  • Research on Automated Evaluation of User Generated Answer Quality in Social Question and Answer Community——Taking “Zhihu” as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to build the social QA community users to generate the quality evaluation index system, achieve automatic evaluation and selection of answers to user needs, and improve the quality of the community QA community service.[Method/process] The introduction of social emotional features and user characteristics, and factor analysis and structural equation analysis are used to build an index system for evaluating the quality of user generated answers. Then, based on the GA-BP neural network model, the automatic evaluation method of the answer quality is designed. The application of the quality evaluation index system and automatic evaluation method of user generated answers is studied.[Result/conclusion] The evaluation index system consists of 5 dimensions, including the characteristics of the answer text, the characteristics of the respondent, the timeliness, the user characteristics and the social emotional characteristics. The experimental analysis shows that the method of automatic evaluation of the answer quality based on GA-BP neural network is more accurate and lower than other methods. It is feasible and effective, and can be further applied and popularized.

  • Research on the Configuration of Influencing Factors Affecting User Knowledge Willingness Payment in Online Q & A Community from the Perspective of Reason and Status Quo Bias

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The knowledge payment behavior of users is a complex decision-making process that is affected by the synergy of multiple factors. It is of great significance to explore the combined effect of factors affecting the willingness of users to pay for knowledge in the context of free knowledge acquisition. This study can help to understand the knowledge payment behavior of users and promote the sustainable development of the paid Q & A community. [Method/process] This paper constructed latent variables that affect users' willingness to pay for knowledge based on the current state deviation theory and rational choice theory. The fsQCA method was used to analyze the asymmetric multiple concurrent causality between the variables, and to explore the configuration of the willingness to pay for knowledge. [Result/conclusion] The study has found that, in the presence of free information acquisition channels, the willingness of users in the paid question-and-answer community to pay for knowledge is the result of multi-factor interactions at the level of rationality and bias. Perceived revenue is the most critical factor for a high degree of willingness to pay for knowledge. The idea of personal free is an important influencing factor of low-level knowledge willingness to pay. From the perspective of the combination of conditions, there are four configurations that affect the willingness to pay for knowledge. Based on the analysis of the results of the configuration, this paper proposes specific strategies to promote the payment of knowledge by users.

  • Research on the Construction of Dynamic Portrait Model of Social Academic App Users Based on Small Data

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Enrich and expand the theoretical research system of building dynamic portrait of social academic App users based on small data, so as to provide ideas and reference for the social academic App platform to effectively predict the evolution trend of user behavior and improve the precise service level.[Method/process] Firstly, based on the deep analysis of concept and characteristics of the small data, combined with the feature of social academic App, this paper from two aspects of user behavior and the surface of deep factors designed dynamic portrait label system. Then collected the small data with strong correlation and high value with the user as the data support of the portrait, and clarified the acquisition and processing method. Finally, it put forward the research method to realize the dynamic portrait and form the overall frame model.[Result/conclusion] The construction of dynamic portrait of social academic App users based on small data can effectively refine the granularity of portrait, and improve the lag of previous portrait, which has important reference value for the promotion of accurate service level of social academic App platform under data-driven situation.

  • Research on the Sorting Method of Answer Usefulness in Social Q&A Community Integrating Word2vec and WGRA-Taking Ctrip Q&A as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to solve the diversified information needs of users and the problem of redundant and overloaded answers in the social Q&A community, this paper proposes an answer usefulness ranking method oriented to users' personalized needs,assists users to efficiently filter and obtain useful answer knowledge.[Method/process] First, through literature research and expert consultation, an answer usefulness evaluation index system was constructed from the three dimensions of answer characteristics, answerer characteristics and answer timeliness; Then, it integrated the user's personalized needs from the semantic level, designed an answer usefulness ranking method that combined WGRA and Word2vec, and realized the answer ranking oriented to user needs.[Result/conclusion] Through comparative analysis of experimental results, it is found that compared with traditional ranking methods based on "likes" and "answer time", the answer usefulness ranking method designed in this paper has higher user satisfaction and is more able to satisfy users' personalized knowledge demands.

  • 基于DW特征参数的GNSS-R海面风速反演研究

    Abstract: Traditionally, airborne sea surface wind speed inversion generally use relevant power curve directly matching method, this method need to extracted state information from the actual measurement data for generating theoretical waveform, however, the state information extracted from the actual measurement data is existed error, so that there is an error in the theoretical waveform, thus, the inversion result is not accurate. To this, this paper proposed a new method of wind speed inversion based on one-dimensional delay power waveform characteristic parameters, the method was based on the influence of wind speed on delay window of one dimensional delay power curve, it established the inversion model of wind speed by using the time delay window of one dimension delay power curve as the characteristic parameter. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the new method is 0.77 m/s. Compared to traditional methods, the accuracy is improved by 33.04%, and the model is simple.
