Abstract： Library science possesses profound cultural genes and showcases its professional value through the interactive and symbiotic development with culture. This article employs vertical analysis, comparative studies, and inductive deduction to explore the logical relationship between Chinese library science and cultural interaction, encompassing three dimensions: motivations, foundations, and directions. Additionally, it highlights the main challenges encountered during the process of symbiosis between Chinese library science and culture, including issues of unclear positioning, weakened capabilities, and incomplete systems. In light of the discipline’s imperative to cultivate cultural confidence and resilience, as well as the demands of the present reality, strategies such as reshaping disciplinary frameworks, delving deeper into the knowledge domain, enhancing core competencies, and amplifying influence ought to be pursued. These endeavors will propel and actualize the reemergence of library science’s inherent value.

Abstract： [Purposes] This study aims to achieve a multidimensional measurement and diverse categorization of the internationalization features pertaining to the research topics of international journal articles.
[Methods] Taking the field of education in China as an example, we compared the distribution of research topics in domestic and international journal articles to reveal the differences between them. Analyzing from four dimensions – research objects, leading countries, citation impact, and audience diversity – we dissected the internationalization features of research topics in international journal articles. We constructed the TPUR thematic classification framework to categorize research topics in international journal articles into different types to summarize relevant patterns.
[Findings] The publication of international articles in the field of education in China presents a dual perspective of China focusing on international issues and the international community focusing on China. There are differences in the focal points and impact of articles led by China and other countries. In comparison, theoretical research topics dedicated to addressing international common issues and practical research topics focusing on China’s local issues exhibit more distinct internationalization features.
[Conclusions] Researchers need to appropriately grasp topics of interest in international academia and choose suitable channels for publication. Research management departments should establish a rational evaluation framework to guide scholars in selecting appropriate publication channels.

Abstract： Purposes To explore the influencing factors and driving mechanisms of communication effect of WeChat official accounts of scientific popularization journals, which is expected to provide suggestions for improving operational strategies and enhancing communicative power.
Methods Taking the latest edition of China's excellent scientific popularization journals (2020) as an example, we analyzed the factors influencing communication effect of WeChat official accounts using ordered logit regression model from four aspects: environment, techniques, content, and interaction. Furthermore, the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method was employed to explore the driving mechanisms that lead to favorable communication effect.
Findings The communication effect of WeChat official accounts of scientific popularization journals is influenced by multiple factors. Among them, content and interaction are the core aspects, while environment and techniques play marginal roles. Three driving mechanisms, namely environmental priority, strategy-oriented, and comprehensive driving, contribute to the achievement of favorable communication effect.
Conclusions To enhance the communication effect of WeChat official accounts of scientific popularization journals, it is suggested to give full play to environmental advantages and optimize platform construction; establish marketing concept and improve push strategy; adhere to knowledge leading and innovative content output; build user links and enhance interaction.

Abstract：对于新媒体的兴起,"创新扩散"与"使用-满足"是被采用最多的解释理论。不过,这些理论在面对今天的新媒体发展时也有其局限性。在创新扩散理论的基础上,本文提出新媒体扩散的共振模型,以新媒体自身运行规律、所处的社会文化环境、技术条件所形成的共振效应解释新媒体发展中的现象。在此模型基础上,尝试分析了这种共振的影响因子及其作用方式。

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Exploring the influence factors of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) and user purchase behavior after the epidemic, so as to better attract users in the post-epidemic era, which is crucial for promoting the economic recovery of the online short-term rental industry. [Method/Process] This research obtained public data in Beijing area on Airbnb, and constructed a measurement index of eWOM based on BERT. Then based on the ELM, a model of influencing factors of online short-term rental users’ purchase behavior was constructed with 4 listing attributes and 6 landlord attributes. Finally, the empirical research was carried out. [Result/Conclusion] Using the average sentiment score of reviews calculated by the BERT model to measure online short-term rental eWOM provided ideas for confirming its substitute variables. Apart from the impact pathway of describing the surrounding environment of the listing, eWOM plays an intermediary role when other attributes of the listing and the landlord influencing user purchasing behavior. However, contrary to the research hypothesis, the number of listings held by the landlord will negatively and significantly affect the eWOM and sales of the listing, which may be due to the lower involvement of the landlord in a single listing. And the farther the listing is from the city center, the better the eWOM is, which is associated with the post-epidemic peripheral travel. Finally, based on the results of this study, we proposed relevant operational suggestions for landlords and platforms. In the post-epidemic era, listing descriptions should focus more on epidemic prevention measures, check-out policies and indoor activities, as well as avoiding redundancy with the description of the surrounding environment. At the same time, the peripheral travel boom can be seized to turn the challenges of the epidemic into development opportunities and enhance the competitive strength and business volume of online short term rental listings.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] To analyze the current status and trends of research in the field of micro-expression recognition at home and abroad, and to provide a reference for the research on microexpression information representation of users in the field of library and intelligence. [Method/Process] The bibliometric-based research method revealed the research dynamics in the field of micro-expression recognition in the last decade, and analyzed the convergence trends, technical basis and difficult challenges of micro-expression recognition and information representation. [Result/Conclusion] Micro-expression datasets and micro-expression recognition technologies are current research hotspots; technical approaches, security ethics and database volume are major challenges for today’s development; information transmission and information feedback are emerging research areas that can be developed in libraries and intelligence in the future, and areas such as meta-universe, privacy issues and technology-driven are future trends in the application of micro-expression recognition technologies.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] The purpose is to explore the predetermined behavior of resource demanders based on the information generated from the perspective of multi-layer trust on the shared service platform, so as to facilitate the recovery and sustainable development of the sharing economy in the postpandemic era.[Method/Process] Combined with the trust information of the supply and demand sides on the platform, between the supply and demand sides and the demand side on the shared products, based on the “3P+3I” theory from the perspective of multi-layer trust, a research model of consumer purchasing behavior of the shared service platform is constructed. Taking the shared short-term rental platform as an example, this paper obtained the public data of Airbnb in Beijing area, used Bert algorithm to construct the reputation index of housing products, and preliminary speculated the internal mechanism of user reservation behavior based on causal discovery algorithm in causal inference, and used Poisson regression to conduct empirical analysis.[Result/Conclusion] The trust variables of both parties to the platform, between the two parties and the demander to the shared product had a significant positive promoting effect on housing sales. The trust characteristics generate by hosts had the largest positive effect on tenants’ booking behavior. It is suggested that hosts should make great efforts to establish the reputation of hosts and disclose more information appropriately. In order to obtain the badge of “super host”, they can give priority to not providing “direct booking” service so as to screen out users who may have malicious comments. It is suggested that platforms strictly check the personal qualifications of users. More attention should be paid to improve the identity information authentication mechanism and comment incentive system for users, so as to reduce the uncertainty in users’ decision-making.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Digital humanities research is a prominent research hotspot in the current academic circle. This study systematically reviewed the frontier research on oracle bone inscription recognition from the perspective of digital humanities, which provided reference for follow-up research, promoting the effective development of digital humanities research and the recognition and utilization of characters in ancient books. [Method/Process] The literature was retrieved from multiple academic platforms such as WOS and CNKI using the method of bibliometric analysis, and a total of 103 English literature and 52 Chinese literature were screened for review. [Result/Conclusion] Interpreting the research status of oracle bone inscription recognition from three levels: traditional recognition technology, machine learning and deep learning, which analyzed the research development process, and discussed the future development trend. This paper mainly conducted a systematic review of oracle bone inscription recognition research from the perspective of digital humanities, which analyzed existing research technologies and research directions, but did not elaborate on the recognition algorithm mechanism in depth. Oracle recognition technology has gradually changed from traditional feature extraction to deep learning-based recognition technology. Although the recognition accuracy has been improved, there are still shortcomings such as serious overfitting and low recognition efficiency. Meanwhile, the construction of oracle knowledge base and knowledge graph, and the establishment of domain knowledge have good development potential in this field.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] At present, the popularity of “involution” has become a cultural phenomenon, and the social reality it reflects deserves attention. Clarify the concept and characteristics of “involution” and measure it from a quantitative perspective, which helps to quickly seek the formation mechanism of “involution” and the path to solve it. [Method/Process] At first, the study explained the evolution of the concept of “involution”. Secondly, the evaluation index of “involution” is constructed in relation to the competition scenario of university students. Finally, we analyzed the experimental results, and gave corresponding suggestions from the three dimensions of individual and group. [Result/Conclusion] As the randomness in the network topology decreases, the degree of competition for the “involution” of the system increases. The cooperative strategy can improve the total output of the system, while the total system input of the competitive strategy is high, but the total output of the system is low. On the whole, the value evaluation under the global mode is outstanding in the characteristics of high investment, low return and diminishing marginal utility, and the “involution” is serious.

Abstract： Building an emergency public event archive information service platform has a very important position in the construction of emergency decision-making capability system in China. This article uses literature research and system planning methods to analyze the construction requirements and current situation of the emergency public event archives information service platform. On this basis, from the three aspects of system function analysis, system architecture design, and system construction promotion mechanism, the idea of constructing a public emergency archive information service platform is proposed, in order to explore a feasible path for the construction of archive information service platform, give full play to the value of archives serving national emergency management, improve decision-making efficiency, and promote cross-departmental utilization and cross-regional sharing of archive information resources for public emergencies.

Abstract： [Objective] This study focuses on the differences of needs of users with different research roles and from a variety of disciplines for digital scholarship services (DSS).
[Methods] This study built a university library DSS framework covering all stages of research lifecycle based on the literature analysis. By using the framework, this study designed a questionnaire and applied KANO method to compare the differences of needs for DSS of users with different research roles and discipline backgrounds.
[Results] Users of different research roles and discipline backgrounds have significant different needs for DSS in different stages of research lifecycle. The attractive and one-dimensional needs gather in research process and publication stages. Most of the services for research ideas stage belong to must-be needs. No reverse needs exist in DSS.
[Limitations] This study has limitations in the number of research samples. It also focuses only on the research roles and discipline backgrounds of users, but did not consider other demographic characteristics.
[Conclusions] In future, university libraries can focus more on users' attractive and one-dimensional needs,providing personalized DSS and cover more stages of research lifecycle.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance Trust is a key factor in maintaining collaboration and will result in knowledge transfer between scientists. It enables knowledge transfer from individual ownership to multi-person sharing and further promotes scientific development. The study of trust mechanism-oriented knowledge transfer can help the maintenance of trust relationship among scientific collaborators and promote knowledge transfer, thus facilitating the further development of science. Methods/Process In this paper, we first quantified the trust of scientific collaborators using the American Physical Society dataset (APS) and analyzed the trust distribution pattern among collaborators. Then, the knowledge transfer between research collaborators is classified into implicit and explicit, and the paths of knowledge transfer in the collaborative network are sorted out. Finally, regression analysis is used to verify the effect of trust among collaborators on the amount of knowledge transfer. Results/Conclusions The basic trust and knowledge transfer between scientific collaborators had a clear pattern of temporal resonance. Collaborative teams that generated implicit transfer had lower trust. Explicit transfer was more correlated with the trust, but implicit transfer was more dependent on. By clarifying the influence of trust mechanisms on knowledge transfer in scientific research collaboration, this study extends the study of trusting emotions to trusting behaviors. By quantifying the trust between scientific collaborators, the limitations of measuring static trust in a cross-section of collaboration are reduced.

Abstract： Purposes Constructing a four-dimensional evaluation framework for academic journals from a discourse perspective to promote innovation in the theory and practice of discourse and journal evaluation. Methods This paper uses literature research, comparative analysis and other methods to sort out the current situation of journal evaluation at home and abroad, defines the concept of discourse and academic discourse, discusses the formation mechanism of academic discourse, and proposes a four-dimensional evaluation framework for academic journals and strategies to improve the discourse of academic journals on this basis. Findings Academic journal discourse is made up of six discourse-forming elements: subject, content, object, object, carrier, and feedback. The evaluation dimensions can be developed from four dimensions: guidance, originality, influence, and dissemination, and the evaluation methods can be innovated from four aspects: data acquisition, data analysis, model construction, and model application. Conclusions Multi-dimensional, multi-factor, multi-indicator and multi-method fusion evaluation of academic journal discourse is an inevitable choice in the big data environment. To enhance the discourse of academic journals, it is necessary to establish academic status, tap into hot areas, build a diversified and three-dimensional communication pattern, keep up with global challenges and changes in demand, and build an academic discourse system with Chinese characteristics.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance Combining scientific research team with algorithmic innovation and exploring its influence on algorithmic innovation from the perspective of scientific research team traits can help improve the academic capacity of scientific research team, which in turn can promote algorithmic innovation and scientific innovation. Method/Process Three research team measures, namely, research team size, number of research team institutions, and research team institution type, and two algorithm innovation evaluation indexes, namely, algorithm performance and academic output, are established. Taking 543 scientific research teams under the image classification task in the field of machine learning as an example, non-parametric tests and multiple linear regression models were used to explore the effect of scientific research team traits on algorithm innovation, and suggestions to enhance the scientific research performance of scientific research teams and promote algorithm reinvention were proposed based on the empirical results. Result/Conclusion All of the research team characteristics measures have an effect on algorithm innovation, mainly: the type of research team institution has a significant effect on algorithm innovation, the hybrid research team has the best performance in algorithm model accuracy, and the enterprise research team has the best performance in algorithm paper citations; the research team size has a positive effect on algorithm performance and academic output; the research team The number of institutions has a positive effect on the academic output and a negative effect on the algorithm performance.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance Comprehending the development process of scientific knowledge contributes to the scientific research.. For knowledge evaluation and service, it is crucial to trace the structure and progress of knowledge in subdivided fields from a micro perspective. Method/Process This article took the knowledge unit in medical informatics as an example. This paper used the semantic type of triples to define the treatment-related subdivision fields, constructed the knowledge unit citation networks of 125 diseases at different intervals, and identified the knowledge communities with the Leiden algorithm. From the dimensions of knowledge evolution and knowledge competition state, we aim to reveal the evolutionary characteristics of disease individuals. The indexes of Richness, Balance, and Difference are calculated to reveal the diversity characteristics of disease individuals as well as the overall disease population. Result/conclusion The research demonstrates that the knowledge communities can reflect the knowledge structure and evolution state of disease individuals. The overall diversity characteristics of diseases include: the commonality of indicators indicates that the number of all disease knowledge communities is increasing, and the differences in scale and composition between communities are expanding. Different diseases show conventional, early-controversial, and generalized evolutionary patterns, with the earlier diseases being less balanced and more different.

Abstract： 目的/意义 基于模糊集定性比较分析（Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis，fsQCA），探讨不同维度的影响因素对人文学者数字学术资源采纳意愿的影响及组态路径，为进一步提高人文学者的数字学术能力和数字资源利用效率，提升人文领域的数字学术资源服务水平提供理论和实证依据。 方法/过程 借鉴信息采纳模型、整合技术接受模型和信息系统成功模型，从信息、用户和平台三个角度构建人文学者数字学术资源采纳影响因素理论模型，以我国高校的硕博生和教研人员为研究对象进行问卷调查，运用fsQCA软件对282份问卷数据进行分析，探寻各因素间相互影响的组态路径。 结果/结论 分析结果显示，人文学者数字学术资源采纳是多因素协同作用的结果，存在5条组态路径，且能进一步归纳为3种采纳模式，包括主观需求驱动下的信息易获取型外界影响驱动下的信息高质型与全面考量的综合采纳型，分析了不同变量对数字学术资源采纳结果的影响，并从信息维、用户维和平台维提出对应改进策略。

Abstract： Purpose/Significance The first level discipline of library, information and archives management was renamed as “information resource management”, which provides a new space for expanding the connotation of the discipline and reshaping the discipline system. Method/Process Based on literature research and national strategic guidance, the topic of “serving self-reliance in science and technology is an important direction for the development of information resource management discipline” was proposed, and the evolution and development of the discipline’s goal of serving self-reliance in science and technology were observed from three dimensions of history, reality and future. Result/Conclusion Facing the self-reliance in science and technology, the discipline of information resource management in China has some practical problems, such as vague target orientation, the prominent contradiction between supply and demand, and weak core competence. To strengthen the discipline’s effectiveness and better promote the innovation and development of the industry, the following suggestions are made: Facing the real situation, strengthening the discipline system construction; Insisting on absorbing and using for reference, and building an independent knowledge system; Promoting integration and attaching importance to interdisciplinary collaboration; Improving the talent echelon and stimulating the momentum of the discipline development.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance This paper attempts to address the four questions of establishing an independent knowledge system for information resources management discipline, e.g., "why is it necessary", "what is the basis", "what challenges are faced" and "how to promote it", so as to provide a reference for its construction. Method/Process Based on the development status and mission of the discipline, combined with the times, the demand for building an independent knowledge system was extracted from the international, domestic and disciplinary levels, the foundation and constraints of its construction were analyzed, and its construction strategies were put forward. Result/Conclusion To establish an independent knowledge system in the field of information resources management, it is important to understand its key features and follow the three principles. Specifically, there are six paths, such as accelerating the breaking of apprenticeship mindset, strengthening consensus on discipline development and emphasizing the excavation of historical essence.

Abstract： In the digital transformation society, library is a transformative force for advancing cultural confidence and self-improvement, and the overall layout of digital China and the national cultural digitization strategy provide policy guidelines for the library to create a new situation of high-quality development. This article uses the method of literature research, practical research, and content analysis to sort out the current situation and requirements for high-quality development of library in the era of digital transformation, analyze the international policy orientation of the library digital strategy, and propose a development path for China. Abstract： Purpose/Significance Analyzing the orientation and characteristics of international research data policy can provide an important basis for improving research data policy guarantee system and optimizing research data management and sharing work in China. Method/Process This article summarized the two orientations of international research data policy which named as "Integrated DLC-SH" and "Machine Actionable" by using the methods of case analysis and literature research, and analyzed and verified the similarities and differences between the two orientations by using the method of model sample. Result/Conclusion It is found that the orientation of "Integrated DLC-SH" adheres to the overall view of research data management and sharing, follows the basic framework of "organization management - business process", and aims to build a global collaborative data governance general plan. The orientation of "Machine Actionable" provides some guiding principles of sequential progression, and attaches importance to the auxiliary role of the data infrastructure, which is in order to realize the global layout of "Internet of Data". The two orientations are different in theoretical basis, core components and service objects, but there are basically the same in basic environment, implementation approaches and final goals, and the integration of the two orientations has become the mainstream trend at this stage. The useful enlightenment to China is drawn up, including: strengthening the guiding function of policy and integrating into the international working system, reshaping the working mechanism and process and improving the data governance pattern, and "combining humanities with technology" to build a "man-machine cooperation" ecology.
