  • Construction of a Data Service System Based on the Demands of Users

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance With the development of the data-driven era and the rise of data-intensive research paradigm, data has become a key element in science and technology decision-making, scientific research management, and research innovation activities. Method/Process This paper introduces the concept of demand-side management, constructs a data service demand model based on users, analyzes the data service needs of different users, explores the construction of a dual flow collaborative service framework system between user needs and data services, introduces ecosystems and related development theories to build a data service ecosystem, and analyzes the relationship between users, subject librarians, data, technology, and the environment. Result/Conclusion On the basis of data service practice and exploration, the idea of constructing data service system was proposed to provide reference for providing accurate and efficient data services in the era of big data, and promoting the sustainable development of data services.

  • Research on Subject Scientific Data Management Services of Special Libraries Based on Supply and Demand Matching

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper researched the subject scientific data management services of special libraries, analyzed the demand side and supply side of scientific data management services, and explored the subject service system and service model of special libraries for scientific data management. [Method/Process] This paper researched the demand environment and demand subjects of scientific data management services, as well as the trend and service contents of subject scientific data management services in special libraries. Then, based on the scientific data lifecycle, this paper constructed a supply and demand matching "butterfly" system for scientific data management services, and finally proposed a "target-centric" subject scientific data management service model of special libraries. [Result/Conclusion] The paper constructed a subject scientific data management service system from the perspective of supply and demand matching, and introducted the " target-centric " theory to explore the scientific data management service model, aiming to strengthen the collaboration between the demand sides and supply sides of scientific data management, and enhance the service capacity and effectiveness of subject scientific data management services in special libraries.

    Abstract: " Gravitational wave signals were directly detected by the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO) in 2015, bring hope to new physics and astrophysics and setting off a new wave of the development of laser interferometer gravitational wave detectors. In the background of the vigorous development of the interferometer gravitational wave detectors from ground to space, a comparative study of each detector are carried out from the aspects of construction history, technical characteristics and development positioning, and operation mode. And the experiences and enlightenments of the construction and operation of laser interferometer gravitational wave detectors are further summarized, namely: the construction of laser interferometer gravitational wave detector is a long-term project, which helps to promote the perfect development of scientific research fault tolerance mechanism and scientific evaluation mechanism; the construction of gravitational wave detector is a high-tech project, which helps to promote the coordinated development of multidisciplinary technologies; the construction of laser interferometer gravitational wave detectors is an international project, which helps to promote the healthy development of scientific research cooperation.
