Abstract:利用美国甚长基线干涉阵,对致密射电源0223+341和0248+430进行了4.6GHz的偏振观测,获得了角分辨率高达2毫角秒的辐射强度分布图像,并首次得到了这两个射电源在4.6GHz频率的偏振矢量分布结果。其中致密陡谱源0223+341未观测到射电核,射电结构主要由两个疑似热斑的成份组成,偏振辐射集中在其中一个热斑处,而偏振度较低,周围可能有较浓密的介质;而吉赫兹反转谱源0248+430呈现单侧核—喷流结构,偏振辐射集中在射电核附近。

Abstract:大豆球蛋白是热稳定性最强的抗原蛋白之一,同时也是大豆引起动物过敏反应和腹泻的主要成分。本文重点阐述了大豆球蛋白对仔猪、犊牛和鱼等动物的抗营养作用及其作用机理,并对检测大豆及其副产品中大豆球蛋白的方法进行了分析,着重介绍了酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)的最新研究进展,希望为大豆及其副产品的开发提供一定参考。

Abstract: Glycinin is one of the most thermal stability soybean antigenic protein, as well as an allergen, which is the main component causing the allergy and diarrhea of animals. The paper mainly expounded the anti-nutritional action and resistance mechanism of glycinin for piglets, calves and fishes, analyzed the detection methods of glycincin in soybean and its by-products, and emphatically introduced the latest research progress of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection method, aiming to provide references for the use of soybean and its by-products.

Abstract:由于基础研究环境和临床环境之间存在的转化差异,使得药物在临床阶段取得成功仍然具有挑战性。诱导多能干(iPS)细胞的诞生为药物研发领域带来了新的希望,使研究者能在体外人性化各种药理学和毒理学模型。人iPS衍生细胞的可获得性,特别是可以定向分化成特定的功能性细胞,组织和器官,为疾病机制研究与细胞治疗提供了全新的途径。另一方面,转化研究中的生物标记物提供了评估临床前基础研究环境和临床环境下毒理学和药理学影响的可衡量的指标,而iPS细胞给生物标记物的研究带来了全新的思路。本综述从转化研究的角度概述了基于iPS细胞药物发现的现行策略,阐明iPS细胞的潜力以及生物标志物在药物发现和发展整个过程中的作用,突出在该领域有待改进的地方,以期为进一步相关性研究提供一定参考,为新药研发提供新的思路与方法。

Abstract:500 m口径球面射电望远镜具有很高的灵敏度,容易受周边电子设备的电磁干扰。如果干扰超过望远镜的干扰保护门限,导致望远镜观测性能下降。通过在微波暗室内测试平板电脑、数码相机和手机的电磁辐射强度,在台址测试望远镜至综合楼、电子实验室及观景平台之间的传播损耗,评估访客所携带平板电脑等电子设备对望远镜造成的干扰情况。分析结果显示,所选样品设备对望远镜存在不同程度的干扰。这些工作为望远镜运行后的台站电磁干扰管理提供了重要依据。

Abstract: Supernova remnant is an important source of the interstellar medium, and im#2;portant mediation to understand the mechanisms of supernova explosions, the acceleration of Galactic Cosmic-Rays, and the abundance of chemical elements in the interstellar medi#2;um. An accurate measurement of the distance to an SNR can better constrain other physical parameters of the SNR. However, reliable distance measurement of SNRs is very challenging. Up to now, in the confirmed SNRs and newly discovered SNR candidates, about one-third of them have reliable distance measurements. Generally, there are three main methods to measure SNRs’ distance: kinematic method, radio-surface-brightness-to-diameter relation and extinction-distance map. In recent years, based on the principle of extinction-distance relation, the method of measuring SNR’s distances using red clump (RC) as probe has been well developed and applied. RCs are a kind of low-mass stars in the burning stage of the helium nuclei. Their absolute luminosity and dispersion are small, so they can be easily identified. Therefore, they are often used as standard candles to measure the distance of other celestial bodies. This paper will first introduce the current progress in SNR distance measurement, then will summarize the achievement using the RCs method.

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the relationship between medical narrative ability and humanistic care quality among oncology nurses. Methods By convenience sampling method, 192 oncology nurses in Wuhan were selected as survey subjects. The general information questionnaire, Narrative Competence Scale(NCS) of medical staff and the Humanistic Care Quality Scale of nurses were conduct online. Results The average score of NCS of oncology nurses was (148.18�21.03) points. The average score of Humanistic Care Quality Scale of oncology nurses was (134.44�11.79) points. There was a significant positive correlation between medical narrative ability and humanistic care quality among oncology nurses(r=0.577). Conclusion The medical narrative ability and the quality of humanistic care of oncology nurses were above the average. The quality of humanistic care of oncology nurses was positively correlated with the level of medical narrative ability. The hospital administrators should pay attention and take actions to improve medical narrative ability, in order to improve the level of humanistic care among oncology nurses.

Abstract: Through the selection and optimization design of the wedge absorbing material, the FAST engineering comprehensive test microwave darkroom is completed.Meet the requirements of (GJB151B) and civil standard electromagnetic compatibility test, and meet the requirements of the antenna test environment in the frequency band above 500MHz.The electromagnetic environment and test conditions are provided for the electromagnetic compatibility and antenna performance test of the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST).Through effective elimination of external electromagnetic wave and various internal reflection interference, to obtain reliable and standardized test data.Thecomprehensive test microwave darkroom can meet the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility test and antenna testing of national standard and relevant international standards, and can realize the three meter method and the antenna performance test environment protection.
