  • Research on Strategies for Enhancing the Influence of Scientific Journals Based on Science of Science Theories

    Abstract: Purposes Based on combing the science of science theories related to scientific journals, this paper constructs a five-force model of the influence of scientific journals and proposes paths and strategies to enhance the influence of scientific journals. Methods Using methods such as literature research, in-depth interviews, and conceptual analysis, the journal influence five-force model is constructed from the aspects of scientific knowledge production, flow, and dissemination, and then countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Findings It is proposed that the influence of scientific journals includes five aspects: knowledge power, persuasion power, management power, expression power, and dissemination power. These five aspects are used to construct the five-force model of the influence of scientific journals. Conclusions The formation and enhancement of the influence of scientific journals is a systematic project. It can be approached by applying the theory of knowledge activities to enhance the knowledge power of scientific journals; promoting academic exchanges to improve the persuasion power of scientific journals; paying attention to the construction of the talent team to enhance the management power of scientific journals; leveraging the advantages of structural holes to demonstrate the expressive power of scientific journals; fully recognizing the functions of journals to strengthen the dissemination power of scientific journals.

  • Investigations and Thoughts on Capacity Building of Scientific and Technical Journal Industry Services in China

    Abstract: Purposes Investigating the status and role of scientific and technical journals in innovation and development, demonstrate the value and role of journals in promoting industrial development and serving industrial progress. Methods Taking scientific and technical journals of different industries as research objects, through literature review, site visits and  interviews, case studies and other methods, excavate from examples the initiatives of industry journals in planning to focus on industrial development, gathering high-quality resources of the industry, creating special columns and special issues of special features, developing the function of think-tanks, promoting innovation cooperation, etc., and summarize the inspiration of scientific and technical journals in serving the high-quality development. Findings Scientific and technical journals are important part of China’s scientific and technological undertakings, have an important value in serving innovation, promoting industry, facilitating exchanges, and advancing the progress of the industry, and are an important carrier of scientific and technological achievements and an important channel of exchanges. Conclusions Define the positioning of scientific and technical journals in the industrial chain, serve the decision-making and transformation, realize the industrial value of journals, so as to enhance the competitiveness of China’s national science and technology and cultural soft power.

  • Research on the Attitudes of Chinese Researchers Towards the Open Peer Review

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] As the "gatekeeper" of scholarly journals, the peer review has been criticized for lacking the transparency quality assurance. The open peer review, to some extent, could overcome the limitation and live up to the demands of open science and giving reviewers credit. Thus, it is critical for journals to investigate the attitudes of researchers towards the open peer review before it is implemented.[Method/process]Based on the literature review, we firstly defined the concept, the pros and cons of the open peer review; then, we conducted an online survey focusing on the information disclosure willingness during the open review process of respondents, and analyzed the collected data.[Result/conclusion]304 valid questionnaires from China have been received. All respondents have authored papers and 70% of them have peer review experience, including 40% have review experience for international journals. The result indicates that about half (50.33%) of the Chinese researchers maintain a positive attitude towards the open peer review, and the degree of acceptance varies at different stages of the open peer review process. While the discipline of researchers affects their attitudes towards the open peer review, the peer review experience for international journals makes little difference on the results. The results and analysis in this study could serve as a reference for Chinese journals to put the open peer review into practice.

  • 近2 400 a以来达里诺尔湖区域环境演变及其气候响应

    Abstract: 本文以东亚夏季风北部边缘的达里诺尔湖(以下简称“达里湖”)为研究对象,通过沉积物岩芯的采集与测试分析,利用正构烷烃及相关指标讨论达里湖区域近2 400 a以来的环境演变及其气候响应。结果显示了达里湖沉积物中正构烷烃的碳数分布为C17~C33。其中,以C25为主峰的单峰形分布约占总样品量的57%;以C19、C25为主峰的双峰形分布约占30%;以C25、C27为主峰的双峰形分布约占13%。正构烷烃的指标参数变化显示,近2 400 a以来达里湖区域环境演变不仅与全球气候事件具有明显的一致性,而且受东亚夏季风降水变化及湖区冷暖变化的影响。将其变化分为6个阶段,其中阶段1、3、5 (75 a BP至今、985~600 a BP、2 180~1 550 a BP)为暖湿气候阶段,该阶段湖区有效湿度高,木本植物占据优势,水生植物生长茂盛,湖泊营养状态较好;阶段2、4、6 (600~75 a BP、1 550~985 a BP、2 355~2 180 a BP)为冷干气候阶段,该阶段菌藻类繁殖较快,草本植物比例增加,湖泊初级生产力较低。整体上,近2400 a以来达里湖区域的气候变化由暖湿向冷干转变。

  • 生物炭施用下中国农田土壤N2O 排放的Meta 分析

    Abstract:为明确施加生物炭对中国农田土壤N2O 排放的影响和主要控制因素, 以公开发表的试验数据为研究对象, 采用Meta-analysis 法定量分析了施加生物炭条件下, 气候、土壤性质、田间管理方式、生物炭性质与施加量对土壤N2O 排放的影响, 并对各影响因素进行通径分析。结果表明, 当年降雨量≥600 mm 时, 生物炭显著降低土壤N2O 排放量(P0.05)。生物炭对覆膜土壤N2O 的减排效果优于不覆膜土壤; 生物炭对土壤N2O 的减排效果随施氮肥量增加而减弱, 而随生物炭比表面积的增加而增强。当生物炭C/N 处于30~500 时, 生物炭施用下土壤N2O 排放量显著降低(P0.05); 施氮肥量、生物炭施加量、年均温和年降雨量是影响生物炭减排效果的最主要因素, 这些因素的相互作用共同影响生物炭对土壤N2O 的减排效果。该研究可为生物炭在我国农区的推广应用和农田N2O 减排提供参考。

  • 残膜对番茄苗期和开花坐果期生长的影响

    Abstract:残膜污染已成为危害农田生态系统的重要因子, 不仅阻碍土壤水分和养分运移, 而且影响作物生长。为探明残膜对不同生育期番茄生长的影响规律, 采用小区试验方法, 设置0 kg·hm2、80 kg·hm2、160 kg·hm2、320 kg·hm2、640 kg·hm2 和1 280 kg·hm2 共6 种不同残膜量水平, 研究残膜量对番茄苗期和开花坐果期的根系特征、地上部生长和干物质积累的影响, 并采用Logistic 生长模型定量分析残膜对番茄养分积累始盛期、高峰期和盛末期的影响。结果表明, 残膜阻碍了番茄苗期和开花坐果期根系的生长, 根体积、根长密度和根干质量密度均随残膜量增加而降低; 随着残膜量增加, 苗期和开花坐果期的株高和茎粗均呈减小趋势, 且株高和茎粗的增长速率逐渐降低。番茄养分积累的始盛期和高峰期随残膜量增加而提前, 番茄追肥的最佳时期也应提前。在番茄苗期和开花坐果期, 根系、茎秆、花和幼果的干物质量均随残膜量增加而减少, 而叶片的干物质量呈递增趋势。残膜对番茄苗期根系、地上部生长和干物质积累的阻碍作用高于开花坐果期。由此可见, 残膜对番茄苗期的危害强于开花坐果期, 且干物质积累的始盛期和高峰期均随残膜量增加而提前, 加强番茄苗期水肥管理和提前水肥施加时间是减轻残膜危害的有利措施。

    Abstract:【目的】聚焦生命科学数据知识库政策, 为政策实施提供建议。【方法】通过人工阅读、筛选的方法对有摘要: 【目的】聚焦生命科学数据知识库政策, 为政策实施提供建议。【方法】通过人工阅读、筛选的方法对有明确政策声明的 38个生命科学领域的数据知识库进行调研, 主要针对数据知识库在数据提交、数据管理和数据使用等方面的政策声明。【结果】学科数据知识库的利益相关群体(数据提交者、数据管理者、数据使用者)各自的数据权益管理规范不同。【局限】仅调研 38个生命科学领域的案例, 没有对政策要素的时序变化进行分析, 对政策执行细节探讨还有所欠缺。【结论】良好的学科数据知识库政策体系应当包括: 数据提交政策(内容界定、格式规范、来源要求、归属说明)、数据管理声明(数据公开、数据注册、免责声明、数据版本管理)以及数据使用规范(数据访问、数据推荐引用、数据授权许可)。

    Abstract:【目的】探索数据期刊良好实践的实施细节,对其政策要素框架进行分析,以期为我国数据期刊的发展提供参考。【方法】根据实用主义方法论,以文献综述的方式进行分析,以合理竞替的方法筛选和提炼政策要素。【结果】 数据期刊应该着重数据期刊提交规范(提交对象、内容格式要求、确保数据真实可查证)、质量管理流程(数据描述符内容信息、数据描述符产生流程、数据知识库的审核)以及保障各方权益的声明(读者的权益、作者的权益、科研机构与资助机构等的权益)。【结论】在权威期刊的示范效应下,制定符合我国的数据期刊发展政策,可推动科研数据开放共享。

    Abstract:[目的/意义]学术期刊是科研数据共享中的重要角色之一,通过对国外学术期刊数据政策实施细节摘要:[目的/意义]学术期刊是科研数据共享中的重要角色之一,通过对国外学术期刊数据政策实施细节的探索,为我国学术期刊数据政策的实施提供有效借鉴。[方法/过程]根据实用主义方法论,以文献综述的方式进行分析,以合理竞替的方法筛选和提炼政策要素,对学术期刊的数据政策进行分析。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,学术期刊应制定数据提交政策(包括类型、格式和方式)、数据审查政策(包括数据可评审、可查验的位置、对学术论文的支持作用)、数据权益政策(包含署名规则、使用许可、作者的科学道德声明等)。建议在未来的实践过程中,逐步探索适合于中国学术期刊数据政策的政策实施细节。

    Abstract:【目的】为机构知识库与数据知识库建立政策规范进行政策调研, 为图书馆员推荐数据知识库进行权益分摘要: 【目的】为机构知识库与数据知识库建立政策规范进行政策调研, 为图书馆员推荐数据知识库进行权益分析。【方法】以文献综述方法, 进行政策调研与分析, 梳理政策要素及其内容。【结果】研究得到管理者的权益与义务(建立审核机制、制定数据识别标准、颁布传播使用规定); 提交者的权益(免费存储、更新元数据、设置时滞期)与义务(保证数据来源可靠、遵守知识库政策、避免知识产权争议); 使用者的权益与义务(免费使用、遵循引用规定)。【局限】缺乏专业型数据知识库政策调研, 未来可以建立完整的政策框架。【结论】建立完善的数据知识库政策, 在平衡各方利益关系的基础上, 有利于推进科研数据开放共享。

  • Schmidt和Angel结构的龙虾眼X射线成像系统性能对比研究

    Abstract: Schmidt and Angel lobster-eye X-ray imaging system can realize total reflection focusing and imaging by simulating lobster-eye microchannel structure. Compared with traditional way of X-ray imaging, it is provided with large field of detection view, high resolution and energy acquisition ability. This paper studies on two lobster-eye basic structures. Based on the principle of grazing incidence, we analyzed Angel and Schmidt structure of light entering focal plane and space resolution. We use tracepro simulation software to model and verify the several focusing and imaging property parameters of these two lobster-eye structures, such as receiving/transmitting light, maximum/cross arm, maximum/background, cross arm/background. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show, when the focal length is longer and channel length-width ratio is about 50. Due to multiple reflection, focusing and imaging signal-to-noise ratio of some main parameters of Schmidt is higher than Angel model, and the spatial resolution is lower. When the focal length is shorter and channel length-width ratio is about 10. Due to simple reflection, focusing and imaging signal-to-noise ratio of some main parameters of Schmidt is lower than Angel model, and the spatial resolution is almost the same.
