Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper attempts to explore factors influencing social network fatigue, and consider differences of gender, age, group (work group vs. student group) and usage time, so as to provide suggestions to change this phenomenon. [Method/process] A total of 416 social networking site users participated in an online questionnaire survey and further analyzed using SEM and T-test. [Result/conclusion] The results show that, information overload, social overload and system overload significantly affect social network fatigue, where information overload has the greatest effect, followed by system overload and social overload. In addition, age and group (work group vs. student group) have significant differences in the impacts of information overload and system overload on fatigue; gender has significant differences in the impacts of social overload and system overload on fatigue; and usage time has significant differences in the impacts of social overload and system overload on fatigue.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This study aims to explore the methods on extracting and visualizing users’ emotions from unstructured user-generated content, analyze user-generated content from a perceptual level, and discuss the related application prospects. [Method/process] The research took book reviews of Douban as analysis object. Emotional dictionary in Chinese domain and LDA latent topic model were used to refine the fine-grained emotional elements. And further, visualization techniques helped to analyze the emotional elements reflected in the review content. [Result/conclusion] The study found that both latent topic model and emotion dictionary can effectively extract the user emotion elements in the content of the review, even though some difference still exists, such as the emotional topic model can provide more exquisite results. By fine-tuning the application scenario, the methods used in this study can be applied to various forms of perceived utility mining tasks about reviews, like experience-based products recommendation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Open government data is conducive to the rational development and utilization of data resources. It can encourage social innovation and promote economic development. Besides, in order to ensure effective utilization and social increment of open government data, high-quality metadata schemes is necessary. [Method/process] Firstly, this paper analyzed the related research of open government data at home and abroad. Then, it investigated the open metadata schemes of some Chinese main local governments’ data platforms, and made a comparison with the metadata standard of American open government data. [Result/conclusion] This paper reveals that there are some disadvantages about Chinese local government open data affect the use effect of open data, which including that different governments use different data metadata schemes, the description of data set is too simple for further utilization and usually presented in HTML Web page format with lower machine-readable. Therefore, our government should come up with a standardized metadata schemes by drawing on the international mature and effective metadata standard, to ensure the social needs of high quality and high value data.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This research attempts to investigate the impact of personality traits on the adoption and time spending of mobile photography apps, mobile game apps, mobile shopping apps and mobile video apps. [Method/process] 520 valid samples were collected by questionnaires and further analyzed by using the variance analysis and correlation analysis. [Result/conclusion] The result shows that agreeableness is positively associated with the adoption of mobile photography apps; conscientiousness is negatively associated with the adoption of mobile game apps; extraversion is positively associated with the adoption of mobile shopping apps, mobile video apps and mobile photography apps; neuroticism has negative association with mobile shopping apps, mobile video apps; agreeableness has positive association with time spending on mobile video apps; conscientiousness has negative association with time spending on mobile game apps; extraversion is positively associated with time spending on mobile video apps, mobile photography apps; neuroticism has negative association with time spending on mobile video apps.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to discover the factors affecting user behavior in the derivative situation of e-commerce, social commerce, and explore the sustainable development and related marketing advice of it. [Method/process] This paper put forward a theoretical model of factors affecting user behavior in social commerce by integrating emotional state impact into the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework. 277 valid samples were collected by questionnaires and PLS. [Result/conclusion] The results show that information quality and tie strength significantly affect user emotional states, while emotional states positively affect user behavior. In addition, graphic features of business information have indirect effects on user emotional states, while it has direct effect on purchase intention.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Considering the inconsistency among the existing empirical findings of influencing factors of knowledge sharing intensions and behavior in online community, the related empirical researched are reviewed and re-analyized.[Method/process] After collecting the related empirical researches, this meta-analysis method is used to identify the determinants of individuals knowledge sharing intentions and behaviors in online communities. Moreover, by means of heterogeneity test and group analysis, this paper also explores the moderating factors affecting the effectiveness of different factors on knowledge sharing behavior, which caused the inconsistency among them.[Result/conclusion] This study concluded that 10 and 14 variables identified in this paper positively contribute to knowledge sharing intentions and behavior, respectively. Among all these antecedents, altruism and attitude toward knowledge sharing are the two strongest factors influencing on the knowledge sharing intention. And outcome expectation, common language, subjective norm and identify have the strongest relationship with knowledge sharing behavior. It was indicated as well that community types and research contexts are identified as two moderators of knowledge sharing intention or behavior and its factors, which can partially explain the inconsistentcy problem. By combing and identifying the antecedents and their moderating factors of knowledge sharing intentions and behavior, this meta-analysis study can be a guidance for online community managers and provide a better theoretical basis for follow up researches in this field.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Employing the uses and gratifications framework and using a mixed method, this study conducted a systematic review on user behavior of social networking service (SNS), aiming to provide a reference for related research in China. [Method/process] Following two-stage review methods by Webster and Watson, this study got 54 empirical studies. Furthermore, this study analyzed these articles and mainly focused on research topics, theoretical background, dependent and independent variables as well as the findings. [Result/conclusion] Results show that, researchers integrate multiple theories to develop research models to reveal SNS user behavior; in addition, factors related to cognitive needs, personal integrative needs and social integrative needs are the most explored to explain various SNS user behavior; moreover, factors related to affective needs and tension-release needs has attracted increasingly attention. Future studies could focus on the following research areas:the effects of different gratifications on SNS user behavior, SNS user behavior of different user types, and user behavior of SNS addiction.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Fine-grained information aggregation has become the focus in the field of knowledge organization. This paper aims at exploring the construction of fine-grained aggregation ontology for academic documents in the Internet environment.[Method/process] This study clarified the types, granularity characteristics and definitions of the concepts of the fine-grained aggregation ontology. Then, with the corpus of "citation analysis" documents in the field of library and information science in the Internet environment, the ontology was built through the concepts, attributes and relationships. At last, the ontology was evaluated and discussed.[Result/conclusion] This paper is among the first to propose the idea of the fine-grained aggregated ontology construction by using the concept of aggregation unit. This paper can inform the construction of knowledge organization systems for fine-grained organization, retrieval and navigation based on aggregation unit.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Interdisciplinary research has become an important paradigm and inevitable trend of modern scientific innovation research. Exploring the development pattern and path of interdisciplinary fields is of great significance for understanding the dynamic process of interdisciplinarity formation and development.[Method/process] Taking the field of Eye Tracking (ET) as an example, the citation relationship of the literature was extracted and the subject was marked, and the citation networks of the literature and the subject level were constructed. To perform an analysis on the interdisciplinary development pattern of major disciplines in the ET field from a macro level, the cross-same field reference ratio, cross-same field citation ratio and Price's Index were calculated. Then this study examined the relationship between disciplines within and between different stages, and explored the relationship structure and role evolution of interdisciplinary development in different stages. Finally, to reveal the specific development path of ET development from the micro level, betweenness centrality analysis was performed to identify important documents that connect different disciplines. Moreover, this study examined the citation relations between important documents, highly cited documents, and references.[Result/conclusion] The development of ET field has three stages:incubation period, development period and maturity stage, and presents three types of subject development pattern:independent, interdisciplinary and learning discipline. The citation relationships between different disciplines are more dense and evenly distributed over time. Neuroscience, psychology and clinical medicine are important knowledge exporter during the interdisciplinary evolution. The vertical development of ET field is the basic theoretical innovation of independent disciplines, and the horizontal development is characterized by the deep integration of four types of disciplines, and the development path is presented as "independent-linear-mesh" pattern.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The improvement of public cultural service efficiency is an important part of the construction of public cultural service system. Constructing the evaluation system of public cultural service quality from the perspective of user perception is a supplement to the existing theoretical research on service efficiency.[Method/process] Based on the principles of equalization, adaptability and the nature and characteristics of public cultural services, this study constructs a user evaluation model for the quality of public cultural services, and uses confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis to test the reliability and structural validity of the scale.[Result/conclusion] It is found that the user's evaluation of public cultural service quality consists of four dimensions:tangibility, transparency, relations and suitability, and the user's perception level of these four dimensions have a significant positive impact on their satisfaction level. The model has good reliability, validity and goodness of fit. It can provide reference for follow-up research and specific practice.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Analyzing the typical cases and conclusions of OCLC' series reports of the Realities of Research Data Management will provide a reference for the practical development of research data management in China. [Method/process] By case study, network survey and literature review, the paper summarized the main contents and key conclusions of series reports, and analyses the internal relationship of four sub-reports. Furthermore, it summarized the characteristics of the report including the overall view of research data management, the rigor of the research process and the guiding significance of the research conclusions. [Result/conclusion] Four enlightenments are proposed:university research data management service should be suitable for its own development; carrying out various forms of data literacy education activities; strengthening data management service capacity by cooperation; giving full play to the role of academic library.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The smart library is a new type of library driven by technologies. At present, the theoretical research on smart library has entered a deep stage. Therefore, it is necessary to make a timely summary of the past research on smart library and think about the future research direction.[Method/process] This paper summarizes the subjects about smart library in the past five years, including the basic problems of smart library, its technology application and practice, smart service and smart librarians.[Result/conclusion] This study holds that smart library is supported by by big data technology, artificial intelligent technology and other technologies. The key points of smart library construction should start with three elements of librarians, resources and readers,and establish a multi-dimensional interactive mode of library collection, librarians and readers in order to provide smart services for readers. In the future, the smart library needs firmly grasp the needs of readers accurately,attach importance to readers' experience and build into the reader-centered library.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] As Altmetrics celebrates its 10th anniversary, this paper hopes to conduct a review of its early development and aims to help move it in the right direction. [Method/process] In this paper, quantitative research was conducted by bibliometrics to show the overall situation of Altmetrics. Revealed its connotation from the aspects of terms change and definition; Three theoretical hypotheses were proposed to find the theoretical support for the existence of Altmetrics; Divided different stages to define its development degree; The relationship between Altmetrics and other disciplines was analyzed to clarify its subject attributes and values. [Result/conclusion] This research shows that, Altmetrics provides a new way of thinking and methodology for metrology. The open science hypothesis, digital academic hypothesis and academic inheritance hypothesis are in line with the new characteristics of the development of Altmetrics in the new environment, which effectively supports the existence and development of Altmetrics. Altmetrics is developing rapidly, but it is still in its early stage of development, and there are differences in the development degree between home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the relationship between Altmetrics and closely related disciplines, it is believed that it is necessary to promote the in-depth development of Altmetrics' own discipline and strengthen interdisciplinary cooperative research.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims at the current situation of classic reading of college students, reveals the reading preference and reading behavior of the student of library and information science, and provides reference for the teaching of classic reading in universities.[Method/process] The paper used the questionnaire survey method, surveyed the students of the critical reading and writing course in School of Information Management,Sun Yat-sen University on the basis of classic reading, reading preferences, reading behavior and habits, and their recognition of the classics of library and information science, then combined the students' work to carry on the analysis.[Result/conclusion] Students of library and information science prefer reading on paper, but they are addicted to digital reading in reality, they like to make marks in the reading process, and are afraid of reading behavior at deeper level such as translation and writing.They have a low regard for the classic works of library and information science. The teaching methods of strengthening university students'classic reading include compulsory reading, step reading and writing.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on the double life cycle theory, this paper investigates the status quo of data literacy of postgraduates in scientific research activities in China, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the data literacy of postgraduates in scientific research activities according to the results of investigation and analysis. [Method/process] By combing the concepts and connotations of data literacy at home and abroad, this paper constructed a preliminary evaluation system of data literacy. On this basis, according to the embedding relationship between data life cycle and scientific research life cycle, a data literacy evaluation system for postgraduates based on double life cycle was further constructed. Questionnaires were compiled by referring to the target skills of the system. Questionnaires were distributed to postgraduates of different universities, majors and grades in China, and the results were analyzed. [Result/conclusion] The survey finds that graduate students in China have good data ethics and legal awareness, but data capabilities are generally weak, and deep-level data awareness needs to be improved. In addition, the data literacy of different disciplines and grades has certain differences.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper discusses the status quo of China's information ecosystem research, points out the problems and puts forward suggestions for further research in this field, which will provide ideas for the further development of information ecosystem research in China.[Method/process] By using the methods of bibliometrics and content analysis, the authors analyzed the literature output of domestic information ecosystem research, and summarized its research content and characteristics.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the research of information ecosystem in China has experienced three stages of development so far. At present, outstanding progress has been made in the study of basic issues, the evaluation, the balance (imbalance), and the construction and optimization of information ecosystem. However, there are also some deficiencies in the diversity of research perspectives and methods, as well as the breadth and depth of research contents.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper comprehensively uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and compare the innovative features and expression paradigms of Chinese and foreign information science papers in recent years, thus revealing the innovative characteristics of papers in the field of information science, discovering the knowledge relationship within the innovative sentences, and conducting a more fine-grained analysis of the innovation of the papers, which provides conditions for the discovery and utilization of innovations in the research field, and at the same time, enriches the ways of innovation monitoring of research papers and promotes scientific research innovation.[Method/process] Starting from the sentence-level innovative identification, two kinds of information science journals in Chinese and English are selected as samples, and the methods of NLP and machine learning are used to the process of information extraction and classification. This paper extended the extraction of innovative sentences from the existing abstract to the full text, moreover made full use of sentence structure and syntactic features to identify innovative content in the field, and explored the characteristics of Chinese and foreign information science papers in terms of innovation objects, themes, categories, etc., meanwhile made a comparative analysis. Finally, through qualitative analysis of the automatic classification of document collections, the paper summarized the expression paradigms of the innovation of Chinese and foreign papers.[Result/conclusion] From the expression of innovation points, the distribution of innovative sentences in Chinese and foreign information science papers is basically the same. The expression of innovation in foreign papers is richer. In terms of the characteristics of innovation, the innovation topics of foreign information science journals are concentrated, while the Chinese ones are diversified and scattered. The innovation of specific methods is a hot spot in the field of information science in recent years. The innovation characteristics of both Chinese and foreign information science journal papers reflect the results of applied research and empirical research are richer, while the trend of theoretical innovation is slow.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The rapid development of AI, big data etc. makes an increasingly fierce confrontation between business development and privacy protection. This paper finds the differences in privacy concern and sentimental characteristics of users in different situations through the comparative analysis of sentiment and topic of Weibo comments on different types of online privacy controversial events.[Method/process] Firstly, Weibo comments related to privacy controversial events from 2012 to 2019 were collected and preprocessed as experimental data. Secondly, the sentiment value of each comment was calculated based on the sentiment dictionary. Then, the privacy controversial events were classified into privacy collection categories, privacy exposure categories and privacy agreement categories. The sentimental analysis was conducted under different situations. Finally, a bipartite network of "discussed object-emotional expression" was constructed, and a single vertex network was constructed by the bipartite network projection, and the analysis of both were carried out by combining the indexes such as node centrality.[Result/conclusion] The result shows that users' overall privacy concern shows an upward trend; users of different types of privacy controversial events have different levels of negative sentimental intensity; the hotspots of users' concern vary widely across privacy controversial events, and emotional expression have different characteristics. These findings indicate that there are significant differences in user privacy concern and sentimental performance in different situations.

Abstract：【目的】通过网络用户评论, 为评论网站构建有效的评分预测机制。【方法】提出基于网络用户评论的评 分预测模型, 该模型包括 4 个模块: 网络用户评论获取模块、预测变量获取模块、预测分析模块以及预测结果评 价模块。抓取 30 部不同类型的电影评论数据, 27 部用于构建模型, 3 部用于检验模型。【结果】使用逐步回归方 法筛选出变量: 参与评分人数、参与评论人数、想要观看人数和电影正向评论情感均值, 构建评分预测模型。使 用 3 部电影验证, 预测评分与 IMDb 评分相差最大值为 0.0644, 最小值为 0.0227。【局限】在数据样本量、情感 特征提取精度、模型普适性验证等方面有待进一步提升。【结论】该模型能够依据用户评论对评分进行有效预测, 在网络水军探测方面也能发挥一定的作用。

Abstract：【目的】提出一种基于情感分析技术自动识别特定领域谣言的方法。【方法】界定高、低质量信息源, 在 假设高质量信息源信息更可靠的情况下, 通过基于情感词典的情感分析方法, 量化高质量信息源与低质量信息 源对特定对象的情感差异, 判定低质量信息源提供的信息是否属于谣言。【结果】将该方法应用于“食品养生”、 “医学健康”两个领域进行谣言识别。在 30 个疑似谣言案例中准确识别出 23 个谣言案例, 准确率为 76.67%。 本文提出的谣言识别方法在谣言预测方面的 F 值为 83.34%, 查全率为 71.42%, 查准率为 100%; 在非谣言文本预测 上的 F 值为 72.73%, 查全率为 100%, 查准率为 57.14%。【局限】未实现不同信息源数据自动抽取, 每个谣言案例 下的人工收集的谣言数量有限。【结论】本文基于情感分析的谣言识别方法对特定类型的谣言是有效的。
