Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the deepening of Altmetrics’ research, the analysis of its development trend will help researchers to study the research progress and hot contents, and provide some references for the future research. [Method/process] This paper chose CNKI database as the data source, and usedthe bibliometric method and the visualization method to analyze the domestic Altmetrics research from three aspects: research overview, literature coherence and research content. [Result/conclusion] ① Domestic Altmetrics research is shifting from theoretical research to empirical research, with a good momentum of development; ② scientific research cooperation is one of the important features of Altmetrics research. The distribution of disciplines is centered on library science and information science, with publishing, medicine and scientific research management as the edges of this structure. ③ The development of the Altmetrics tools and resource platforms embedded in the mechanism in the domestic environment, the reconstruction of the scientific communication process from the perspective of Altmetrics, the integration of traditional evaluation and communication-process-based evaluation will be Altmetrics’ future research trends.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars Project (JieQing Fund) has implemented more than 25 years, all the JieQing winners presented the growing trend of older in age, researcher's age funding for heterogeneity about JieQing implement performance has great meaning in managing the JieQing Fund in future.[Method/process] The object of the empirical in the paper was JieQing Fund from 1994 to 2018 in Earth Science. The research built three evaluation indexes which included scientific research paper output efficiency, innovation ability and academical influence. And put forward the "Input of human capital in science and technology-output of scientific research" model to explain the research results. The research used DID model to overcome the sample selective bias which may have bad influence in inner problems, at last, the study researched the heterogeneity in age when implement the JieQing Fund.[Result/conclusion] The results show that there is older trend of aging and 45 years old phenomenon among the scientists. The JieQing Fund has been in place for 20 years. The proportion of hypothesis supports that the older the subsidy age is, the better the subsidy effect is lower. Among the three evaluation indexes, the years with the largest funding effect and the age between 39 and 42 years accounted for the largest proportion in the 20 years of the implementation of the JieQing Fund. Therefore, no matter from all the JieQing Fund purpose, three evaluation indexes, JieQing Fund should avoid older tendency, expand funding for young excellent talents.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to construct high-level think tanks, it is necessary to master effective information and create high-quality products. This article aims to explore the important role of information sources for the construction of the research and development of think tanks. [Method/process] Based upon 2015 Global Go to Think Tank Index Report written by the University of Pennsylvania, we selected some institutions and studied the front end of their information sources. Then, we made a comparative analysis through the case study method. [Result/conclusion] There are direct and indirect sources that ensure the institution’s smooth operation. With a multi-source information collection, think tanks’ information acquisition mode shows three typical characteristics. The information source has an important supporting role for think tank research, because it helps improve efficiency and guarantees high-level products. Finally, this article proposes several suggestions.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The resource and environment think tanks of the USA play an important role in global affairs. Its operation mechanism, think tank product systems and influence development mode are of great significance to our country’s think tank construction. [Method/process] This paper analyzed and summarized the characteristics and operation mechanism of American think tanks from various aspects based on the site inspection of several resources and environment think tanks in the United States. Given the demand and current situation of the resource and environment think tank construction in China, we put forward some recommendations for China’s construction of high-level think tanks of resources and environment. [Result/conclusion] The article argues that the construction of resource and environment think tanks in our country should gradually establish an influential think tank system, expand the channel of fund raising actively, raise the output of special field achievements and enhance the product influence.
