  • Curative effect of auricular copper scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing on insomnia after Methylprednisolone pulse therapy for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the curative effect of auricular copper scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing on insomnia after Methylprednisolone pulse therapy for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy. Methods Totally 82 patients diagnosed with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy who needed hormone pulse therapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to numerical method, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given methylprednisolone pulse therapy. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given auricular copper acupuncture scraping and auricular acupoint pressing treatment on the basis of the control group. The sleep condition, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) of the two groups were compared. Results Two patients dropped out of the study. The effective rate of sleep improvement in observation group was 87.18%(34/39), which was significantly higher than 41.46%(17/41) in control group (P < 0.05). The PSQI of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The score of SAS scale in the control group was (54.95±2.30), and was (51.16±4.35) in the observation group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular copper scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy is potentially effective to improve the sleep quality, prevent the occurrence of complications, and promote the recovery of patients with insomnia after Methylprednisolone pulse therapy for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.

  • 橡胶树茉莉酸信号途径相关基因表达与橡胶产量的相关性

    Abstract:割胶促进橡胶树合成天然橡胶与激活乳管细胞的茉莉酸信号途径密切相关。茉莉酸信号途径关键环节的基因表达水平与干胶产量的相关性尚不清楚。本文采用qPCR技术,分析了割胶条件下茉莉酸信号途径关键环节的9个相关基因在5个橡胶树魏克汉种质和5个1981'IRRDB种质乳管细胞中的表达。结果表明,绝大多数魏克汉种质的株次干胶量显著高于1981'IRRDB种质。在9个基因中,除了HbMYC4和HbMYCS,其余7个基因在绝大多数橡胶树魏克汉种质中的表达量均显著高于1981'IRRDB种质,尤其是HbMYC3基因表达的差异性好,与干胶产量相关性高,有望作为橡胶树产量育种的一个的分子标记。

  • 细菌细胞壁生长调控机制研究进展

    Abstract:在细菌生长过程中,细胞壁起到维持细胞形状和完整性,抵抗内部膨胀压的作用。细胞壁的合成、分裂、再生、循环再利用等与细菌自身生长繁殖和应对环境压力息息相关。目前,细胞壁生长机理,细菌如何调控细胞壁生长及如何与其他细胞过程相协调的机制尚未研究清楚。细胞壁调控机制的解析对了解细菌细胞壁功能、确定药物的作用方式和发展新一代的治疗方法至关重要。本文对细菌调控细胞壁生长机制的国外研究进展进行了概述,重点阐述了支架蛋白、转录因子、非编码小RNA及蛋白相互作用调控细胞壁的合成、细胞分裂、压力响应的机制,总结了细胞壁调控机制在抗菌药物研发中的应用,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

    Abstract: The certificateless signcryption scheme effectively solved the key escrow problem in identity based signcryption scheme while kept its certificate-free property. Aiming at the low computation efficiency and poor security of the existing certificateless signcryption scheme, this paper proposed a new certificateless signcryption scheme without pairings based on a sort of secure signature scheme. The scheme used binding the hash functions with identities of users and the method of combing the public and private key to generate a new key. The scheme was confidential and unforgeable based on the hard problem of discrete爈ogarithm on the elliptic curve under the random oracle model. Compared爓ith爀xisting爏chemes, the proposed爉ethod爄mproves爐he爀fficiency without爑sing燽ilinear爌airing燼nd爀xponential爋peration爑nder爐he爏ecure爏ituation.

  • 壳聚糖对14~70日龄扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、脏器指数及血清生化指标的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平壳聚糖对14~70日龄扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、脏器指数及血清生化指标的影响,以确定鹅饲粮中壳聚糖适宜添加水平。选取360只14日龄健康、体重相近的扬州鹅公鹅,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鹅。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖的试验饲粮。试验期56 d。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)饲粮添加500 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高了42、56和70日龄鹅体重及14~70日龄平均日采食量、平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了14~70日龄料重比(P<0.05)。2)饲粮添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著降低了鹅腹脂率(P<0.05)。3)饲粮添加500 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高了鹅心脏指数、肝脏指数、脾脏指数、空肠指数、回肠指数和盲肠指数(P<0.05)。4)饲粮添加500 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高了鹅血清球蛋白、葡萄糖含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05);饲粮添加250、500、1 000mg/kg壳聚糖显著降低了血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加壳聚糖可以改善扬州鹅生长性能,对其屠宰性能、脏器指数和血清生化指标有一定影响。在生产实践中,扬州鹅饲粮中壳聚糖添加500 mg/kg效果最佳。
