    Abstract: It is known that as a training tool, ZEN has an extensive influence on human’s mental processes. In terms of divergent thinking and convergent thinking, the two important, similar but different ways of ZEN show significant differences. Meditation improves divergent thinking mainly based on cognitive flexibility and other factors such as attention strategies, the unconscious activation, the problem-solving motivation and emotion regulation; in terms of convergent thinking, by means of regulating executive function and possible cognitive restructuring, mindfulness can promote the transformation of set or functional fixedness. In terms of the mechanism, enhancing effect of ZEN on creative thinking not only benefits from the unconscious associative processing when the mind wanders, but also is adjusted by emotion effect induced by ZEN. This article sorts out the above-mentioned questions systematically, then points out the deficiencies of previous studies and prospects several future research directions.

  • 盐碱胁迫对黄瓜嫁接苗根际土壤细菌和真菌群落结构及丰度的影响

    Abstract:为了解盐碱胁迫对黄瓜嫁接苗根际土壤细菌和真菌群落结构的影响, 本研究以2种耐盐碱砧木‘华砧108’(T1)、‘神力铁木砧’(T2)和2种盐碱敏感砧木‘辉太郎’(S1)、‘京欣砧6号’(S2)为试材, 自根苗作为对照, 以混合盐(盐分摩尔比为NaHCO3∶Na2SO4∶NaCl∶Na2CO3=4∶2∶2∶0.15)浓度为100 mmol∙L1、pH 9.0的处理液处理20 d、30 d、40 d(定植30 d、40 d、50 d), 利用PCR-DGGE技术, 研究了盐碱胁迫对不同砧木嫁接的黄瓜幼苗根际土壤微生物群落结构和丰度的影响。结果表明, 耐盐碱的砧木品种T1、T2根际土壤真菌DGGE图谱条带数显著高于盐碱敏感的S2和自根苗对照CK, 并且耐盐碱的品种T2土壤细菌的Shannon-Wiener指数与均匀度指数均显著高于盐碱敏感的品种S1、S2和自根苗对照CK。耐盐碱品种T1的细菌16S rDNA基因拷贝数在定植50 d时显著高于盐碱敏感的品种及自根苗; 在定植40 d时, 耐盐碱的砧木T2真菌ITS基因拷贝数显著高于盐碱敏感的品种以及黄瓜自根苗; 定植50 d时, 耐盐碱的砧木真菌ITS基因拷贝数显著高于盐碱敏感的品种, 但与自根苗差异不显著。不同耐盐碱性砧木嫁接黄瓜幼苗根际土壤微生物群落结构组成和丰度存在差异。以上研究表明, 随着盐碱胁迫时间的增加, 耐盐碱性不同的砧木嫁接苗根际土壤微生物群落丰度与结构多样性产生了较大差异, 间接改变了土壤微生态环境, 致使土壤微生物数量和丰富度也发生改变。耐盐碱的砧木品种可能通过改善土壤微环境来加强其自身的耐盐碱特性。

  • 人际互动中的“自我-他人”区分:多水平的探索

    Abstract: The fundamental problem with interpersonal interaction is how we can understand others’ mental and emotional states while characterizing our own concurrent thoughts and feelings to navigate the complex social world efficiently. Recent studies have showed that individuals understand others mainly by simulating self-processing processes; however, such self-processing and mental simulations confuse the self with others to some extent. Therefore, the brain needs to be able to differentiate between the representation of self and others flexibly to carry out successful interpersonal interactions. This ability is known as self-other distinction (SOD). In the present study, various cognitive operations at different processing levels that require SOD, such as perception, action, cognition, and emotion, as well as the research paradigm applicable to the corresponding field, were reviewed. The study of SOD may be more conducive to comprehensively understand the interpersonal interaction process. Furthermore, it can be a useful intervention to improve social cognition, affective disorder, and people with autism. In addition to focusing on the paradigm, internal mechanism, and influencing factors, this study puts forward the prospects for further research emphasizing interventions for special populations.
