  • 自媒体时代主流媒体的舆论引导策略

    Abstract:【目的】主流媒体作为传播链中的重要节点,在舆情滋生过程中扮演着重要角色。尤其是主流媒体如今面临着各种自媒体崛起的挑战,努力适应新传播环境,发挥自身优势提升舆论传播力和影响力对主流媒体来说极为重要。【方法】文章从主流媒体舆论引导的现实困境出发,结合自媒体时代的特点及新媒体发展趋势,对新时代主流媒体更好地进行舆论引导提出了一系列策略。【结果】自媒体时代主流媒体需要经历传播主体多元化、议程设置难度升级等阵痛,更要善于运用网络扩大自身传播力和影响力。【结论】主流媒体需要坚持底线思维,适当借鉴自媒体运作方式,不断进行线下实地考察实践更好地完成舆论引导工作。

  • Construction and Practice of Subject Information Service Mode of Professional Library Based on the SECI Model——Taking the National Science Library as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the application and innovative practice of SECI model in professional library subject information service, aims to improve knowledge management and service level in subject information service, consolidates and enhances the competitiveness of subject information service. It hopes to provide a reference for the effective application of SECI model in subject information service. [Method/process] The professional library subject information service model based on the SECI model was constructed. Based on this, an empirical analysis was carried out by summarizing the innovative service practices of the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences based on this model. [Result/conclusion] The transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is embedded in multiple links of subject information services. Introducing the SECI model into the professional library subject information service can solve some shortcomings of knowledge management in the subject information service, provide guidance and methods for the professional library to carry out innovation practices of subject information service, and effectively promote the core competitiveness and the overall level of the subject information service.

  • Analysis of the Technology New Media Operation Mode and Its Enlightenment to Library Mobile Knowledge Service Platforms

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Technology new media are the products of the combination of the technological information and new media communication tools. The innovation of contents, models and carriers are worth all kinds of knowledge service platforms’ reference. [Method/process] This paper selected the top ten new media of “Chinese Technology New Media Ranking in 2016” and combed the contents, communication channels, online and offline activities and profit models of the top ten media to analyze the characteristics of technology new media and the existing problems. [Result/conclusion] Library mobile knowledge service platforms should learn from these technology new media. In the future, library mobile knowledge service platforms should attract more users to take part in contributing knowledge on the basis of ensuring the content quality and form a model of information dissemination, online services and offline activities to make their own market competitiveness.

  • Two-dimensional Materials: From Fundamental to Application

    Abstract: The rapid development of the information society puts forward an ever-increasing urgent need for information storage, processing, and transmission capabilities. With the ending of Moore's Law, the semiconductor industry urgently needs to find new solutions. Low#2;dimensional materials are considered to be a new breakthrough in the semiconductor industry in the post-Moore era, because of the size characteristics of atomic-level thickness, the structural advantage of no dangling bonds on the surface, and the sensitivity to electrical and optical control methods caused by a large specific surface area. Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory has introduced a group of top scientists and established a low-dimensional materials team. The research of the team, based on basic science and guided by engineering applications, focuses on tackling key issues. The goal is to achieve world-class influential scientific research results, and to deploy China low-dimensional materials industry.

  • Research on Information Services of Special Libraries for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Research Institutes

    Abstract: Objective/Significance Centering on users' needs and starting from the form of information services of the special library, this paper provides suggestions on services of the special library for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research institutes, tries to construct the information service model for the special library, and helps the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research institutes. Method/process Through literature research, interview, questionnaire, website investigation, and case investigation, the research is carried out about the research institute and the special library. Based on the characteristics of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, this paper explores the needs of researchers and the shortcomings of the current services and puts forward some suggestions for improving the information services of the special library. Result/Conclusion The systematic and hierarchical information service model can provide the direction and specific form of service practice. Special libraries continue to innovate service forms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, which has positive significance for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of research institutes and enhancing the core competitiveness of special libraries.

  • 梭梭林土壤结皮发育对黄花补血草种子 萌发和种群特征的影响

    Abstract: 通过梭梭林下黄花补血草种群发育和土壤种子萌发动态的野外调查以及模拟土壤结皮、 降水试验,研究了土壤结皮发育(无结皮覆盖土壤NSC、物理结皮覆盖的土壤PSC、生物结皮覆盖的土壤BSC)对其土壤种子萌发、幼苗死亡、种群特征的影响以及土壤结皮发育与模拟降水的相互作用,旨在为梭梭林下黄花补血草种群建植以及灌草结合的治沙模式提供理论依据。研究结果表明:(1)土壤结皮的发育可以促进黄花补血草土壤种子萌发,表现为BSC>PSC>NSC,且处理间差异极显著(P0.05)。(2)在15 mm模拟降水条件下,土壤结皮发育对种群密度和土壤种子萌发均具有显著促进作用,具体表现为PSC>BSC>NSC,且差异极显著(P0.05),而幼苗死亡率表现为NSC>BSC>PSC,且差异性极显著(PPSC>NSC,幼苗死亡率NSC>PSC>BSC。梭梭林下土壤结皮发育既增加了土壤表层水土 环境的稳定性,又增加了黄花补血草土壤种子基数,有利于土壤种子萌发和种群的更新和发育,而模拟降水可有效改善土壤水分条件,特别是结皮层土壤水分,为黄花补血草土壤种子萌发和种群更新提供了必要的物质基础和环境条件。

  • 青土湖退耕地植被群落特征与土壤理化性质分析

    Abstract:选取不同年限退/弃耕地(退耕1 a、2 a、4 a、8 a、13 a、20 a、30 a、40 a和CK)为研究对象,采用时空替代法,分析了不同年限退/弃耕地植被群落特征和土壤理化性质及其相关性。结果表明:(1)石羊河下游青土湖退/弃耕地40 a的植被恢复过程中,9个样方共出现15科29属43种植物,退/弃耕地物种构成表现为:多数种属于少数科、少数种属于多数科。植被演变分为:一年生草本和多年生植物快速生长期(1~2 a),一年生草本向多年生草本演变期(2~8 a),多年生草本向灌木演变期(8~20 a)和以灌木为主的稳定期(20~40 a);(2)随退耕年限增加,土壤含水量呈先减小后增加最后波动式减小趋势,上层土壤含水量高于下层土壤含水量。各样方比例最大是细砂粒,粉粒次之,比例最小的是粗砂粒和黏粒,随退耕年限的变化,各粒径占比变化不大;(3)随退耕年限增加,土壤全氮和有机质均呈下降趋势,速效钾含量呈先增加后减小趋势,速效磷含量呈先减小后增加再减小趋势,表聚现象明显;(4)植被群落演替与土壤理化性质具有密切相关性。Margalef丰富度指数与土壤全氮和有机质呈极显著正相关关系,Shannon多样性指数与土壤容重和细砂粒呈显著的正相关关系,与土壤黏粒和粉粒呈显著负相关关系。退耕第4 a是青土湖退/弃耕地在恢复治理过程中关键时期。

  • 内蒙古森林雪灾风险评估与区划

    Abstract:基于自然灾害风险理论,选取森林雪灾相关的气象、林业、基础地理信息和社会经济等数据,从致灾因子危险性、承灾体易损性、孕灾环境敏感性和防灾减灾能力4个方面综合评估内蒙古森林雪灾风险程度的地区差异,利用加权综合评分法、层次分析法建立并计算森林雪灾综合风险评估指标体系及指数,构建出内蒙古森林雪灾风险区划模型。内蒙古森林雪灾高风险区、次高风险区分别占全部森林雪灾风险区的77.18%、0.05%,且均位于内蒙古东北部的呼伦贝尔市。中等风险区占全部森林雪灾风险区的6.01%,主要位于锡林郭勒盟、呼伦贝尔市、赤峰市及兴安盟,分别占中等风险区总面积的0.61%、36.50%、9.11%和5.99%;次低风险区和低风险区占全部森林雪灾风险区的16.76%,主要位于阿拉善盟、鄂尔多斯市、兴安盟等地。内蒙古森林雪灾风险呈现自东北向西南逐渐减轻的趋势,与森林、积雪空间分布规律基本一致。

  • 细菌中D-氨基酸生物合成及调控作用研究进展

    Abstract:细菌中普遍存在L/D型氨基酸,与L-氨基酸(L-AAs)不同,D-氨基酸(D-AAs)不参与蛋白质合成,而与细胞壁肽聚糖的合成有关,直接影响细菌细胞壁的形状、数量和强度。D-AAs在细菌表征、药物抑菌性、靶标确定等方面具有重要的作用。目前,外源添加D-AAs参与肽聚糖合成的机制已有一些研究进展,其荧光衍生物已应用于细菌可视化,特异性探测细胞壁形成/重塑、细菌生长和细胞形态。但D-AAs如何影响细菌生长及其抗逆性的机制尚未研究清楚。本文对D-AAs的研究现状进行了综述,重点介绍了D-AAs在细菌中的生物合成和参与细胞壁合成的机制,非典型D-AAs对细菌的调控以及在细菌可视化中的应用,并对D-AAs未来研究方向进行了展望。

  • 细菌细胞壁生长调控机制研究进展

    Abstract:在细菌生长过程中,细胞壁起到维持细胞形状和完整性,抵抗内部膨胀压的作用。细胞壁的合成、分裂、再生、循环再利用等与细菌自身生长繁殖和应对环境压力息息相关。目前,细胞壁生长机理,细菌如何调控细胞壁生长及如何与其他细胞过程相协调的机制尚未研究清楚。细胞壁调控机制的解析对了解细菌细胞壁功能、确定药物的作用方式和发展新一代的治疗方法至关重要。本文对细菌调控细胞壁生长机制的国外研究进展进行了概述,重点阐述了支架蛋白、转录因子、非编码小RNA及蛋白相互作用调控细胞壁的合成、细胞分裂、压力响应的机制,总结了细胞壁调控机制在抗菌药物研发中的应用,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

  • 多路GNSS欺骗干扰互相关噪声模型

    Abstract: In order to carry out research of locating the source of GNSS spoofing interference, this paper built a model of multiple GNSS spoofing interference noise. Firstly, this paper analyzed the theory of spoofing and gave the mathematic models of signals. Then, it built a model of cross correlation interference of PRNs based on the analysis to composing and regular of the noise. Finally, this paper applied SNR and distribution of azimuth to depict the noise model. The simulation results indicated that the weight of the cross correlation noise of multiple GNSS spoofing in the noise of receiver tended to 100%. It reveals that the direction precision contradicts multiple GNSS spoofing power, and the result of direction finding can be optimized by SNR of the spoofing.

  • 科技新媒体运营模式及其对图书馆移动知识服务平台的启示

    Abstract:[目的/意义]科技新媒体是科技信息服务和新媒体传播手段结合的产物,在内容、模式和载体的创新等方面都值得各类知识服务平台借鉴学习。[方法/过程] 选取《2016中国科技新媒体排行榜》中影响力排名前10名的科技新媒体,对其内容来源、传播渠道、线上与线下活动开展情况及盈利模式进行梳理和分析,揭示科技新媒体呈现的特点及存在问题。[结果/结论]图书馆移动知识服务平台应借鉴科技新媒体,在保证内容质量的基础上吸引更多的用户参与内容建设,形成传播资讯、线上服务与线下活动三位一体的平台,形成自己的市场竞争力 。

  • 细菌小RNA的调控及在代谢工程中的应用

    Abstract: Metabolic engineering in bacteria requires optimization of gene expression levels to balance metabolic flux distributions and minimize accumulation of toxic intermediates towards an efficient biosynthesis of target products. Small non-coding RNAs (sRNAs) in bacteria can interact with their target mRNA by base-pairing to inhibit or activate the translation of their target genes. Since small RNAs play critical regulatory roles in many physiological processes, they are considered to be powerful tools for the tuning of target genes expression in bacterial metabolic engineering. Many artificial sRNAs are applied in metabolic engineering in recent years. In this review, identification of sRNA targes genes, interaction between sRNAs and their targets and application of sRNAs in metabolic engineering were summarized.
