Abstract： [Purpose/significance]This paper explored the influencing factors of social media users' switching behavior tobroaden the scope of social media user behavior research, with a view to provide reference for the relevant theoretical research, and provide reference for social media operators to improve service quality and increase user stickiness.[Method/process] Building theoretical models based on Expectation-Confirmation Theory, Flow Theory, and IS Success Model, with a focus on social media system quality, information quality, service quality, flow experience, and users'satisfaction with social media usage, and to what extent users' switchingbehavior will be affected.Data were obtained by questionnaire, SPSS and AMOS analysis software were used to analyze the data and verify the hypothesis.[Result/conclusion] The data results showed that social media system quality, information quality, service quality and flow experience have a positive impact on users' satisfaction, while users' satisfaction negatively affects the switching behavior.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The risk assessment of consumer privacy disclosure in mobile commerce has an important impact on the follow aspects:understanding consumer privacy disclosure behaviors, improving the protection of consumers' privacy information by platforms and businesses.[Method/process] Firstly, according to the characteristics of mobile commerce, this paper built a risk index system of personal privacy information disclosure of mobile commerce consumers. Then, though the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper evaluated the risk of consumer privacy disclosure in mobile commerce. Finally, it made an empirical analysis based on Taobao APP.[Result/conclusion] The data result shows that consumer vulnerability risk is the biggest cause of consumer privacy disclosure risk, and the mobile terminal vulnerability risk is the lowest. At the same time, the weight of consumer safety awareness is the largest, this indicates that improving consumers' privacy awareness is the most important aspect to protect the privacy information security of consumers.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]With the gradual increasing number of social network users, the research on the behavior of personal information security in social network has a positive role in better helping social network users to avoid social network security risks and urging the social network platform developers to improve information security technology.[Method/process]Based on the theory of social cognition and protective motivation, this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of social network personal information security behavior, and tests the applicability of the model by the survey of questionnaire and structural equation method.[Result/conclusion] The results show that response efficiency is the most important factor which influences the behavior of personal information security protection in social networks, and the perceived threat and self-efficacy have a positive effect on personal information security protection willingness. But avoidance behavior has a negative impact on the willingness to protect information security, and the users' willingness to protect information security has a positive impact on the behavior of information security protection.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This study aims to make an analysis of the evaluation effect of the mobile library user-generated content (UGC), which is beneficial to improve the recommendation and promotion of mobile library resources.[Method/process] An evaluation model is constructed based on the sentimental analysis. After the preprocessing of the UGC of the 16 best-selling books from Zhangyue library, data analysis is divided into three stages, including dictionary construction, sentiment classification and evaluation.[Result/conclusion]The results show that the sentimental tendencies of UGC in mobile libraries are pluralistic and consistent, and the neutral evaluation is important, as well as the final evaluation results is reasonable.In this paper, the theory of sentiment analysis is introduced into the research of mobile library UGC, which can provide reference for mobile library to improve its social service measures and improve its social service quality.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Researching information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment, and understanding user information interaction behavior characteristics, can help enterprises to understand the user needs to provide better service, so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.[Method/process] By social networks and semantic analysis method, combined with the auto industry of three representative enterprises, it analyzes forwarding and forwarded, attention and focused, and reviews and commented behavior and interactive cohesion of enterprise and users information interaction with point centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality and eigenvector centrality. It uses semantic keyword word frequency to analyze information interactive word frequency, and then presents the behavior characteristics of enterprises and users in the new media environment through five feature attribute indexes.[Result/conclusion] This article is based on social network analysis and semantic analysis to build the behavior model of enterprises and user information interaction under new media environment, which can be used as research framework to analyze information interaction between enterprise and user. The results of data analysis show that enterprises can use new media platforms to enhance information interaction with users and improve the competitiveness of products and services.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]In the new media environment, mobile library community service which takes user generated content, interactive sharing relationship,self-organizing activity and participatory service design as characteristics has become the new mode for the library service innovation. This study aims to explore the factors and paths of user engagement in mobile library community service, and then build a theoretical model of mobile library community service.[Method/process]This paper adopts semi-structured interviews and conducts a survey of 10 respondents. After obtaining a large amount of interview materials, the grounded theory is used to analyze and summarize the data.[Result/conclusion]Through open coding, axial coding and selective encoding,4 main categories are summarized and the paths among them are constructed. Finally factors that affect user engagement are described as basic service quality, community service value, user community relationship and participatory service design.And the model of factors and paths among them are constructed.This study clarifies the interaction paths between the various factors, and provides practical guidance for the construction of the community service model and the future service innovation of the mobile library.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The research on the influence of network nodes in new media environment can deeply analyze the law of information dissemination, and thus help to take appropriate measures to control the information dissemination reasonably. [Method/process] This paper constructs the model of users' node influence in the new media environment based on information entropy theory, taking WeChat as an example to analyze the influence of network nodes. By using java programming method, the paper aims to calculate the numerical value of network nodes, including direct influence, indirect influence and total influence. And finally it use Matlab software to simulate the model. [Result/conclusion] Network nodes' total influence increases with the growth in the number of connections and the frequency of interactions between nodes. Direct influence and indirect influence are growing at a different rate, but the direct influence becomes the main factor affecting the comprehensive effect of nodes when the value of indirect influence is over 100.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] As China gradually enters an aging society, a large number of elderly people use mobile social networks to enrich their lives. According to the survey data, WeChat has the largest number of elderly users. The construction of WeChat portraits of elderly users is of great significance to promote the elderly to improve their social ability in the era of mobile Internet and improve their life happiness.[Method/process] In this study, the log data of WeChat elderly users were obtained through the mobile terminal log tracking software. The ability data of elderly users were obtained through the arrangement of experimental contents. After clustering the data results using the k-means algorithm, the data related to the attributes and usage behaviors of elderly users are discussed and analyzed.[Result/conclusion] Based on the clustering results of use behavior data in the portrait system of elderly users, we can conduct an in-depth analysis of the behavior characteristics of WeChat elderly users. We found that WeChat elderly users had lower use intensity, interaction intensity and use ability compared with other user groups. Moreover, WeChat elderly users have significant differences. The more educated the elderly users are, the higher their use ability, interaction intensity and use intensity are. It is of theoretical and practical significance to formulate relevant social guidance policies for the elderly in the development of China's aging society.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The microblog commentary sentiment classification model can play a guiding role for the relevant public opinion supervision departments to correctly control the development of the topic events and the public opinion.[Method/process] Based on the multi-scale convolutional neural network of word vector, this paper used multi-scale convolution kernel to improve the conditional constraints of finite context information in microblog commentary, and constructed multi-scale convolutional neural network microblog commentary emotion classification model based on word vector. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the model were verified by crawling the real data of "microblogging hot search and rectification".[Result/conclusion] Verification results show that the multi-scale convolutional neural network based on word vector performs well in the short text classification task with limited context information such as weibo public opinion. On the theoretical level, this paper provides a more accurate emotional classification theory model and classification method for microblogging public opinion emotion classification. In practice, it can better guide the public opinion supervision department to better guide and supervise the emotional sentiment of public opinion.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to provide guidance for Chinese universities to transfer the talent cultivation modal in order to satisfy the demand of enterprises in the era of big data and artificial intelligence.[Method/process] With online investigation, literature collection and comparative analysis, 10 American universities in the iSchools union were selected as samples. This paper studied and analyzed the theoretical curriculum system, practice education and talent cultivation modal of foreign iSchools members and put forward some suggestions on graduate training model in our country, to promote the reform in our library and information science education.[Result/conclusion] In order to satisfy the social demand, it is the trend to pay attention to the ability of data literacy, the ability of subject fusion and the ability of combining theory with practice in LIS education.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The article collects and analyzes relevant literatures on artificial intelligence research in the field of library and information at home and abroad, in order to understand the current research progress and future research trends of artificial intelligence in the field of library and information, and provide reference and research for academic and industrial research.[Method/process] Using literature analysis and knowledge map visualization method, the origin and development of artificial intelligence research in the field of library and information at home and abroad, domestic and foreign research hotspots and future research trends are compared and visualized.[Result/conclusion] From the perspective of research and development trends, the number of relevant research results at home and abroad is increasing year by year. From the research hotspots, foreign research mainly focuses on the application research of artificial intelligence in information retrieval, social media content classification and sentiment analysis, and knowledge question and answer. Domestic research mainly focuses on artificial intelligence in network public opinion analysis, library intelligent search and recommendation services, and social media network data analysis. From the research trend, future research should focus on the four main directions of artificial intelligence technology application visual search and semantic search, smart library service, social network data mining, and artificial intelligence impact on privacy and security.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] The study aims to explore the construction of a social group information behavior and public opinion topic graph during significant emergencies. This research helps to better understand the evolution of public opinion during such events and identify sensitive public opinion topics. By doing so, it enables positive public opinion guidance, which plays a crucial role in emergency response and maintaining social stability. [Method/Process] This paper utilizes Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) to construct a graph for the clustering and evolution of public opinion topics related to social group information behavior. Additionally, it builds a graph depicting the evolution of public opinion topic popularity based on temporal characteristics. Lastly, it constructs a graph illustrating the evolution of public opinion topic paths based on similarity. Furthermore, a process model for constructing the social group information behavior and public opinion topic graph during significant emergencies is presented. [Result/Conclusion] The research results indicate that the proposed analysis model for public opinion topics during significant emergencies effectively analyzes the characteristics of public opinion topics related to social group information behavior on social media. It also identifies factors influencing the popularity of these topics and identifies optimal paths for topic diffusion. This study provides a new theoretical framework and analysis methods for analyzing social group information behavior and public opinion during significant emergencies. It also offers valuable insights for guiding online public opinion and public opinion governance during such events.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper took VR reading user interaction experience as the research object, and constructed a comprehensive, comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system from the interaction process. Combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a set of reliable and operable evaluation methods was formed, and a specific VR reading experience was taken as an example for evaluation research. This research is not only helpful to understand the current development status and content characteristics of VR reading experience, but also can play a guiding and promoting role in the application of VR interactive reading and the development of VR system.[Method/process] Based on the human-computer interaction theory, from five dimensions:the interactive system, interactive content, interactive function, interactive interface design and interactive service subject, the data of this paper were obtained through online and offline questionnaires, and the factor analysis method was used to construct the interactive experience evaluation index system for VR reading users.[Result/conclusion] The empirical research results have shown that the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods constructed in this study are feasible and workable, and can obtain comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation results of users' interactive experience of VR reading.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper systematically combined and analyzed the educational thoughts of information science from Professor Jing Jipeng, which will extend and promote the domestic information science education theory and provide reference for the future innovation and development in information science education.[Method/process] Via systematically reviewing professor Jing Jipeng's information science education thoughts through the research methods of Internet survey, literature collection and qualitative interview, we clarified the formation and development of the thoughts of information science education by professor Jing Jipeng and demonstrated the content system. Also according this, we promoted the enlightenment of Jing Jipeng's information science education thoughts to the future information science education in China.[Result/conclusion] The content system of Jing Jipeng's information science education includes multi-level education system based on Chinese context, modular course system for information major and multi-target training system that meets social needs. Meanwhile, using an international perspective to build a multiple talent training model for information science, continuously promote the reform and innovation of information science courses based on social needs and deepen the multidisciplinary integration education in the direction of information engineering were the inspiration during the study.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the process of accelerating the new urbanization strategy in China, it is of great significance to analyze the information behavior characteristics and evolution of migrant workers, so as to realize accurate information poverty alleviation and analyze the information needs of migrant workers in the new urbanization process.[Method/process] Based on defining the migrant workers, on the basis of using the Python language and Xpath with the baidu post bar workers data, using Jieba library to realize participle operation according to the two dimensions of time and content to the data visualization research, online information sharing for the migrant workers group behavior characteristics and evolution were analyzed.[Result/conclusion] The research conclusion reveals that in the process of new urbanization in China, the alienation degree of the acquired content in the online information acquisition behavior of migrant workers continues to deepen, and the level of demand continues to improve. The time feature of online information release behavior is policy-oriented. The urbanization strategy issued by the government, supporting the return of migrant workers to their hometowns, protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers and other policies have an important impact on the evolution of farmers' information behavior. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The emerging interactive media represented by live-streaming is profoundly changing people's living habits and the spiritual and cultural needs. Analysis of the influencing factors of the behavior of live-streaming APP users can enable the live-streaming platform to better understand the adoption characteristics of live-streaming users. The adoption characteristics of live-streaming users help platform operators to provide better services.[Method/process] Based on the TAM and UTAUT models, a questionnaire and a structural equation model were used to construct a conceptual model of the influencing factors of the use behavior of online live APP users, and an empirical analysis was conducted on the influencing factors model of typical groups.[Result/conclusion] The results of data analysis show that the most influential effect of online live APP user is perceived interactivity, followed by user perceived value; perceived risk has a negative impact on the willingness of users of live-streaming users and social factors have no effect on their willingness to use.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] As an emerging information technology, augmented reality technology has great space of research and development. The international research on user information behavior in the context of augmented reality is of great theoretical and practical value in promoting the development of China's augmented reality industry and guiding the research on graphics and information.[Method/process] Based on the methods of bibliometrics and knowledge mapping, this paper conducts analysis on the origin and development and knowledge mapping analysis on research hotspots, and provides insight and analysis on the future trend of this field.[Result/conclusion] The research status on users' information behavior in the augmented reality environment is still of rapid development. And the involved information behaviors research hotspots include information adoption behavior, information acceptance behavior and information interaction behavior. The future research direction from information science & library can be analyzed from three fields:the user interactive experience based on different scenes, the application of augmented reality in library construction, and the innovation way of reading books by augmented reality.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] During the period of public health emergencies, a large number of Internet rumors have produced and they have adverse effects on society and people's lives. The construction of multi-angle rumor refutation effect evaluation index system can provide corresponding guidance for the governance of Internet rumor in public health emergencies in China.[Method/process] In this paper, the evaluation index system was constructed from four dimensions of the main feature, text features, audience feature and background feature, and the index weight was analyzed by the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The feasibility of the evaluation index system was verified by empirical analysis, combined with the representative event topic of Weibo rumor refusal platform in the early Covid-19 period.[Result/conclusion] Combined with the empirical research results of "Refute Weibo", the strategies to improve the effect of rumor refutation are obtained from three aspects:choosing authoritative and objective rumor refutation subjects and cooperating to refute rumors, paying attention to the framework setting of rumor refutation information media and guiding the psychological consciousness of rumor refutation audiences.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] During public health emergencies, online rumors have serious negative effects and disturb social order. This paper takes the rumors during the COVID-19 as an example to explore the factors that influence the rumor refutation effectiveness, and provide references for rumor refutation in the face of public health emergencies, so as to improve the rumor refutation effectiveness and avoid social risks.[Method/process] In order to explore the factors influencing rumor refutation effectiveness in public health emergencies, this paper adopted the grounded theory, used NVivo 12.0 software to code. In the end, 22 initial concepts, 12 categories and 6 main categories were obtained. On this basis, the interpreting structural model method and MATLAB were used to analyze the relationship between various influencing factors.[Result/conclusion] In this study, based on the coding results, the influential factors of rumor refutation effectiveness are summarized and integrated into three layers, namely subject, information and channel. According to these influential factors, the SIC model analysis framework of the influential factors of rumor refutation effectiveness is constructed to analyze the relationship between the main categories and rumor refutation effectiveness, and the hierarchical structure model of influencing factors of rumor refutation effectiveness is constructed.
