Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The establishment of Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China marks the entering of domestic emergency management talents training and capacity building into a new era. Discussion on the training of emergency management information analyst for emergency management in the era of large data aims to promote the capacity building of emergency response. [Method/process] Through literature survey and network investigation, the problems and shortcomings of the current emergency management Information analysis personnel training are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. [Result/conclusion] It is found that with the advent of the big data age, the domestic emergency management information analysis work and the demand for talent are increasing, and the requirements are constantly improved. The relevant laws of emergency management information talents should be promulgated, setting up and perfecting the corresponding system, to set up a unified training standard, standardize the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teachers and teaching materials, increase the cooperative training mode of communication and cooperation, and carries out the evaluation of the training effect. In order to improve the efficiency and level of emergency management, a team of professionals to deal with emergencies should be trained.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By sorting out the terminology evolution of digital resources and electronic resources, investigating the current research and use of the two terms in academia and practice, clarifying the conceptual relationship between the two, and making suggestions for the standardized use of these two terms.[Method/process] Through research methods such as conceptual analysis, comparative analysis, and network research, the literature on the concept and relationship between the two in relevant domestic and foreign literature was investigated, compared and analyzed, and three main points of view were summarized. Perform a quantitative analysis of the publication years of related documents using the two terms at home and abroad, and conduct statistics on the use of the two terms on the official websites of different types of libraries at home and abroad, so as to understand the use and change characteristics of the two terms in academia and practice.[Result/conclusion] Through the analysis of the survey results, it is proposed that digital resources and electronic resources are a pair of "new and old terms", which are different terminology expressions of the same concept. The two have obvious historical traces and technical application differences. Finally, some reference suggestions are put forward for the normative use of the two in theory and practice.
