Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on comprehensive investigation and study worldly, this paper provides the research and service framework construction of research data management. It also introduces the experience of building research data management services of Peking University. It is hoped to help academic libraries to promote research data management services for data-driven research.[Method/process] By analyzing the demand on data services through faculty surveys in Peking University and investigating data services in QS top 50 universities, it generalizes and designs the framework and contents of research data management services. By researching and designing the framework, it provides the framework of research data management services to academic libraires and Introduces the experiences of building the research data management Services of Peking University.[Result/conclusion] The paper generalizes the framework as data management plan, data services, data management, data Literacy, data long-term preservation and data policy. It is hoped to help academic libraries to promote the development of research data management service and benefit for the improvement of open access and research innovation in China.

Abstract：本试验旨在研究苯甲酸、凝结芽孢杆菌和牛至油复合添加剂对大肠杆菌攻毒仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力、空肠黏膜二糖酶活性和养分转运载体mRNA表达的影响。20头平均体重（7.64±0.46） kg健康的（24±1）日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪，随机分为4组，每组5个重复，每个重复1头猪。对照组（CON组）和大肠杆菌组（ETEC组）饲喂基础饲粮，抗生素组（AT组）和复合添加剂组（ABO组）分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加抗生素（20 g/t硫酸黏菌素+40 g/t杆菌肽锌）和复合添加剂（3 000 g/t苯甲酸+400 g/t凝结芽孢杆菌+400 g/t牛至油）的试验饲粮。试验第22天，ETEC、AT和ABO组仔猪灌服含3×1011 CFU大肠杆菌的培养液，CON组仔猪灌服相同剂量的无菌培养液。试验期共26 d。结果表明：与CON组相比，ETEC组仔猪腹泻率和腹泻指数显著提高（P<0.05），血清和空肠黏膜丙二醛（MDA）含量显著提高（P<0.05），血清总抗氧化能力（T-AOC）和总超氧化物歧化酶（T-SOD）活性以及空肠黏膜钠-葡萄糖共转运载体1（SGLT1）mRNA表达水平显著降低（P<0.05），有降低空肠黏膜T-AOC和T-SOD活性的趋势（P<0.10）。与ETEC组相比，ABO组仔猪平均日增重（ADG）显著提高（P<0.05），仔猪料重比（F/G）显著降低（P<0.05），仔猪腹泻率和腹泻指数显著降低（P<0.05），血清和空肠黏膜MDA含量显著降低（P<0.05），血清和空肠黏膜T-AOC和T-SOD活性显著提高（P<0.05），空肠黏膜SGLT1和寡肽转运蛋白1（PepT1）mRNA表达水平显著提高（P<0.05）。此外，与AT组相比，ABO组仔猪腹泻指数显著降低（P<0.05），血清T-AOC显著提高（P<0.05）。综上所述，饲粮添加苯甲酸、凝结芽孢杆菌和牛至油复合添加剂可显著缓解大肠杆菌攻毒诱导的仔猪腹泻，提高仔猪抗氧化能力，改善仔猪的生长性能和肠道消化吸收功能。

Abstract： In the clustering study of landslide prediction, the difficulties of determining the number of clusters which traditional clustering algorithm needs to set in advance and accurately measuring the important factor of Landslide induced-rainfall leads to bad prediction effect. Therefore, this paper proposes a new clustering algorithm-Uncertain PAHT algorithm , the algorithm introduces a kind of uncertain data model called M-D distance, which effectively measure the uncertain rainfall; and based on the hierarchical clustering thinking, through finding the best threshold p* to determine the k value. Contrast experiment in Yenan Baota district as an example, the experimental results verified the effectiveness of uncertain M-D distance and PAHT algorithm and the feasibility of uncertain PAHT algorithm on the landslide hazard prediction.

Abstract： [Objective] This study aims to explore the relationship between the user tags and microblog post topics, with the purpose of improving subject identification and automatic tag recommendation services. [Methods] We first used crawlers to retrieve user profiles and posts in the field of “natural language processing” from the Sina Weibo. Second, extracted words from the posts and semantically extended user tags. Finally, matched the tags and posts by the edit distance algorithm. [Results] There was correlation between user tags and posts in natural language processing field. [Limitations] We only studied one academic field and the Sina Weibo, more research is needed in the future to generalize the results.
