Abstract： Purposes Constructing a four-dimensional evaluation framework for academic journals from a discourse perspective to promote innovation in the theory and practice of discourse and journal evaluation. Methods This paper uses literature research, comparative analysis and other methods to sort out the current situation of journal evaluation at home and abroad, defines the concept of discourse and academic discourse, discusses the formation mechanism of academic discourse, and proposes a four-dimensional evaluation framework for academic journals and strategies to improve the discourse of academic journals on this basis. Findings Academic journal discourse is made up of six discourse-forming elements: subject, content, object, object, carrier, and feedback. The evaluation dimensions can be developed from four dimensions: guidance, originality, influence, and dissemination, and the evaluation methods can be innovated from four aspects: data acquisition, data analysis, model construction, and model application. Conclusions Multi-dimensional, multi-factor, multi-indicator and multi-method fusion evaluation of academic journal discourse is an inevitable choice in the big data environment. To enhance the discourse of academic journals, it is necessary to establish academic status, tap into hot areas, build a diversified and three-dimensional communication pattern, keep up with global challenges and changes in demand, and build an academic discourse system with Chinese characteristics.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The research on the international publication, research hotspots and periodical characteristics of the Library and Information Science is helpful to promote the development of the subject and enhance its international discourse power. [Method/process] In this paper, we analyzed the key words frequency of papers published in high-impact foreign journals included by SCI and SSCI, and used HistCite, CiteSpace, SPSS and other tools to analyze the development of the chart in the past five years (2016-2020) from five aspects including current research status, high-impact scholars, highly cited papers, research hotspots, and cutting-edge trends. Through the annual change analysis of high-frequency keywords, four keywords with different trends were summarized, and the low-frequency keywords are perspectived. The development themes of humanity, technology and management were obtained. [Result/conclusion] With the continuous development of information technology and changes in the information environment, the themes of the Library and Information Science have been further extended and refined from traditional information services to knowledge services, and from research related to knowledge organization and management to the construction of knowledge organization systems, and the combination of theory and practice has become an important trend in the research of Library and Information Science.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Academic discourse power is an integral part of China’s international discourse power system and the main manifestation of national political, economic, scientific and technological soft power. Analyzing the evaluation methods of academic discourse power and comprehensively comparing the advantages, disadvantages and stability of different methods are helpful to provide certain references for the evaluation of academic discourse power. [Method/Process] Six assignment methods without comprehensive evaluation values were used for single model evaluation, and fuzzy combination evaluation was carried out on the results after passing the non-parametric test to reduce the tendency of single evaluation and improve the credibility of evaluation, and BP neural network was introduced to construct neural network model based on gradient descent algorithm. [Result/Conclusion] This paper constructs an academic discourse power evaluation system based on three dimensions: academic leadership based on the innovation leading index, academic influence based on the citation analysis index and academic communication capacity based on the Altmetrics index. Fuzzy Borda evaluation allows for a combination of high and low evaluation scores and evaluation ranking for a single model, and realizes the internal combination of objective information, which has higher accuracy than the single evaluation model. Based on this, an evaluation model of academic discourse power integrated with BP neural network was constructed.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] As one of the main means of dissemination of academic achievements, academic conferences can lead the academic direction, influence academic decision-making, determine academic rules and identify excellent academic achievements. From this perspective, academic conferences, as a subject, have a certain discourse power in the academic community. The research on the evaluation of the academic conferences discourse power has certain theoretical and practical significance for the academic development of our country. [Method/Process] Based on the perspective of organizational structure, this paper clarified the definition and connotation of academic conference discourse power through combing and summarizing the existing research. Secondly, combined with information metrology and evaluation theory, this paper analyzed the constituent elements of academic conference discourse power evaluation. [Result/Conclusion] Through the research, this paper summarizes the evaluation elements of the discourse power of academic conferences into the leading power of academic conferences, the communication power of academic conferences and the influence of academic conferences. Based on the evaluation elements, this paper obtains the evaluation index system of academic conference discourse power, and summarizes the evaluation research ideas, in order to provide new ideas for the construction of academic discourse power evaluation system in China.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] By studying the evaluation of the discourse power of academic journals on the WeChat public platform, the evaluation index system and evaluation model can be established, which can enrich the discourse power evaluation system of academic journals under the new media environment, to provide inspirations for academic journals to develop new academic media with the help of WeChat platform and promote the transformation and upgrading of academic journals in the new media era. [Method/Process] Referring to the 'full evaluation’ framework, this paper designed the evaluation index system of academic journals WeChat public account discourse power, and used the analytic hierarchy process to give the index weight and construct the evaluation model. According to the weight of each index, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively analyze the WeChat public account of the selected sample journals. [Result/Conclusion] The evaluation results show that the top-ranking academic journals are good at grasping the development opportunities of the new media era, seizing the development opportunities and starting rights of academic journals, and leading the academic discourse. But overall academic journals WeChat public platform recognition is not strong, and there is low trust and platform construction differences. In the future, operation also needs to pay attention to the quality of services and the spread and influence of tweets, to improve platform operation and user experience.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] The gradual improvement of scholars’ academic discourse power is a process of academic prosperity. The study of scholars’ academic discourse power and its evaluation theory methods has become an urgent need for the construction of the Chinese academic discourse system. [Method/Process] Based on the theory of discourse power, the life cycle theory of scientific research activities, and the theory of communication, according to the concept of "element-relation-process", this paper explored the elements and the relationship among the elements in academic activities, and analyzed, identified and quantitatively evaluated the role of scholars in the formation of academic discourse power. [Result/Conclusion] Based on analyzing the constituent elements of scholars’ academic discourse power, the formation mechanism of scholars’ academic discourse power is explored, and a three-dimensional theoretical framework for the evaluation of scholars' academic discourse power is constructed, which includes leading power, communication power, and influence power is constructed.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] In the current environment of complex international relations, discourse power is regarded as an important symbol of a country’s soft power. Combing the development of discourse power research is helpful to explore the internal logic of evolution, reveal its theme structure, summarize the evolution trajectory and guide positive development. [Method/Process] Aiming at the measurement deviation existing in the process of data mining, this paper designed the comprehensive retrieval strategy of discourse power research, analyzed the origin of the research literatures by using bibliometrics and visual analysis method, and explored the annual change of the research field of discourse power. The annual change of the optimal theme after cross validation was superimposed on the biclustering map. The discipline diffusion context of discourse power research was explored from the citation domain and the cited domain, the evolution context of research topics in different stages was analyzed, and then the evolution trend of discourse power research was revealed. [Result/Conclusion] The research on discourse power can be traced back to the achievements of Foucault’s knowledge archaeology. The research can be integrated into five knowledge domains such as linguistics, politics and sociology. The evolution of overall knowledge has changed from the traditional research topics to the refinement, interdisciplinary, and cross-country cooperation of emerging topics. The evolution path is relatively stable and has obvious national leading effect and policy guiding effect.
