Abstract： The 5,000-year-old Chinese traditional culture is the root of the heritage and development of a country and a nation. Promoting the evolution and growth of fine traditional Chinese culture will strengthen cultural confidence for contemporary college students. How to integrate our brilliant traditional Chinese culture into the tedious study to the course of higher mathematics, and to increase the learning interest of contemporary college students for this course, and at the same time to enable the cultural identification for them, all of above are still deserved us to investigate. According to this purpose, we take an ideological and political teaching of an important knowledge point, namely integration by parts, and present a practice of integrating some idols in Chinese traditional culture with the course higher mathematics. In addition, it can be found that our ideological and political teaching significantly increase the learning interest and learning effect of students for this course.

Abstract： In this paper, the main aim is to demonstrate the boundedness for commutators of fractional maximal function and sharp maximal function in the context of the p-adic version of Orlicz spaces, where the symbols of the commutators belong to the p-adic version of Lipschitz space, whereby some new characterizations for Λβ(Qnp) spaces are given.

Abstract： In this article, the main aim is to introduce the grand variable Herz space over the p-adic fields and demonstrate the boundedness for fractional integral operator, fractional maximal operator in the context of the grand p-adic version of Herz-Morrey spaces with variable exponent, as well as the Lipschitz estimates for the commutators of fractional integral operator, fractional maximal operator, and sharp maximal function on the grand p-adic version of Herz-Morrey spaces with variable exponent.

Abstract： In this paper, we mainly provide a proper maintenance plan for the Kariba Dam in Africa which falls into disrepair and is facing to collapse. Firstly, we make a threshold analysis of the three options about their costs which include people’s moving, old dam’s removing, new dams’ building, later repairing, ecological destruction and their incomes which include generation energy, avoiding of flood disasters’ loss, providing employment, tourism resources and ecological protection. Then we get the specific relationship between benefits and years with some collected data. Both of the results show that the third option is the best choice from the economic view. And the result is completely as same as the conclusion we get after studying deeply on Option 3. Secondly, we regard water management capabilities as the safety coefficient of dams. We select 30 seed points along the riverbank for preparing the establishment of dams. With flow-between-riverway model, Manning equations, large Cauchy distribute function we get the scores of the seed points. We give an advice that the number of dams should be more and the positions of dams should be well-distributed. Then, we build an assessment model by analytic hierarchy process. We select three factors among all the factors, safety, economy and population. After testing the consistency, we get the weights of each factor: 0.6442, 0.2705, 0.0852. Then we value the factors and get an optimal scheme during the assessment with 0-1 integer programming: the number of dams is 17 and the longitude and latitude of them are shown in Table 17. The sensitivity of the result is tested as well. We also provide some strategies for the managers of ZRA to use. We suggest that they should use the dams normally in general. With the Dam-break model, we find 13 points among 17 points which are shown in Table 20. The dams at the 13 points need to be closed when there is a flood and it is just the opposite when the drought happens. For the extreme water flow, we assume an ideal water flow at first. The extreme water flow has to be adjusted to satisfy the ideal one. As for the restrictions in extreme conditions, the biggest impact happens at the 8th point among the 17 points. If the duration of maximum flow is t0, the drainage time t to make the water flow return to the normal level equals to 4.95t0.

The results in this paper are applicable to fuzzy sets in a general metric space. The results in our previous paper are applicable to fuzzy sets in the $m$-dimensional Euclidean space $ mathbb{R}^m$, which is a special type of metric space. Furthermore, based on the above results, we give the characterizations of relative compactness, total boundedness and compactness in a kind of common subspaces of general fuzzy sets according to the endograph metric. As an application, we investigate some relationship between the endograph metric and the $ Gamma$-convergence on fuzzy sets.

Abstract： For 3D vector fields, the governing formula of invariant manifolds grown from a hyperbolic cycle is given in cylindrical coordinates. The initial growth directions depend on the Jacobian matrices of Poincaré map on that cycle, for which an evolution formula is deduced to reveal the relationship among Jacobians of different Poincaré sections. The evolution formula also applies to cycles in arbitrary finite $n$-dim autonomous continuous-time dynamical systems. Non-Möbiusian/Möbiusian saddle cycles and a dummy X-cycle are constructed analytically as demonstration. A real-world numeric example of analyzing a magnetic field timeslice on EAST is presented.

Abstract： In weibo APP, there are many almost same images whose only difference are watermark and resolution. In order to find out the most similar image efficiently, this paper proposes a algorithm named multi-level fingerprint, which contains 5 character strings and 3 vectors. On a dataset of 1 million images from WEIBO APP, multi-level fingerprint achieves a precision 97.69% and QPS 345.

Abstract： Recently, a new kind of set, named as Random Permutation Set (RPS), is proposed. RPS takes the permutation of a certain set into consideration, which can be regarded as a generalization of evidence theory. Uncertainty is an important feature of RPS. A straightforward question is how to measure the uncertainty of RPS. To address this problem, the entropy of RPS is presented in this paper. When the order of elements in permutation event is ignored, the proposed RPS entropy degenerates into Deng entropy in evidence theory. When each permutation event is limited to containing just one element, the proposed RPS entropy degenerates into Shannon entropy in probability theory. Hence the RPS entropy can be regarded as the generalization of Deng entropy and Shannon entropy. Numerical examples are illustrated the efficiency of the proposed RPS entropy.

Abstract： Recently, a new type of set, named as random permutation set (RPS), is proposed by considering all the permutations of elements in a certain set. For measuring the uncertainty of RPS, the entropy of RPS is presented. However, the maximum entropy principle of RPS entropy has not been discussed. To address this issue, in this paper, the maximum entropy of RPS is presented. The analytical solution for maximum entropy of RPS and its corresponding PMF condition are respectively proofed and discussed. Numerical examples are used to illustrate the maximum entropy RPS. The results show that the maximum entropy RPS is compatible with the maximum Deng entropy and the maximum Shannon entropy. When the order of the element in the permutation event is ignored, the maximum entropy of RPS will degenerate into the maximum Deng entropy. When each permutation event is limited to containing just one element, the maximum entropy of RPS will degenerate into the maximum Shannon entropy.

Abstract： " " "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP, or alternatively 2019-nCoV), initially blown up in Wuhan in December of 2019, has been quickly spread all over China, and even other countries of the world, which has produced an important effect to the agricultural and industrial activities, and daily life. It is expected that a well-known recognition is essential to the effective prevention of the disease. Based on the daily announced numbers of the infective people from the National and Hubei provincial Health commissions, a logistic model is applied in this paper for data fitting, in order to provide some scientific information for the effective prevention and controlling of the disease. Using the parameters obtained from the data simulation, a susceptible-infected (SI) model is used to forecast the future trend of the NCP. Our work indicated that the epidemic will last at least two additional weeks in Hubei, but should come to an apex in one week in other areas of China. "
