景】摘要: 【目的】在数字资源长期保存系统(DPS)中应用开源格式识别工具获取复杂对象的格式信息。【应用背景】在现有开源工具的基础上, 为满足 DPS 的实际需求、保障效率和执行效果, 需选择合适的工具进行二次开发和集成应用。【方法】分析比较现有两种常用工具, 选取 DROID作为 DPS的格式识别工具, 同时针对 DPS效率要求, 提出选用 DROID 批量格式识别的处理思路, 并对其进行有效封装。【结果】将 DROID 封装为“DPS 的批量格式处理模块”并在 DPS格式识别及技术元数据抽取中得到实际应用。【结论】 DROID是一个优秀的开源工具, 其自动批处理特性基本满足 DPS格式处理需求。
