  • Construction of Three-level Emergency Response Information Collaboration System of Smart Home-based Care Service for the Elderly

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In view of the problems existing in the home-based emergency services for the elderly in China, a three-level emergency response information coordination system of smart home-based emergency services is constructed to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue through efficient multiagent emergency information collaboration.[Method/process] Through social investigation covering 94 cities in 26 provinces of China,this paper analyses the existing problems of home-based emergency services for the elderly. In addition, based on the information of the elderly, with call center as the information hub, the paper constructs an information collaboration system, taking family members, emergency service volunteers and hospitals along with other rescue agencies as its three-level element, and its feasibility is demonstrated.[Result/conclusion] Analyzing the information collaboration relationship among the main parts, the system model is constructed, the guarantee strategy for the implementation of the system model is put forward.

  • An Empirical Study on the Synergistic Effect Mechanism of Multiple Subjects Information Chain of Smart City in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Exploring the synergistic effect mechanism of multiple subjects information chain of smart city will help the managers learn the key factors of enhancing its synergistic effect, which can improve the smart standard on the level of multiple subjects information chain synergetic service, as well as provide better smart service for the populace.[Method/process] On the basis of identifying and analyzing the information subject, information and information environment of the multiple subject information chain of smart cities in China, this paper puts forward six hypotheses about the mechanism of synergistic effect of multiple subject information chain of smart cities from three dimensions:subject synergy, information synergy and mechanism synergy. 456 sets of valid data is obtained through questionnaire survey, and structural equation model is used to test the research hypothesis.[Result/conclusion] The results show that mechanism synergy and information synergy directly affect the synergy effect of multiple subject information chain of smart city, and subject synergy, through mechanism synergy and information synergy, has an indirect effect on the synergy effect. According to the test results, the authors give five specific strategies to enhance the synergistic effect of multiple subject information chain of smart cities. It provides a useful reference for the research and practice of the synergistic effect mechanism of multiple subject of information chain of smart city.

  • Research on Multi-information Collaborative Model of Smart Senior Care from the Perspective Heterogeneous Blockchain Network

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The consensus algorithm and decentralization thought of blockchain technology can effectively guarantee the information coordination of social network. Smart multi-information collaborative network for the elderly is one of the specific application scenarios using blockchain technology to ensure social network information collaboration. The application of blockchain technology in this scenario can effectively improve the information collaboration efficiency among multiple participants in the smart senior care, thus bringing convenience to all participants in the smart senior care. [Method/process] In this paper, on the basis of the principle of blockchain technology and combining the features of multivariate information wisdom endowment antipodal built 5 different structure of blockchain structure, namely the pension administrative information sovereignty chain architecture, medical and health information alliance chain architecture, community service information alliance chain architecture private chain architecture, the elderly personal health information about the experience of the medical and health information public chain structure, and on the basis of blockchain across chain technology, the 5 kinds of architecture to assemble the wisdom endowment multivariate information heterogeneous blockchain network. On this basis, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the heterogeneous blockchain network in the aspect of information coordination to the development of China’s smart senior care. [Result/conclusion] Based on the heterogeneous block chain network technology, this paper proposes a smart endowment multi-information cooperation model, which enriches the application scenario of block chain technology.

  • Construction of a Medical Blockchain Model for the Security Protection of Healthcare Big Data

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the rapid development of medical informatization, traditional medical information security protection has problems such as data loss and difficulty in sharing. In order to protect health and medical big data better, this paper proposes the construction of a medical blockchain model for the security protection of healthcare big data to solve the problems of centralized storage, untraceability, and vulnerability, and provides solutions for further promoting the application of blockchain technology in the field of health care.[Method/process] This paper built a health care big data information security protection model and system architecture based on blockchain technology, ensured that the medical blockchain data can not be tampered through the PBFT consensus algorithm, and ensured the safety of personal medical information through asymmetric encryption technology, then encouraged all nodes to join the medical blockchain through an incentive mechanism.[Result/conclusion] Compared with the previous medical information protection methods, the health care big data information security protection model based on blockchain technology has the advantages of data traceability, tamper resistance, equal sharing of information, security and credibility, etc. It can promote the development of health care digitalization better.
