Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important component of the national development strategy in the new era. Cantonese opera is an important cultural carrier that connects the emotions and shared memories of the people in the Greater Bay Area. The co-construction and sharing of Cantonese opera literature resources is not only an inherent requirement for adapting to the development of the times, but also an important measure to promote the cultural development of the Greater Bay Area.[Method/Process]This article takes 36 cultural and research institutions from 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research objects, and conducts research on the distribution and regional characteristics of Cantonese opera literature resources in the area through literature review, online research, and work conference.[Result/Conclusion]The current Cantonese opera literature resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are characterized by resource enrichment, complete types, high literature value, uneven distribution, urgent need for protection, and insufficient utilization. This article proposes a practical path for the co-construction and sharing of Cantonese opera literary resources in the Greater Bay Area from the aspects of establishing a sharing mechanism, building a sharing platform, strengthening institutional cooperation, and building a joint brand.

Abstract: In order to effectively prevent and manage the risk of insect and mould in library collections, the article proposes a set of innovative and practical risk assessment system serving the concept of Integrated Pest Management, including two processes, risk identification and risk rating, which provides a new perspective and ideas for pest management in libraries. Through risk assessment, the risk status of collections can be grasped in a timely manner, limited resources can be allocated rationally and efficient response plans can be formulated. Specific assessment tables are also given in the article so that readers can have a clearer understanding of the process and results of risk assessment, which is also of reference value and practical guidance for other related institutions with similar problems.

Abstract: This paper introduces the current situation of periodical bound books in Tsinghua University library, and carries out the counting work of periodical bound books in the shelf report and management result set based on Alma system. It focuses on the analysis and solution of problem periodical bound books, and puts forward constructive suggestions for the management of subsequent periodical bound books. Make full use of advanced information technology, combined with scientific management, optimize and perfect traditional services, and constantly improve the management level, so as to strive to build a more interconnected, efficient and intelligent library.

Abstract: Chinese book purchase is general librarys’ key work, procurement, government procurement has become a common phenomenon, and the lowest bid often wins in government procurement. Facing all kinds of library suppliers, how to ensure the quality of books purchase? Starting with the analysis of the key problems in purchasing books of the library, the article analyses the core links, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures.
