Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) is one of the most important channels to support basic research in China. Competition for funding by the NSFC has been a very important indicator to measure the basic research level of various province and scientific research institutions. [Method/process] By combing and analyzing the status quo of NSFC in medical science, it is helpful to narrow the provincial gap and improve the basic research of medical science in China. Based on the project information of NSFC and previous scholars’ research, the paper update the index of basic research competitiveness, and analyzes project number and project funding of medical science during 2006-2016. At the same time, the competitiveness of medical science basic research and its changing trend in 31 provinces of China are analyzed. [Result/conclusion] The result shows that, in recent years, China’s basic scientific research has greatly improved, but there is a large gap between the provinces.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Enterprise opportunity recognition is one of the key factors affecting enterprise production and innovation. In the process of technology opportunity identification, the fitness between enterprise and technological opportunity affects whether technological opportunity can enter the utilization stage from the cognitive stage. Analyzing the influential factors of entrepreneurial fitness will help companies achieve technical opportunity recognition. [Method/process] This paper adopted the method of literature review and focused on group interviews. It designed the survey scale and the questionnaire on the entrepreneurial fitness in technology opportunity identification. Then, by using the SPSS 21.0, it analyzed collected data. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the entrepreneurial fitness can be analyzed from two dimensions of enterprise innovation ability and enterprise knowledge sharing ability in the technology opportunity recognition process. After the principal component analysis, four first-order variables are created in the category of enterprise innovation ability and three first-order variables were created in the category of the enterprise knowledge sharing ability. In summary, the factor structure of entrepreneurial fitness in the enterprise opportunity recognition is obtained.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to promote the quality of tourism, this paper aims at building up the public sentiment early warning system from the perspective of tourists. [Method/process] We constructed the theoretical system of the tourism public sentiment pre-warning system on the basis of the customer satisfaction theory and user experience theory, the supply chain of tourism theory, the crisis warning and response theory. Then, we established the public sentiment pre-warning system. This system included tourists’ real-time information collection module, information analysis module and warning level module. At the same time, this paper selected Suzhou as a case study to insure the system’s effectiveness and practicality. [Result/conclusion] Finally, this paper proposes two suggestions. Tourism enterprises should strengthen the control of quality, and tourism management departments should clarify the security line and strengthen cooperation between different departments.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The large supply of mobile applications (APP) and the scarcity of users' attention have led to a fierce survival competition for APP. For academic apps necessary to be developed, it is of great importance to study the main influential factors of the users' willingness to adopt and to use them.[Method/process]Based on the theoretical models of classic user behaviors, such as technology acceptance model and expectation confirmation model, combined with the characteristics of academic APP, a model of academic app users' willingness to adopt was constructed. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data and perform statistical analysis and empirical research on the data to verify the applicability of the model.[Result/conclusion]Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, perceived authority, and social influence have a significant positive effect on academic app users' willingness to adopt. Academic APP developers should increase the availability of resources and improve user perception of usefulness and ease of use, strengthen APP attributes, and improve user satisfaction, strictly control the professionalism of resources and maintain users' perception of authority, and expand the social impact of academic apps.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to improve the semantic enrichment effect of scientific and technical literature, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scientific and technical literature discourse elements automatic annotation model, technologies and methods, and provides reference for text mining, knowledge extraction and semantic analysis system. [Method/process] This paper used Web Scholar and related database search engine to conduct in-depth reading and related research on references and research reports involving scientific and technical papers annotation, discourse elements, knowledge extraction, sentence recognition, automatic article classification, etc. and summarized the research the main technologies of each module in the framework. [Result/conclusion] The annotation of scientific literature discourse elements has very important practical application value. The construction of annotation model needs to take full account of construction thought, annotation field and annotation granularity as well as annotation techniques.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to improve the effect of content-based citation analysis, this paper summarizes the related research on citation object at home and abroad, and provides reference for citation content analysts.[Method/process] By investigating the related research on citation object at home and abroad, this paper reviewed the definitions of the citation object, classification systems, application fields and automatic identification, summarized the current research on the citation object and put forward the future development direction.[Result/conclusion] The citation object evaluates the contribution and utilization value of academic research from the semantic level, which adds an important dimension to the citation analysis method. The research on citation object needs to be deepened in three directions:theoretically, to strengthen the research and analysis of multi-dimensional citation object features; technically, to explore the automatic identification methods based on large-scale corpus; application, to try to provide scientific research evaluation services based on citation objects.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] It provides the inspiration and reference for domestic journals to carry out scientific data management, and puts forward journal scientific data management framework as well as reasonable development suggestions based on the domestic situation.[Method/process] This article selects 15 foreign journals that are good at scientific data management as research objects, and analyzes their characteristics in four aspects, including scientific data management related policies, scientific data submission, repository platform and open access.[Result/conclusion] The enlightenments are as follows: to formulate a complete scientific data management policy; establishing a detailed scientific data submission process; relating professional scientific data repository platform; promoting open access to scientific data actively.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In view of the problem that it's difficult for researchers to find valuable information from large amounts of scientific and technological information in the Web, this paper constructs a comprehensive calculation method for information value. It can calculate the information value of Web technology information and help researchers find Web technology information of information value quickly and accurately.[Method/process] Taking overall consideration of the external feature and textual semantic feature of the information, this paper used deep learning (pretrained language model) BERT to construct information value calculation model based on the textual semantic feature, used the predictive output of the deep learning model to complete the scoring, and combined the original calculation method of the external feature of the information to get the final information value score.[Result/conclusion] The experimental results show that the information value calculation model based on the textual semantic feature can rank the information to different levels according to their information value score, which makes up for the problem of poor star differentiation in the original calculation method only based on the external feature of the information. And the final comprehensive evaluation results show that the information value calculation model proposed in this paper can also meet the needs of researchers in the practical application.

Abstract：【目的】为解决已有方法中单词特征表示不具有语义信息这一问题, 对词嵌入表示特征在关系抽取中的作 用进行探讨。【方法】考虑词嵌入表示级别、词汇级别和语法级别三种类型特征, 利用朴素贝叶斯模型、决策树 模型和随机森林模型进行对比实验, 并选出代表全部特征的有效特征子集。【结果】使用全部特征时, 决策树算 法的准确率达到0.48, 关系抽取效果最佳, Member-Collection( E2 , E1 )类型关系的 F1 值达到0.70, 特征排序结果表 明依存关系有助于关系抽取。【局限】对小样本量和情况复杂的关系类型识别效果有待提高, 以及词向量训练及 方法的相关参数需要进一步优化。【结论】实验证明选取的三种类型特征的有效性, 词嵌入表示级别特征在实体 关系抽取问题中可以发挥重要作用。
